Abstract

The purpose of writing this paper is to describe the dynamics of leadership, leadership functions and the role of leaders to improve the quality of education in the context of global challenges. In preparing this work using the literature review method. Documents as a reference for the author in extracting data as well as several previous works. Descriptive analysis as a reference in analyzing and describing the work. The result of this work is that educational leadership by school principals requires effective leadership skills and an understanding of the dynamics of stakeholder interactions to achieve optimal learning goals and quality educational experiences. The function of leadership in education is to optimize the involvement of all parties, create a dynamic and comfortable school environment, and face global challenges through the functions of instruction, consultation, participation, delegation and control. School leaders have a key role in improving the quality of education through setting high quality standards, responding to consumer preferences, creating an inclusive environment, ensuring the availability of resources, and influencing the quality of educational processes and outputs by being leaders who are dependable, accepted, and always present when needed.

Abstract

Islam is based on the Al-Qur'an which regulates all aspects of Muslim life. Terminology related to the Qur'an and revelation with the aim of providing treasures. By understanding this terminology, it is hoped that we can better apply Islamic teachings in our daily lives and increase our understanding of Islamic teachings as a whole. The aim in compiling this work is to understand and describe and analyze the Al-Qur'an and Revelation: an overview of terminological aspects. Qualitative descriptive research in this work is to provide a detailed explanation of the characteristics, phenomena, or circumstances of an object of research. Literature research or literature search has a broader function than just to obtain data in a study. The results of this work are 1). As a divine revelation, it provides comprehensive guidelines and rules for human life to achieve true life goals. 2). As the main source of law in the Islamic religion that regulates human behavior and teaches the importance of maintaining the purity of the heart and implementing the principles of Shari'a. 3). As a warning, conditioning, and an important source of teachings for Muslims. 4). Teach that Allah has the attribute of mercy that encompasses the entire universe and His creatures. And 5). As a complement and closing of the previous teachings.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to conduct an in-depth study of the relationship between academic management and educational quality with a focus on leadership development. The preparation of this work used the literature review method by searching for data via Google Scholar and Sinta using the keyword principal leadership. The five identification steps include interpreting the scope of the topic, identifying relevant sources, reviewing the literature, writing a review, and applying the literature to the study, with data from six articles analyzed qualitatively. The results of the work emphasize a) the importance of visionary academic leadership with the support of leadership theory to formulate educational direction and achieve quality goals. b) The integration of management concepts, academic engagement, and collective collaboration in educational leadership provides inspiration for continuous improvement and educational excellence. c) Academic leaders must be adaptive strategic decision makers, maintain optimal educational quality, and ensure the positive contribution of educational institutions to society. d) The importance of establishing an organizational culture that supports improving the quality of teaching and staff performance in a conducive work environment. e) Facing contemporary challenges, academic leaders need to have a strategic vision, a balance between leadership and management, and the ability to manage resources to respond to the rapid dynamics of the times.
