Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan strategi pendidikan yang dilakukan sekolah jenjang SD yaitu di SDN Rawagempol Kulon I Cilamaya Wetan dalam merumuskan kegiatan pada RKJM ( Rencana Kerja Jangka Menengah ) agar terselenggaranya pelayanan pendidikan yang dapat memenuhi ketentuan dari PP 19 tahun 2007 tentang Standar Nasional Pendidikan dengan pemenuhan 8 standar nasional pendidikan yaitu standar isi, standar kompetensi lulusan, standar proses, standar pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, standar, pengelolaan, standar sarana dan prasarana, standar penilaian dan standar pembiayaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif pendekatan deskriptif yang mendeskripsikan terkait masalah yang dibahas. Dengan metode ini diharapkan mendapatkan informasi atau data deskriptif dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan perencanaan strategi pendidikan SDN Rawagempol Kulon I Cilamaya Wetan telah tertuang dalam RKJM ( Rencana Kerja Jangka Menengah ) sebagai acuan dalam proses pendidikan. RKJM adalah acuan tercapainya 8 standar nasional pendidikan dengan target pencapaian pada tahun 2023 walau banyak tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pencapaian 8 standar tersebut. Juga hasil evaluasi diri secara detail dan rinci upaya yang diperoleh dari hasil raport mutu sekolah untuk setiap standar nasional pendidikan

Abstract

Pentingnya adanya pendidikan karakter dikarenakan melalui pendidikan karakter itu bisa menumbuhkan kecerdasan, kecakapan, dan kemampuan siswa. Fokus penelitian ini adalah: (1) pembelajaran Akidah Akhlak, (2) bentuk perilaku pendidikan karakter sopan santun, (3) penanaman pendidikan karakter sopan santun, (4) faktor penunjang penanaman pendidikan karakter sopan santun , (5) pengoptimalan pendayagunaan faktor penunjang penanaman pendidikan karakter sopan santun , (6) faktor kendala dalam penanaman pendidikan karakter sopan santun, (7) solusi dari kendala penanaman pendidikan karakter sopan santun. Simpulan penelitian ini: (1) pembelajaran Akidah Akhlak pada kegiatan belajar mengajar berjalan dengan lancar, efektif, dan inovatif, (2) bentuk perilaku pendidikan karakter sopan santun sudah ada pembentukan, tinggal menambah dari kekurangan yang ada, (3) penanaman pendidikan karakter sopan santun Bapak dan Ibu Guru memberikan contoh sikap yang mulia, memberi dorongan, dan membiasakan perilaku yang mulia, (4) faktor penunjang dalam penanaman pendidikan karakter sopan santun yakni didukung oleh sarana prasarana kelas yang baik dan memadai dan minat belajar siswa yang tinggi, (5) pengoptimalan pendayagunaan faktor penunjang penanaman pendidikan karakter pihak sekolah harus bisa bertanggungjawab dalam mengembangkan penanaman pendidikan karakter sopan santun yang mulia, (6) faktor kendala yang ditemui dalam penanaman pendidikan karakter sopan santun yaitu faktor lingkungan, keberagaman peserta didik, salah dalam memilih teman, (7) solusi yang dilakukan dari kendala penanaman pendidikan karakter yakni memberi nasihat, memberi hukuman atau teguran berupa peringatan.

Abstract

Philosophy and theory of educational administration cover a wide range of ideas and concepts that influence the way a school principal manages a school and improves the quality of teachers. Academic supervision management is part of that process, which involves overseeing the school's academic activities to ensure that quality standards are maintained and teachers are properly trained. Some of the philosophies that might influence the principal's approach to academic supervision management include educational philosophy which emphasizes the importance of real learning experiences, philosophy which emphasizes the role of the teacher as a facilitator in the teaching and learning process, and philosophy which emphasizes the social role of the principal in creating an inclusive learning environment and beneficial for all students. Educational administration theory can also influence the principal's approach to academic supervision management. Some theories that may be relevant include management theory which emphasizes the importance of planning, organizing and controlling in managing schools effectively, leadership theory which emphasizes the role of the principal in leading and motivating teachers and students, and organizational learning theory which emphasizes the importance of facilitating the learning process for all. school members. By understanding the philosophy and theory underlying the management of academic supervision, school principals can choose the most appropriate approach to improve teacher quality and achieve school academic goals. This study aims to determine the management of school principals' academic supervision for the process of improving the quality of teachers in schools. Principals can draw on educational administration philosophy and theory to choose the right approach to managing the process. An educational philosophy that emphasizes the importance of real learning experiences can help principals develop supervision programs that provide teachers with opportunities to be directly involved in student learning experiences. Management theory that emphasizes the importance of planning, organizing, and controlling can help principals manage the supervision process effectively. Leadership theories that emphasize the principal's role in leading and motivating teachers can help principals create a positive and supportive supervision environment. By understanding the philosophy and theory underlying the management of academic supervision, school principals can develop effective strategies to improve the quality of teachers in schools.

Abstract

RPP development management (Learning Implementation Plan) is an important aspect in improving the teaching and learning process in schools. RPP is a document that explains in detail the material to be taught, learning objectives, activities to be carried out, and evaluation to be carried out. Effective lesson plan development management can assist teachers in managing teaching and learning processes more effectively, improve student learning outcomes, and improve the quality of teaching and learning processes in schools. This study aims to find out how lesson plan development management can improve the teaching and learning process at SDN Sukamulya III. This study uses a qualitative approach by collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that effective management of RPP development can improve the teaching and learning process at SDN Sukamulya III by: (1) compiling lesson plans according to the curriculum and competency standards, (2) compiling lesson plans that refer to students' needs and interests, (3) preparing lesson plans that refer to the principles of effective learning, (4) integrating various learning resources in lesson plans, and (5) evaluating the processes and results of student learning continuously.
