Abstract

The Housing and Settlement Area Office aims to improve the accuracy and efficiency of selecting beneficiaries for the Self-Help Housing Assistance (BSPS) program by using the Weighted Product (WP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) methods. This study was conducted in Sungkai Tengah Subdistrict, North Lampung, involving six criteria: land ownership, employment, house condition, income, independence, and household size.The WP method is used to determine the weight of each criterion by calculating the product of the criteria values raised to the power of their respective weights, which helps in ranking the alternatives. TOPSIS is applied to identify the best alternative by comparing the geometric distance of each option to the ideal solution, which is either the maximum or minimum value of each criterion The results indicate that the WP and TOPSIS methods can provide more objective and transparent rankings. The application of these methods resulted in the highest ranking for ID V3 with a vector V score of 0.1317. The decision support system developed from this research is expected to assist the Housing and Settlement Area Office in distributing aid more accurately, fairly, and efficiently, thereby supporting the government's goals in improving housing quality and spatial planning

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has significantly transformed various aspects of businessoperations, including the small and medium enterprises (SMEs) sector. The implementation of computerizedinformation systems has become a strategic solution to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and speed in businessprocesses. Toko Rudi, a business engaged in the sales of Tripanca mineral water in Baradatu District, WayKanan Regency, still relies on manual systems for transaction recording, inventory management, and salesreporting. This manual approach has led to several challenges, such as transaction delays, a h igh risk of humanerror in data recording, and difficulties in real-time data monitoring. This study aims to design and implement aSales Information System to address these issues and improve operational performance.The system development methodology applied in this research is Extreme Programming (XP), known for itsiterative approach and flexibility in accommodating changing user requirements. The stages include planning,system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML), coding with NetBeans IDE 8.0 and MySQL, andcomprehensive system testing. Data collection was conducted through direct interviews with the owner and staff,observation of operational processes, and literature review related to information system concepts andsupporting technologies.The implementation results demonstrate that the developed information system successfully automates the entiretransaction process, customer data management, mineral water inventory control, and the generation ofaccurate and timely sales reports. The system significantly improves operational efficiency, reduces humanerror, and facilitates data-driven decision-making. Furthermore, the user-friendly interface ensures that userscan quickly adapt to the new system without requiring extensive training.In conclusion, the implementation of the sales information system at Toko Rudi has had a positive andsignificant impact on operational effectiveness. This system can serve as a reference model for other SMEsseeking to adopt information technology to support sustainable business growth and competitiveness in thedigital era.

Abstract

Prediksi jumlah pendaftaran peserta didik baru merupakan informasi penting bagi pihak sekolah dalam perencanaan sarana, prasarana, dan strategi penerimaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi jumlah pendaftaran peserta didik baru di SMK X Bandar Lampung menggunakan metode Polynomial Regression. Variabel yang digunakan meliputi nilai SKHU, nilai rapor, dan nilai tes seleksi. Data diolah menggunakan Microsoft Excel untuk perhitungan manual dan Python melalui Google Colaboratory sebagai alat implementasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode Polynomial Regression mampu menghasilkan nilai prediksi yang konsisten antara perhitungan manual dan implementasi Python. Pada salah satu periode pengujian diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar R = 0,8779 yang menunjukkan tingkat hubungan yang kuat antara variabel prediktor dan variabel respon. Dengan demikian, metode ini dapat digunakan sebagai alat bantu pengambilan keputusan dalam perencanaan penerimaan peserta didik baru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Kepolisian Sektor Terbanggi Besar yang masih menerapkan pelayanan izin keramaian secara manual. Proses pengajuan permohonan, verifikasi berkas, pengelolaan data pemohon, hingga penyusunan laporan belum terkomputerisasi dan terintegrasi dengan baik. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan pelayanan menjadi kurang efektif dan efisien, pencarian data membutuhkan waktu lebih lama, serta meningkatkan risiko kesalahan pencatatan dan kehilangan dokumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem informasi pelayanan izin keramaian berbasis web yang mampu mengintegrasikan proses pengajuan permohonan, verifikasi berkas, persetujuan, hingga penyusunan laporan guna meningkatkan efektivitas, efisiensi, serta kualitas pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Waterfall, yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dengan petugas terkait, serta studi pustaka. Sistem dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box Testing untuk memastikan seluruh fungsi sistem berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi yang dikembangkan mampu mendukung proses pengajuan izin, verifikasi berkas, persetujuan, pencetakan surat izin, hingga penyusunan laporan secara terkomputerisasi. Hasil pengujian membuktikan bahwa seluruh fitur sistem berfungsi sesuai dengan rancangan. Penerapan sistem ini mampu mempercepat waktu pelayanan, meminimalkan kesalahan administrasi, meningkatkan keamanan penyimpanan data, serta mendukung pelayanan izin keramaian yang lebih efektif, efisien, dan transparan pada Kepolisian Sektor Terbanggi Besar. Dengan demikian, sistem yang dikembangkan layak diterapkan sebagai solusi digital untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik.
