Abstract

Predictions of children's nutritional Status can provide important input to. efforts to monitor and intervene in child nutrition, as well as support better decision-making in the field of child health. This study took data from Puskesmas data. Gedung Sari Health Center is a community health center located in Anak Ratu Aji District, Central Lampung Regency. Based on the results and discussion of the data analysis on the data above, related to the prediction of the nutritional status of toddlers at the Gedung Sari Health Center using polynomial regression, a conclusion is obtained. The conclusion of predicting nutritional status using polynomials depends on specific data analysis and modeling and the methods used. However, in general, polynomials can be used to model the relationship between input and output variables in the case of predicting nutritional status. predicted nutritional status of children and total predicted nutritional status obtained Predictions based on age in 2019 = 290,806; Predictions based on nutritional status in 2020 = 68,176; Predictions based on nutritional status in 2021 = 122,239. More research needs to be done to validate and increase the reliability of a prediction and integrate the results into health practice to improve child nutrition monitoring and interventions in the community health center.

Abstract

Direct Cash Assistance is the provision of a sum of money to underprivileged people. This assistance is to help underprivileged communities in dealing with the corona virus (Covid19). In the distribution of Direct Cash Assistance, problems often occur as the distribution is not fully on target. BLT recipients were not on target because the determination process still used manual bookkeeping and the computerized process used MS. Excel so that the level of accuracy of data processing is still in doubt. Therefore to predict the determination of BLT recipients using the K-Means method and its implementation using MS. Excel and Python. Given that this method is one of those utilized to group data as a reference in making decisions on clustering sizable amounts of data, it is quite ideal for applying the predictions of BLT-DD Assistance recipients. From the results obtained in the processing of Direct Cash Assistance data using attributes that greatly influence, namely work, status of residence, income and number of dependents by obtaining two clusters, namely feasible or not feasible. In 2020 there were 38 eligible recipients of direct cash assistance and 72 inappropriate categories, in 2021 there were 30 eligible recipients of cash assistance and 70 inappropriate categories, in 2022 there were recipients of direct cash assistance with the category 29 people are eligible and 61 people are not eligible.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has significantly transformed various aspects of businessoperations, including the small and medium enterprises (SMEs) sector. The implementation of computerizedinformation systems has become a strategic solution to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and speed in businessprocesses. Toko Rudi, a business engaged in the sales of Tripanca mineral water in Baradatu District, WayKanan Regency, still relies on manual systems for transaction recording, inventory management, and salesreporting. This manual approach has led to several challenges, such as transaction delays, a h igh risk of humanerror in data recording, and difficulties in real-time data monitoring. This study aims to design and implement aSales Information System to address these issues and improve operational performance.The system development methodology applied in this research is Extreme Programming (XP), known for itsiterative approach and flexibility in accommodating changing user requirements. The stages include planning,system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML), coding with NetBeans IDE 8.0 and MySQL, andcomprehensive system testing. Data collection was conducted through direct interviews with the owner and staff,observation of operational processes, and literature review related to information system concepts andsupporting technologies.The implementation results demonstrate that the developed information system successfully automates the entiretransaction process, customer data management, mineral water inventory control, and the generation ofaccurate and timely sales reports. The system significantly improves operational efficiency, reduces humanerror, and facilitates data-driven decision-making. Furthermore, the user-friendly interface ensures that userscan quickly adapt to the new system without requiring extensive training.In conclusion, the implementation of the sales information system at Toko Rudi has had a positive andsignificant impact on operational effectiveness. This system can serve as a reference model for other SMEsseeking to adopt information technology to support sustainable business growth and competitiveness in thedigital era.

Abstract

Kerusakan pada perangkat keras komputer adalah masalah yang sering dialami di dunia pendidikan. Kurangnya pemahaman siswa dan guru dalam mengidentifikasi kerusakan mengakibatkan proses perbaikan berlangsung lambat serta terlalu bergantung pada teknisi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah sistem pakar berbasis web yang mampu membantu dalam mendiagnosis kerusakan perangkat keras komputer secara mandiri, cepat dan efisien. Sistem ini dirancang dengan menggunakan metode Forward Chaining sebagai mesin inferensi, dimana proses penalaran berlangsung dari data gejala menuju kesimpulan diagnosis berdasarkan aturan yang telah ditetapkan oleh ahli. Sistem ini menggunakan metode pengembangan Extreme Programming (XP) yang memiliki empat tahapan utama yaitu : Planning, Design, Coding, dan Testing.  Selain pengembangan sistem, dan mesin inferensi, Sistem ini menggunakan MySQL sebagai sistem manajemen basis data. MySQL dipilih karena mendukung integrasi yang baik dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan Laravel. Hasil akhir dari aplikasi sistem pakar yang di buat berbasis web.
