Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of the variables studied, which in this study used a quantitative research approach with a total sample of 30 employees using the multiple regression analysis method with the help of SPSS 25. The findings of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence on the development career development on employee performance, and so does the partial test of promotion has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while simultaneous testing of career development and promotion has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Career Development, Promotion, Employee Performance  Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetaui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan dari variabel yang diteliti, dimana pada penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 orang pegawai dengan metode analisis regresi berganda bantuan SPSS 25. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan begitu juga dengan pengujian parsial dari promosi jabatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai,  sedangkan pengujian secara simultan pengembangan karir dan promosi jabatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata kunci: Pengembangan Karir, Promosi jabatan, Kinerja Pegawai
