Abstract

Tanaman labu kuning atau waluh (Cucurbita moschata Durch) merupakan salah satu bahan pangan alternatif, tujuan penyuluhan memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat Desa Sungai Batang terhadap manfaat tanaman dan memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat dalam membuat makanan yang berasal dari tanaman lokal yaitu tanaman waluh, metode yang digunakan dengan metode partisipasi aktif, masyarakat Desa Sungai Batang banyak menghasilkan buah waluh yang di produksi menjadi paes waluh secara tradisional

Abstract

This research is entitled analysis of the profits of California papaya farming in Bati-Bati Village, Bati-bati District, Tanah Laut Regency, South Kalimantan Province from February to April 2024, with technical and financial objectives, a method of drawing a sample of sample farmers using the case study method with total cost results spent amounting to Rp. 49,960,416, the total income of farmers is Rp. 189,000,000,- / 3 months so that the total profit of papaya farmers for 3 month is Rp. 139,039,584,-

Abstract

One of the food crop commodities that is able to support the establishment of several industries is bananas. The aim of this research is to determine the manufacturing process, revenue costs and income of the rimpi banana business in Tbesar Village. The research method used is a case study method of traditional business implementation through the fumigation process. The production of making Rimpi bananas for 1 month is 1,050 kg. The total variable is IDR. 13,327,188,199, total receipts of Rp. 21,000,000/month, so the income obtained from the banana rimpi business is Rp. 7,672,811,801/month
