Abstract

Abstrak:  Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  apakah  terdapat Hubungan Antara Konsep Diri dengan Penyesuaian Diri Siswa Kelas X Sekolah Menengah Atas Islam Bawari Pontianak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian  ini  adalah  69  siswa kelas  X. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa konsep diri siswa kelas X Sekolah Menengah Atas Islam Bawari Pontianak mencapai 75,49 % berada pada rentang baik atau positif. Sedangkan, penyesuaian diri siswa kelas X Sekolah Menengah Atas Islam Bawari pontianak mencapai 75,71 % berada pada rentang baik. Hasil dari korelasi product moment kedua variabel tersebut didapatkan rhitung = 0,763 yang artinya menunjukan bahwa terdapat korelasi positif antara konsep diri dengan penyesuaian diri pada siswa kelas X Sekolah Menengah Atas Islam Bawari Pontianak.   Kata kunci: Konsep Diri, Penyesuaian Diri Abstract: This  research  aims  to  discover whether  there  is  correlation between self concept and adjustment of  graders  X students of SMA Islam Bawari Pontianak. The method of this research is descriptive research with quantitative approach.  Sample of research in this  research  is  69  student in grade  X. the result showed that the self concept graders X SMA Islam Bawari Pontianak reached 75,49% in the span of a good or positif. While the adjusment graders X  SMA Islam Bawari Pontianak  reached 75,71 in the good range.  The result of product moment correlation between the two variables was obtained rhitung = 0,763 which means showing that there is a positive correlation between self concept and adjustment graders X SMA Islam Bawari Pontianak Key word : Self Concept, Adjusment

Abstract

In today's rapidly evolving digital era, consumer shopping behavior has shifted significantly, with e-commerce emerging as a key platform for fulfilling consumer needs. This study aims to analyze and examine the impact of digital marketing, product quality, and product diversity on consumer purchase decisions, with trust as a moderating variable. Adopting an explanatory research, the population in this study consists of consumers of the Markas Beli Store. The sampling technique used in this study is simple random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing were conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis testing, conducted using the SmartPLS 3.0 application, show that digital marketing has a weakening effect on the positive relationship with purchase decisions. Similarly, product quality also weakens the positive relationship with purchase decisions. In contrast, product diversity significantly strengthens the positive relationship with purchase decisions. Additionally, trust weakens the positive influence of digital marketing on purchase decisions.

Abstract

This study is entitled: "Efforts to Improve Learning Outcomes of Alphabet Recognition Material Through the singing method with letter cards for group A RA YANUSA". The purpose of this study is to Improve Learning Outcomes of Alphabet Recognition Material Through the singing method for group A RA YANUSA. The method used in this study is Action Research which consists of 2 cycles, and each cycle consists of: Planning, Implementation, Observation, and reflection. Based on the results of the action research, learning through the singing method can Improve Learning Outcomes of Alphabet Recognition Material for students in group A RA YANUSA. Furthermore, the researcher recommends: 1) For teachers who have the same difficulties, they can apply learning using the singing method to improve learning outcomes; 2) In order to get maximum results, teachers are expected to invite children to sing more often happily so that they can make it easier for children to remember the alphabet

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of weaving activities on improving fine motor skills in children at RA Insan Mulia. This study used a classroom action research approach with two cycles, where each cycle consisted of four weeks. The subjects of this study were kindergarten students at RA Insan Mulia. Data were collected through direct observation, initial and final tests of fine motor skills, and feedback from parents. The results of the study showed that weaving activities had a positive impact on the development of students' fine motor skills. Before this activity began, many students had difficulty in performing tasks that required hand-eye coordination, such as drawing and cutting. However, after participating in weaving activities regularly, students showed significant improvements in their motor skills, especially in terms of hand-eye coordination, grip strength, and finger skills. In addition, weaving activities also improved students' concentration, social skills, and self-confidence. Weaving activities involving various materials, such as paper, yarn, and cloth, have been shown to be effective in improving fine motor skills because they provide students with the opportunity to practice controlling objects with various textures and thicknesses. The repetitive weaving process also helps students strengthen their hand muscles and improve their accuracy and attention to detail. Although most students showed significant progress, some students still needed additional support to master the weaving technique well. Therefore, this study emphasizes the importance of an individualized learning approach that is responsive to the needs of each student. Overall, the results of this study indicate that weaving activities are an effective method for improving fine motor skills in early childhood, and can support their cognitive, social, and emotional development. This activity can be used as an alternative in the early childhood education curriculum to optimize motor development and other aspects.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve cognitive abilities through puzzle playing activities in group B at RA Kahdijah Aisyah, Jakarta, 2021. The research was carried out from 1-12 November 2021 in the 2021/2022 academic year in semester I. The subjects of the study were 8 children in group B consisting of 5 boys and 3 girls. The study was carried out for 2 cycles with the following stages: implementing, doing, acting, observing and reflecting, during the activities the researcher took the theme of fruit plants and insects. The results of the study showed the following advantages: media or materials can use materials from used goods, used children's magazines. Providing stimulus in problem solving, training eye and hand coordination, introducing the concept of shape, size and color, training children's reasoning. While the weakness is the lack of attention to the level of difficulty in assembling puzzles which must be adjusted to the child's age group. From observations made by researchers at the end of cycle II, it was found that there was an increase in children's cognitive abilities in playing puzzles. This can be seen from the percentage at the beginning of the cycle experiencing an increase, in the category not yet developing from 25% to 0% there are no more children in that category, the category starting to develop experienced an increase from 62.5% changing to 25% in this category children have experienced a reduction and changed to the category developing according to expectations from 12.5% ​​to 37.5% experiencing an increase, in the category developing very well which initially there were no children in this category in cycle II there was an increase from 0% to 37.5%. The conclusion of this study is that through puzzle playing activities can improve the cognitive abilities of children in group B at RA Khadijah Aisyah.
