Abstract

Berbagai brand skincare asal Korea Selatan mulai menguasai pasar Indonesia dengan berbagai keunggulannya dan salah satunya adalah brand COSRX. Brand COSRX melakukan kegiatan promosinya melalui digital marketing dengan menggunakan sosial media instagram dengan menggaet brand ambassador Jeon Somi yang diharapkan dapat membentuk loyalitas merek. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ingin melihat dan mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh iklan yang menggunakan brand ambassador Jeon Somi terhadap loyalitas merek produk COSRX. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah followers akun instagram COSRX yang bernama @cosrx_indonesia dan menarik sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori behaviorisme sebagai grand theory dan teori S-O-R sebagai middle theory. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif yang didasarkan pada paradigma positivisme. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dalam pengumpulan datanya dan menggunakan perhitungan dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 29. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara X (Iklan) versi Jeon Somi sebagai brand ambassador terhadap variabel Y (Loyalitas Konsumen) dengan nilai korelasi atau hubungan (R) sebesar 0,629 yang menunjukkan hasil positif dengan tingkat hubungan yang kuat. Artinya sebesar 39,5% Loyalitas Merek terhadap produk skincare COSRX dapat dipengaruhi oleh Iklan yang memuat brand ambassador Jeon Somi.

Abstract

Social media is a new medium used by people to connect through the creation and exchange of information in a virtual network. As a medium of social interaction, social media has many benefits such as getting new information, entertainment, self-existence, and self-actualization. But on the other hand, social media also causes negative impacts such as information overload, hoaxes or false information, dependence, and addiction. For students, social media can be used as a means of learning and making friends, but the problem is that most students use social media for other things such as looking for pleasure, entertainment, and escape. Excessive use of social media by students will have an impact on decreasing learning achievement, therefore it is necessary to be given knowledge and understanding of time management to use social media. This community partnership program offers solutions on how to manage time in using social media so that it can benefit the self-development and learning achievement of students of SMK Al Falah, Mampang Prapatan. The results of this training show that good time management can reduce the negative impact of social media, and can increase productivity, and learning achievement, and develop students' talent.

Abstract

Interpersonal communication skills are a person's ability to establish personal relationships with others directly well. Amid the rampant development of communication and information technology today, interpersonal communication skills on the one hand are needed but on the other hand face challenges. In the digital age, people tend to prefer to communicate with others using social media rather than communicating face-to-face in person. People prefer using social media rather than socializing with others. As a result, interpersonal communication skills become undeveloped and inhibited. Among students, interpersonal communication skills are needed for self-development and soft skills, especially in building positive relationships with friends, teachers, family, and the social environment where they are. This Community Partnership Program offers solutions to build interpersonal communication skills among students of Al Falah Mampang Prapatan Vocational High School (SMK), South Jakarta. The results of this program show that students become more familiar with the concept of interpersonal communication skills, consider it important to have interpersonal communication skills, and are motivated to improve their interpersonal communication skills.

Abstract

For some grassroots communities, legal issues are problems that are not widely understood and seem complicated. Therefore, they have gained an understanding of the law, especially related to their rights through legal communication. Because the target of this community service activity is grassroots groups, the approach uses Cultural Da'wah. The cultural da'wah approach is one of Muhammadiyah's da'wah strategies in spreading Islamic teachings by integrating the values of Islamic teachings with local traditions, creatively, persuasively, and humanistically. By using problem-solving methods such as lectures, interactive discussions, and focus group discussions, this activity can provide understanding, awareness, and empowerment regarding legal issues that are often faced by grassroots communities. They understand the legal aspects related to electronic-based sexual violence, the rights of persons with disabilities, the protection and empowerment of fishermen. They are also aware and empowered to deal with the legal problems they face because they already understand the legal and legal aspects related to their respective groups. In conclusion, as a form of cultural da'wah, this activity has very good implications as an effort to understand, awareness, and empower legal issues through legal communication so that they become legally literate and can overcome the legal problems they face.
