Abstract

This research aims to prove empirically the factors that cause design changes and the impact of cost overruns on construction projects. The data collection technique used was primary data collection with a sample of 10 respondents taken from contractor project staff of construction projects in Jambi City. The sampling technique in this research used probability sampling and stratified random sampling methods. Data analysis processing in this study used IBM SPSS 28. The final results of this analysis found that the causative factor of design changes because of owner or contractor. The most dominant design change factors caused by the owner were delays in providing goods that should have been provided by the owner at 48.48%, temporary suspension at 42.85%, and termination of construction contracts at 56.81%. Apart from that, other dominant factors in design changes caused by contractors are delays in providing design drawings for construction that have been approved, amounting to 62.5%, design/specification defects equal in value to the number of addendums issued at the implementation stage, namely 60.60%, final failure of contractor/subcontractor performance was 64.51%.

Abstract

This formwork plays a role in printing concrete for structural work such as foundations, sloofs, columns, beams, and floor slabs. This type of formwork is the main material used wood and plywood. Repeated use of materials can affect cost efficiency, but with good results. The location of this research was carried out in a public service mall construction project with a building area of + 462 m2 which was built on the Bukit Cinto Kenangan Sengeti office complex road, Muaro Jambi Regency. The method used is to collect the necessary research data, namely the Cost Budget Plan (RAB), Work Unit Price Analysis (AHSP), Plan Drawings and material purchase reports. This study aims to compare costs between AHSP, RAB and material purchase reports needed for wooden and plywood formwork materials, namely the cost of AHSP of IDR 75,591,800 while the RAB is IDR 79,097,080 and the material purchase report is IDR 58,744,000. This study also calculates the volume requirements for repeated use of formwork (two times use) in column formwork work, the material of class III wood formwork is 5.373 while class II wood is 2.01 m3 and plywood is 47 sheets with 269 pieces of galam wood. In beam formwork work, the material of class III wood formwork is 5.29 m3 while class II wood is 2.38 m3 and plywood is 47 sheets with 265 pieces of galam wood.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Mengingat pentingnya kegunaan rekam medis dan keterlambatan pengembalian berkas rekam medis akan mempersulit tindakan atau kegiatan bagian unit fungsional rumah sakit, maka dalam penyelenggaraannya harus benar dan tepat termasuk pada pendistribusian rekam medis. Waktu penyediaan rekam medis kurang dari sama dengan 10 menit di RSAU Lanud Sulaiman. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui lebih dalam tentang pengembalian rekam medis rawat jalan dan kecepatan pendistribusian rekam medis ke poliklinik di Instalasi Rekam Medis RSAU Lanud Sulaiman. Metode: Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik sampling. Hasil: Hasil analisis pada pengembalian rekam medis yang tepat waktu sebesar 48% serta yang tidak tepat waktu sebesar 52%. Rata-rata pendistribusian rekam medis ke poliklinik adalah 6 menit. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui bahwa pengembalian berkas rekam medis rawat jalan belum berjalan dengan baik serta kecepatan pendistribusian rekam medis sudah memenuhi ketentuan PERMENKES. Terjadinya keterlambatan pada pengembalian rekam medis disebabkan oleh Kurang disiplinnya petugas poliklinik sehingga sering menunda pengembalian berkas rekam medis dengan beralaskan bahwa data pasien yang telah berobat belum selesai di input ke dalam simrs. Serta berkas rekam medis sering disimpan di tempat yg berbeda oleh bagian poliklinik karena penumpukan tugas sehingga membuat berkas rekam medis tercecer dimana-mana sampai berhari-hari. Kesimpulan: Pada penelitian ini, pengembalian berpengaruh terhadap kecepatan pendistribusian. Di RSAU Lanud Sulaiman belum mempunyai SPO (Standar Prosedur Operasional) pada pengembalian dan distribusi berkas rekam medis.

Abstract

In the implementation of road construction projects, there are often various obstacles that arise due to the risks that occur which result in not achieving the expected performance, quality and achievement of work results. The purpose of this study was to determine the risk factors that affect the implementation of work in the field and to determine the application of risk management in road construction projects. In this study, risk identification, risk analysis and risk response were carried out in the construction of road construction projects, especially road construction in Jambi Province. The research method used was by way of a survey distributing risk factor questionnaires and actions on risk factors to consultants. The assessment method uses a risk matrix assessment sourced from AS/NZS 4360: 2004. From the results of this study, it is found that the risk level for road construction work in Jambi Province is very high risk (very high) of 8%, high risk (High) of 7%, and a moderate risk of (Medium) of 16%.

Abstract

The increasing use of transportation infrastructure in Indonesia demands the development of facilities and infrastructure to enhance the quality of public services. Kalimantan Timur is a rapidly growing province. The rising population of Kalimantan Timur necessitates the construction of supportive facilities and infrastructure. Drainage refers to the action or process of draining/disposing of water, resulting from human activities like household wastewater, industrial wastewater, as well as natural processes such as rain, water accumulation, floods, and groundwater level reduction. The Drainage Project aims to improve the drainage system to reduce flood and waterlogging risks while preserving water quality, accommodating the growth of the population and the need for supporting infrastructure like housing, schools, and healthcare facilities. In the Drainage Development Project on Jalan Otto Iskandardinata, the precast concrete method with dimensions of 100x70x20 is used. The implementation of the U-Ditch Precast Drainage Project on Jalan Otto Iskandardinata is expected to alleviate flood issues. Before commencing the work, various tests such as the Slump Test, Compressive Strength Test, Hammer Test, and Tensile Strength Test are conducted to ensure compliance with the required specifications. Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) measures have been applied to the Drainage Project. Each stage of the project's implementation must be supervised by field inspectors to ensure the project runs smoothly and meets the required quality standards.
