Abstract

This study aims to determine the effective analysis of the financial performance of non-profit institutions for case studies at legal aid institutions in Banda Aceh. The data collection technique is using secondary data, namely documentation. The data analysis technique in this study uses the working capital ratio, current ratio, and Boppo ratio. . The results of the study show that the highest working capital ratio is in 2020, namely 522.95% in the inefficient category and the lowest is in 2021, which is 8.01% and is categorized as very efficient. The Current Ratio in 2020 was 522.95 very effective and in 2021 it was 5.229 ineffective. The highest Boppo was in 2020, namely 118.85%, which was in the very effective category, and the lowest was in 2021, which was 63.28%, which was categorized as less effective.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Persada Arkana Buana Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi adalah 60 karyawan PT. Persada Arkana Buana bagian divisi proyek Jakarta dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert 1 sampai dengan 5. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan bantuan software Excell dan SPSS versi 24.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja (2) Motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja (3) Disiplin kerja dan motivasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Implikasi, untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, perlu meningkatkan disiplin kerja dan motivasi melalui peningkatan pengawasan absensi dengan finger print dan kebijakan pemberian kompensasi sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.

Abstract

Do'a Poma snack business is one of the home industries whose members are housewives from poor families in Aceh Besar. The business problems faced are low marketing, no business legality and financial bookkeeping, and low quality packaging. This community service activity aims to optimize and develop the Do'a Poma Home Industry (IRT) business through financial bookkeeping, marketing, and product packaging improvement training. This program is expected to improve the skills and knowledge of IRT Do'a Poma business actors in managing their businesses more professionally and competitively. The training was carried out in the form of workshops, mentoring and evaluation. Participants were actively involved in simulations and interactive discussions to ensure that they could directly apply the results of the mentoring in their daily business activities. The results of this activity showed a significant increase in participants' abilities in preparing financial reports, creating a better marketing system by providing four variants of banana chip flavors, and more attractive and safe product packaging. This community service activity went very well and was right on target.
