Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has hit the whole world including Indonesia, which is currently making the government establish policies for the public so that the Covid-19 outbreak does not spread and spread in Indonesia. People are required to comply with health protocols (such as wearing masks, washing hands and keeping their distance) so that the chain of spread of the Covid-19 virus in Indonesia can be broken and no longer infects the wider community in Indonesia. Under these circumstances, community service was carried out with Covid-19 Caring Assistance in Gunung Bunder II Village, Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency, which was carried out at the same time as an introduction to Islamic economics and business. The community is enthusiastic about Islamic economics and business which cannot be separated from Islamic beliefs as a perfect way of life that has been adhered to by the community so far.

Abstract

Community service is one of the Tridharma functions of higher education, which aims to provide insight to the community to be able to innovate and work in managing waste of used newspapers into handicraft products. Comprehensive waste management can include reducing, reusing, and recycling which can change the value of worthless goods into products that have high selling value. This becomes more meaningful when applied to sharia business management. This community service activity will be carried out in 2020. The goal of this community service is to provide knowledge on how to use used newspapers to the people of Cimanggu Satu Village, Cibungbulang District, Bogor Regency. The method of implementing this community service is by counseling to and at the same time applying it to the people of Cimanggu Satu Village, Cibungbulang District, Bogor Regency. The community understands sharia business management, and has new skills in making handicraft products, such as making pencil cases or pens and flower vases.

Abstract

Community service in which there are community empowerment activities is a development process in which the community takes the initiative to start a process of social activity to improve their own situation and condition. Central Cibitung Village, Tenjolaya District, Bogor Regency as an Agropolitan area which has been designated as an agribusiness development that is not limited to horticultural agriculture, but this stipulation is expected to be one of the steps to improve the community's economy. One of the government's efforts to empower farming communities is through the Rural Agribusiness Development (PUAP) program. PUAP begins with the process of increasing the capacity of human resources as executors of PUAP activities in the field. At the same time, this community service activity can use PUAP to overcome problems from the aspects of capital, market access and technology and the still weak management of farming businesses which causes powerlessness in farming communities in Central Cibitung Village, Tenjolaya District, Bogor Regency.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the national economy have an important and strategic role. However, most MSMEs face capital constraints and limited access to formal financial institutions such as Islamic microfinance institutions. Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) is a sharia microfinance institution that can be a solution to obstacles. This community service aims to program access to sharia financing for MSMEs. This community service is held from July to August 2021 and is located in Cingneng Village, Tenjolaya District, Bogor Regency. The community, especially MSMEs are actively involved in this community service, and this is a practice of the active participation method used in this community service. It is expected that BMT sharia financing has a positive and significant effect on changes in MSME profits.

Abstract

The National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) in Bogor is found in each Bogor City and Regency. However, people are still not familiar with BAZNAS, moreover they have a routine of setting aside their zakat at BAZNAS. Currently, the impact of the pandemic is still being felt and causing people's income to decline. Because the impact of the pandemic has disrupted activities, including collection and distribution activities to amil zakat institutions everywhere, this is a challenge in itself during this pandemic. These challenges range from updating and adjusting the collection and distribution procedures according to the impact of Covid-19, to BAZNAS in Bogor City or Regency constantly having innovations to improve collection and distribution. Under these circumstances, this research was conducted. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a comparative approach. Based on the research conducted, in terms of collection comparisons, a Sig value of 0.094 > 0.05 was obtained. Thus Ho is rejected and Hi is accepted. This means that there are differences in the collection of BAZNAS City and Bogor Regency data. Based on the research that was also carried out, in terms of distribution comparison, a Sig value of 0.01> 0.05 was obtained. Thus Ho is accepted and Hi is rejected. This means that there is no difference in the distribution data of BAZNAS Kota and Bogor Regency.

Abstract

The potential for zakat in Indonesia is very large. This can be seen from the people who are predominantly Muslim. Zakat has become a must for Muslims. This is the main capital in developing zakat in Indonesia. However, this must be supported by collection to distribution so that it is right on target and according to its purpose. One of the supports is the establishment of the Amil Zakat Institution (LAZ) to manage zakat funds. In addition, the role of the government is also needed as the giver of authority for the formation of the legal entity Amil Zakat Institution. This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of the level of knowledge of zakat and various government policies in supporting the development of the legal entity form of the Amil Zakat Institution, especially in the people of Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency. This research uses quantitative research methods. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be seen that if the level of zakat knowledge and policies issued by the government have increased, then it can increase the development of the legal form of the Amil Zakat Institution in the people of Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of the research conducted was to analyze the guidelines and instructions for implementing services at the Leuwiliang Regional General Hospital (RSUD) in Bogor Regency, to analyze sharia management values ​​that can be applied in the services of Leuwiliang Hospital in Bogor Regency. The subjects of this study were the head of human resources and patients who came to RSUD Leuwiliang, Bogor Regency. In this study, researchers used a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive research type. Based on this research, it was found that the management and form of service performed by the Leuwiliang Hospital in Bogor Regency had been adjusted to government standards which were directed directly by hospital leaders to employees to provide services to patients according to the direction of the central government, namely through Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Services Public in order to achieve consumer satisfaction with the services provided. Leaders or superiors of RSUD Leuwiliang Bogor Regency have good performance and management in managing everything, especially employees or nurses to provide good service to patients in accordance with their knowledge and guidance from leaders without losing religious values ​​and norms

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has affected restaurateurs so that the company has used various methods to boost sales, including a pick-up strategy to create roadside booths such as what Pizza Hut Delivery has done, including at its branches such as Pizza Hut Delivery Leuwiliang, Bogor Regency. This also affects human resource policies, so that human resource management is adapted to the circumstances of the Covid-19 pandemic. Even so, the situation was quite severe during the Covid-19 pandemic, Pizza Hut Delivery's policy in handling human resources during the Covid-19 pandemic was to pay attention to the rights and obligations of employees in terms of human resource policies such as health policies, working hours policies, honorarium salary and allowance policies, bonus policies, transfer and promotion policies, and employment termination policies. Human resource policies during the Covid-19 pandemic are still based on laws and regulations issued by the central and regional governments. In addition, by paying attention to the work agreement. This makes the sharia management analysis of the Pizza Hut Delivery policy quite balanced by taking into account the interests of the company and the interests of its employees or human resources.

Abstract

The marketing elements contained in every MSME business actor (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) include maintaining a quality product (product), the right price (price), attractive promotion (promotion), as well as a strategic location (place). The competition is so tight that the UMKM Nyonya Sambel must be superior compared to its competitors. Therefore, the marketing strategy plays an important role in determining the survival or failure of a business. This study aims to analyze a good and appropriate marketing strategy for Mrs. Sambel UMKM, Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency and in line with sharia management principles. The research used a descriptive qualitative method using Strengths Weaknesses Opportunity Threats (SWOT) analysis and took place at the UMKM of Nyonya Sambel, Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency. The results of this study indicate that Mrs Sambel's SMEs apply the components in the marketing strategy, namely Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning. UMKM Nyonya Sambel also formulates a 4P marketing mix strategy, Product, Price, Place, Promotion. In addition, there is conformity with sharia management principles, namely the principle of amar ma'ruf nahi munkar, the obligation to uphold the truth, the obligation to uphold justice and also the obligation to convey the mandate. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, Mrs. Sambel's UMKM is in quadrant I Growth (development), meaning that this position is a very profitable situation and continuous improvement is still needed.
