Abstract

The purpose of making this journal is to find out the meaning of the lyrics of the song "Asmalibrasi" then the next goal is to find out what meaning is contained in the lyrics of the song "Asmalibrasi" and some of our goals, especially this song is specifically for teenagers who are in love trying to continue to the next stage. more serious, namely marriage, but the couple had doubts because of the many problems that arose, but the couple was finally able to proceed to the marriage stage because by lowering their respective egos. The theory that we use is according to some well-known experts. The method we use in this journal is by listening to songs and reading the lyrics of the songs. The results of our analysis show that each of the lyrics of the song "Asmalibrasi" contains many meanings that we must learn. Our recommendation is to be careful in choosing each partner, not because of societal standards. The meaning expressed is the meaning of denotation, connotation, and myth. In this study, Roland Barthes' semiotic theory is used to explain the denotation, connotation, and myth of the meaning of "Fall in Love" contained in the lyrics of the song. The research method used is an interpretive qualitative method or an inductive way of thinking, namely a way of thinking from the specific to the general. The data collection technique used is document study, namely tracing and obtaining from various sources where the required data is contained. The results of a semiotic study of the lyrics of the song "Asmalibrasi" are as follows. The meaning of the denotation of the lyrics of the song "Asmalibrasi" is Telling about the desire to be immediately married by a lover, this song also contains a deep message full of meaning.

Abstract

The main focus in the field of public administration in Indonesia is on the provision of public services. Within the framework of Good Governance, public services must meet certain minimum quality standards. The implementation of Good Governance practices in public services is of great significance because it is crucial for the improvement of public service performance to be considered important by relevant stakeholders such as the government, the public, and the business sector. Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services serves as a foundation to enhance the quality of public services provided by civil servants or the government. It is acknowledged that the evolution of services provided by the government continues, both in terms of paradigms and service formats, in line with the increasing demands from the public and changes in the Governance structure itself. In this context, creating professional public services in accordance with the principles of Good Governance becomes highly important. This is crucial given the various issues in the recent system of providing services to the public. Public services reflecting Good Governance involve various parties, including the government, the public, and the private sector, who can carry out service activities with an innovative approach while still adhering to the principles of Good Governance.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Running Man adalah salah satu program televisi yang bergenre urban action variety and comedy yang sedang digemari dan memiliki banyak penggemar dibelahan dunia Eropa maupun Asia, termasuk Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian: Untuk mengetahui motif menonton tayangan variety show Running Man dan pemenuhan kebutuhan penonton di Kota Banda Aceh. Metode penelitian: Penelitian kuantitatif korelasi menggunakan teori Uses and Gratifications berdasarkan pada motif menonton dan kebutuhan individual. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan instrumen penelitian dalam bentuk kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala ordinal. Skala terdiri atas 25 pertanyaan, dengan 15 pertanyaan motif menonton tayangan variety show Running Man dengan reliabilitas (α) 0,808 dan 10 pertanyaan pemenuhan kebutuhan dengan reliabitias (α) 0,800. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis tabel tunggal, tabulasi silang dan korelasi Rank Spearman untuk pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian: Hubungan signifikan antara motif menonton tayangan variety show Running Man dan pemenuhan kebutuhan penonton dimana tayangan ini memenuhi kebutuhan kognitif dan kebutuhan pelepasan penonton. Hasil juga menunjukkan bahwa penonton akan menonton tayangan variety show Running Man setelah di download dan menontonnya pada malam hari. Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motif menonton tayangan variety show Running Man dengan pemenuhan kebutuhan pada penonton kalangan dewasa di Kota Banda Aceh. Hasil juga menunjukkan penonton tayangan variety show Running Man dalam penelitian ini memiliki banyak motif, dimana mayoritas responden menonton tayangan ini setiap minggunya, dengan durasi menonton 31 - 60 menit dan ditonton pada malam hari serta memilih untuk mengunduh tayangan ini.
