Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian kartu AS pada PT. Telkomsel Kota Jambi dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian kartu AS pada PT. Telkomsel Kota Jambi. Dalam membahas masalah ini penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS versi 22 dan menggunakan model regresi linier berganda dengan hasil = 0,009 + 0,402.X1 + 0,129.X2 + 0,087.X3 + 0,318.X4 + e. Uji determinasi dengan R2 sebesar 0,658%. Uji t hitung (X1) t hitung 3,736 < t tabel yaitu 0,67663 maka Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak. Uji t hitung (X2) t hitung 1,530 < t tabel yaitu 0,67663 maka Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak. Uji t (X3) t-hitung 1,043 < t-tabel yaitu 0,67663 maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Uji t hitung (X4) t hitung 3,459 < t tabel yaitu 0,67663 maka Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak. Untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian kartu AS pada PT.Telkomsel kota Jambi. Penyebaran kuesioner dengan populasi 95 orang pada tahun 2022, maka rumus yang digunakan menurut Sugiyono (2013:56) sehingga penelitian dalam sampel ini berjumlah 120 orang. Koefisien regresi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian kartu US pada PT.Telkomsel (X) adalah sebesar 0,009, artinya faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian kartu US mengalami peningkatan sebesar 1% sehingga keputusan pembelian (Y) dari PT.Telkomsel bernilai R2 sebesar 0,658 yang artinya faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi (X) mampu menjelaskan keputusan pembelian (Y) pada PT. Telkomsel Jambi 68,8%, sisanya 34,2%. Diuraikan variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan uji-t, nilai t-hitung kira-kira (X1) t-hitung 3,736 < t-tabel 0,67663. (X2) t hitung 1,530 < t tabel 0,6766. (X3) t hitung 1,043 < t tabel adalah 0,67663. (X4) t hitung 3,459 < t tabel sebesar 0,67663. Dari perbandingan hasil dapat diketahui bahwa uji dengan perbandingan thitung berarti Ho diterima, Ha ditolak. Artinya faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian kartu AS terhadap PT.Telkomsel Jambi.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of transformational leadership style and organizational culture on motivation and its impact on employee performance at the Regional Personnel & Human Resources Development Agency of East Tanjung Jabung Regency using a sample of 78 respondents. The results of this research found that transformational leadership style and organizational culture have a significant effect on motivation. Transformational leadership style and work organizational culture together have a positive and significant effect on performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance at the Regional Personnel & Human Resources Development Agency of East Tanjung Jabung Regency

Abstract

Analysis of the Gini index based on education level shows significant inequality in the distribution of education in society. Higher levels of education tend to be accessed by groups with higher incomes, while groups with lower incomes often face barriers to obtaining quality education. This is reflected in the Gini index, which shows that the gap between groups with good and limited access to education is widening. This inequality has an impact on economic opportunities and social mobility, suggesting that improvements in a more inclusive education system and equal access to education across all levels of society are essential to reducing inequality and achieving greater social justice. The secondary sector in Muaro Jambi also shows significant levels of inequality. In the manufacturing and processing industries, large companies that produce goods on a large scale often make substantial profits, while small and medium enterprises struggle to compete. Inequality is also reflected in the construction sector, where the income gap between skilled and unskilled construction workers, and between large and small contractors, is quite striking. This contributes to the high Gini index in this sector, reflecting income inequality among workers and employers. In the tertiary sector, which includes services, retail, finance, and insurance, income inequality tends to be higher. In the service sector, the difference in income between workers in customer service and managers or professionals is very large. In the finance and insurance sector, income inequality is also significant because wages in this sector are often very high compared to other sectors, creating a large gap between workers in these fields and those in lower-wage sectors. This unequal distribution of income leads to a high Gini index in the tertiary sector. The quaternary sector in Muaro Jambi, which includes technology, information, and research and development, shows high levels of inequality. This inequality is caused by the large differences in wages between technology professionals and workers in non-technology sectors, as well as between workers in large technology companies and small businesses. Specialized skills and high levels of education in this sector are often directly related to high incomes, while those in less skilled or educated positions earn much lower wages. This creates a clear inequality in the distribution of income in this sector.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of education, training, and compensation on the performance of State Civil Apparatus (CSA) with work motivation as an intervening variable at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office, West Tanjung Jabung Regency. The research method used is a quantitative approach with path analysis. Data were collected through distributing questionnaires to 76 respondents who are active SCA in the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office, West Tanjung Jabung Regency. The results show that education, training, and compensation have a positive and significant effect on the motivation and performance of SCA at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office, West Tanjung Jabung Regency. However, the motivation variable is unable to strengthen or weaken the influence of the education, training, and compensation variables on SCA performance at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office, West Tanjung Jabung Regency.
