Abstract

The Church has received the mission of Christ to carry out the works of Christ in the world. She continues the task of proclamation (kerygma), and celebrates the mystery of His presence (leitourgia) through the Word and the Liturgy, fellowship (koinonia) and service (diakonia) to others with the guidance of the Holy Spirit as a witness (martyria) to the world. From these elements, it is diakonia that can connect more closely to the act of Jesus who went around doing good (Acts 10:38). In this service, the Church gives more attention to the weak and poor people (trans. Kecil, Lemah, Miskin, Tersingkir, Difabel, abbr. KLMTD) to develop their life better. There are two forms of diakonia, namelydiakonia of charity (victim care; providing aids to the people in needs) and diakonia of empowerment (victim cause; helping people through empowerment). Thus, a movement such as Credit Union (CU) is one form of diakonia. This thesis was conducted to know how effective the Credit Union Abdi Rahayu realizediakonia of Marganingsih Parish, Kalasan, Yogyakarta. Subject of research is the service of CU Abdi Rahayu which is measured in several items, namely: financial education, saving reasons, the form of savings, easiness of borrowing, borrowing purposes, discipline of compulsory savings, assistance in using money and bad credit loans. The result of this research shows that the Credit Union Abdi Rahayu is able to realize some elements of Diakonia of Marganingsih Parish, Kalasan. This research also points act of solidarity among members as a tangible manifestation of love of neighbor.

Abstract

Bagian “puzzle” yang belum terpenuhi selama lebih dari 2000 tahun mengenai Eskatologi saat ini sudah mulai terkuak , penantian orang percaya dan gereja Tuhan akan kedatangan Tuhan untuk yang kedua kali untuk menjemput para mempelainya sudah didepan mata karena satu tanda yang terakhir sebelum kedatangan Tuhan yaitu perihal Injil diberitakan keseluruh bumi (Penyelesaian Amanat Agung) sudah akan segera terselesaikan dengan adanya Sinergi Gerakan Pentakosta Ketiga dan Pemulihan Pondok Daud Di Era Digital ini, Dengan Metode penelitian kepustakaan dengan pendekatan studi literatur dan deskriptif teologis yang digunakan oleh peneliti untuk menyelidiki, mengeksplorasi data konseptual atau teoritis secara mendalam melalui berbagai sumber pustaka, seperti buku, artikel jurnal, dokumen resmi, dan laporan penelitian. Dalam tulisan ini akan semakin terlihat seberapa dekat lagi jika dari sisi waktunya yaitu sungguh amat singkat , jadi mari kita semua sebagai gereja Tuhan harus segera memastikan diri untuk terlibat dalam Penuaian Jiwa sekarang ini dan mempersiapkan diri hidup berjaga jaga menjadi seperti 5 gadis bijaksana sehingga siap menyongsong kedatangan Tuhan kali yang kedua. Amin.

Abstract

The church has a vital role in guilding and serving the congregation, and its success is greatly influenced by the quality of the pastor’s leadership and the service provided. This study explores strategies to optimize pastoral leadership and improve the quality of church service through a quantitative approach. Data were collected through a survey of a sample of congregations. The results of the regression analysis indicate that transformational pastoral leadership significantly affects the quality of church service. This finding emphasizes the importance of developing pastoral leadership that focuses on service and effective communication. This study contributes to the understanding of the dynamics of leadership and service in the church context.
