Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study discusses the evaluation of cyber security policies in the banking sector at Bank BTN Surabaya using qualitative methods and data collection techniques indepth interviews and focus group discussions. The focus of this study is policy evaluation and prevention of cybercrime in banking. The location of this study was conducted at Bank BTN Prioritas Surabaya Branch, the selection of the location of this study was due to bank BTN being one of the banks that implemented preventive measures in preventing cybercrime. The problem that will be described in this article is First, How is the impact of cyber security on Bank BTN Surabaya Branch? Second, What is the government's policy strategy on cyber security? Third, How to prevent cyber-crime at Bank BTN Surabaya Branch? The conclusion of this study is that Bank BTN Surabaya shows good preventive steps by forming a special organizational structure to deal with legality issues and the implementation of cybercrime prevention applications. Bank BTN conducts policy evaluations every two weeks as a form of evaluation of target achievement and monthly evaluations carried out by their superiors directly. Furthermore, every six months Bank BTN Surabaya brings in an external audit to be able to supervise and monitor.Keywords: Bank, Cyber Security, Evaluation

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study analyzes omnichannel strategies as an increase in trust and brand image using qualitative methods with indepth interview data analysis. The focus of this research is omnichannel, trust, and brand image which seeks to be analyzed so that it can explain social phenomena that occur in society. The location of this study was conducted in the city of Surabaya, the location of the study was determined because the complex problems discussed in this study were experienced by consumers and producers in the city of Surabaya. Although it is not fully researched by each region, considering the urgency of this research is in the online marketplace where all consumers and producers in the city of Surabaya can be actively involved in market mechanisms. The study broadens the understanding of the field of omnichannel retail in a number of dimensions, firstly the research assumes a linear consumer decision-making process. Second, the literature and structure review brings the spotlight needed to observe omnichannel based on a broader management perspective. This focus is more context-specific and fragmented from the findings about the decision-making process. Fourth, this study shows results in online business people who do not understand much about omnichannel strategies carried out by the segmentation of medium to upper business people.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of communication and internal conflict on employee performance. The unit of analysis in this research was 80 people. Samples are taken from the entire population or total sampling. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression using SPSS version 24. Based on the results of data analysis using the t test, it is known that communication and internal conflict partially have a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, based on the results of data analysis using the f test, it is known that communication and internal conflict simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Therefore, it is recommended for companies to pay attention to the communication conditions and internal conflicts of employees so that employee performance is maintained.

Abstract

This study aims to prove and analyze the influence of servant leadership style, interpersonal communication on the work performance of employees at CV. Karya Usaha Aneka Tehknik Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia. The population used as the object of research (sample) is all employees of CV. Karya Usaha Aneka Tehknik Surabaya. The technique of determining the sample using stratified random sampling method. The data to be tested uses multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the hypothesis testing that had been carried out found that servant leadership style and interpersonal communication simultaneously had a significant effect on the work motivation of employees of CV. Karya Usaha Aneka Tehknik Surabaya, servant leadership style has a positive effect on the performance of employees of CV. Karya Usaha Aneka Tehknik Surabaya, interpersonal communication has a positive effect on the performance of employees of CV. Karya Usaha Aneka Tehknik Surabaya. Thus, companies are advised to pay attention to the conditions of Servant Leadership Style and Interpersonal Communication so that employee performance is maintained.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kerjasama tim dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Bank Mitra Syariah Cabang Gresik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini data dikumpulkan melalui metode kuesioner terhadap 60 orang responden adalah karyawan pada Bank Mitra Syariah Cabang Gresik, dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh untuk mengetahui tanggapan responden terhadap masing-masing variabel. Pengujian instrumen penelitian menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, sedangkan untuk memberikan kepastian bahwa persamaan regresi yang didapatkan memiliki ketepatan dalam estimasi, tidak bias dan konsisten juga dilakukan pengujian asusmsi klasik dengan uji multikolonearitas, dan uji heterokedastisitas, dan untuk teknik analisis data untuk ketetapan model menggunakan uji t dan uji F serta menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan statistik dengan alat bantu SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menggunakan uji t diketahui bahwa secara parsial variabel kerjasama tim, dan komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Kemudian melalui uji F dapat diketahui bahwa secara simultan variabel kerjasama tim, dan komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja
