Abstract

This research analyzes the role of family support, creativity, and internal motivation in increasing business success for women entrepreneurs in Surakarta City. Respondents were 100 women entrepreneurs in Surakarta City from various types of businesses. The instrument uses a questionnaire. Data analysis with multiple regression. Research results: family support, creativity, and internal motivation significantly increase business success. Family support has a dominant influence in increasing business success for women entrepreneurs in Surakarta City. Keywords: business success; creativity; family support; internal motivation

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui potensi kepemimpinan Islami, religiusitas, kinerja karyawan yang menjadi variabel dependen, dan kepuasan kerja sebagai faktor mediasi. Investigasi ini menggunakan teknik penelitian kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dari sampel sebanyak 69 pekerja dengan bantuan kuesioner. Metode yang digunakan untuk analisis data adalah analisis jalur dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing variabel memiliki pengaruh yang positif, dibuktikan dengan: Pengaruh kepemimpinan Islami terhadap variabel yang berhubungan dengan kinerja karyawan sangat penting. Tingkat religiusitas berdampak pada kinerja pegawai. Tingkat kepuasan kerja yang dialami karyawan memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap kinerja mereka secara keseluruhan di tempat kerja. Menurut temuan penelitian ini, dampak tidak langsung lebih kuat dari dampak langsung. Akibatnya, kepuasan kerja digunakan sebagai variabel mediasi antara faktor-faktor yang terkait dengan kinerja karyawan dan variabel yang terkait dengan kepemimpinan dan religiusitas Islam.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the effect of talent management on employee performance with employee retention mediating variables. The population as well as the sample are PD employees. BPR Djoko Tingkir Sragen. The research instrument uses a questionnaire. Data analysis with linear regression and path analysis and Sobel test. Conclusion: talent management and employee retention have a significant positive influence on employee performance. Talent management has a positive effect on employee retention. Employee retention mediates talent management against employee performance. Keywords : employee performance, employee retention, talent management.

Abstract

The primary goal of this study is to investigate the interrelationships among work motivation, career progression, and OCB among Ahass Boyolali employees, utilizing Job satisfaction as a mediating factor. The approach used in this research encompassed a descriptive-causal research design within a quantitative framework. All 35 employees at the Ahass Boyolali site participated in the survey. The study collected data using a 5-point response structure and a likert scale. The research hypotheses were tested using the PLS-SEM method implemented in the SmartPLS software. The following are the hypotheses derived from this research: First, this study does not prove that work motivation directly and significantly impacts OCB. Second, it has been demonstrated that professional advancement significantly impacts OCB. Third, rising job satisfaction is affected considerably by work motivation; Fourth, job satisfaction is not directly affected by professional advancement; Fifth, OCB is significantly affected by job satisfaction; Sixth, job satisfaction acts as an intermediary between work motivation and OCB Seventh, the positive relationship between work motivation and OCB is partially explained by job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of teacher training and workload on teacher performance moderated by work discipline within the Coordinator of PAUD Dikdas and LS of Wonosegoro District. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. Quantitative method is defined as research in the form of information or explanations expressed by numbers or numbers which are then analyzed using statistical calculations, from these statistical calculations can describe an object that can be presented in the form of tables or graphs. This study uses the SEM analysis method with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach with the help of Smartpls 3.0. Meanwhile, the population in this study is all educators (teachers) within the Coordinator of PAUD Dikdas and LS Wonosegoro District, which is 256 people. This study used a questionnaire. From the tests that have been carried out, the direct test results of teacher training and workload have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance. In the moderation test, work discipline cannot moderate teacher training and workload on teacher performance.
