Abstract

Abstrak: Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) adalah salah satu program yang ditawarkan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi (Kemendikbudristek) yang memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa untuk belajar diluar kampus guna meningkatkan kemampuan sesuai dengan minat dan bakat. Banyak jenis program yang ditawarkan, namun mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis sebagian besar hanya memilih MBKM magang, kewirausahaan, dan riset. Program ini merupakan hal baru bagi mahasiswa sehingga banyak mahasiswa yang belum memahami terkait dengan program tersebut. Terkait adanya permasalah tersebut maka program pembekalan dan pembentukan karakter ini berfokus untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa tentang program MBKM, terkait persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaiannya serta menanamkan etika dan sikap positif dalam diri mahasiswa.

Abstract

This paper aims to investigate the role of state-owned enterprise (SOE) corporate social responsibility (CSR) program on the small medium enterprise digitalization in Indonesia. This research emphasizes measuring the implementation of SME digitalization with 3 main indicators, namely the use of e-commerce, social media and websites. Meanwhile, the company's corporate social responsibility is measured by five main programs, namely: coaching, marketing, financing, partnerships and availability of coworking space. The sample consist of 270 small medium enterprise that follow the program of stated owned enterprise corporate social responsibility during 2020 until 2023. The results reveal that the presence of state-owned enterprises CSR program especially financing and coworking space availability positively influence the small medium entreprise digitalization. On the other hand, this research has not been able to capture the significant impact of other State-Owned Enterprise CSR programs, such as coaching, financing, marketing and partnership on SME digitalization. This study extend the exploration of state-owned enterprise CSR program impact especially on SME digitalization. The findings of this research support decision makers and SOE-CSR managers in determining priority CSR programs that are empirically proven to support the success of SME digitalization. Finally, this study demonstrate how SOE-CSR improve SME digitalization

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the progress of research on green banking in Indonesia. This research uses a systematic literature review (SLR) method, conducting an in-depth review of previous studies. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of publications on green banking in Indonesia, following the PRISMA method. This study limits the research to the keywords "green banking" and "Indonesia" and to publication years from 2019 to 2026, as of June. The highest research trend was in 2024, and the lowest was in 2019, when quantitative methods were dominant. The outline of green banking research for the 2019-2026 period includes the influence of green banking on sustainability, the implementation of the green banking concept, the factors that influence or encourage its implementation in Indonesia, and the impact of green banking on company performance and efficiency

Abstract

This article aims to develop an e-book based on Project Based Learning needs in the Basic Accounting course for Bilingual Classes. The type of research used is research and development. The research model used in this study is the modified ADDIE method, which consists of 5 stages: analyzing, designing, developing, evaluating, and implementing. The data collection in this research includes collecting material from credible sources, then arranging it according to the order of the material in the Semester Learning Plan, and using an attractive design. Design validation is carried out by media experts and material experts. The validation results show a good value where this e-book is suitable for use. Design revisions are only limited to minor revisions and these revisions are based on validation forms from media experts and material experts, such as consistent use of terms, additional discussions, and additional report examples. Small group trials have also been carried out and found that the basic accounting electronic book value is suitable for use.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the increasing instability of the global economy, which impacts the Indonesian financial market, particularly through financial stress that affects the movement of the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG). The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of the Financial Stress Index (FSI) on the IHSG in Indonesia. The research method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis based on monthly data over a specific period. The results indicate that the FSI has a significant effect on the movement of the IHSG, reflecting that financial stress has a spillover effect on the domestic stock market. These findings highlight the importance of financial stability policies to minimize the impact of financial stress on the Indonesian capital market.
