Abstract

Salah satu tujuan pendidikan bagi anak tunagrahita ringan adalah mempersiapkan anak untuk memperoleh pekerjaan . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen pembelajaran keterampilan sebagai persiapan pekerjaan di SLB Sukagalih dan SLB ABC YPLAB Lembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi serta diskusi kelompok terpumpun (Focus Group Discussion/FGD), perolehan data diolah dan dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; guru-guru di 2 SLB telah melaksanakan prinsip-prinsip manajemen pembelajaran. Akan tetapi, dalam pelaksanaannya belum optimal, penyusunan bahan ajar masih memakai pola-pola umum. Guru-guru menyatakan telah melakukannya pengorganisasian bidang studi, akomodasi kurikulum dilakukan melalui duplikasi, substitusi, modifikasi, omisi, dan program individual, serta urutan materi dan karakteristik materi pelajaran. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran belum ada bimbingan belajar secara individual yang sesuai dengan kemampuan dan irama belajar anak. Beberapa kesulitan dihadapi guru-guru dalam menerapkan prinsip-prinsip pembelajaran baik secara umum maupun secara khusus. Namun, berbagai upaya telah dilakukan guru untuk mengatasi kesulitan tersebut, akan tetapi hasilnya belum sesuai harapan.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini berupa fenomena kepala sekolah yang belum memberikan perhatian khusus dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru PAI. Hal ini disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, seperti kemampuan kepala sekolah yang masih rendah dalam melaksanakan peran kepemimpinannya terutama dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja tenaga kependidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) mengetahui perencanaan kompetensi manajemen; (2) pelaksanaan kompetensi manajemen; (3) dan evaluasi kompetensi manajemen kepala sekolah SMP Nurul Ihsan Banjaran  Kabupaten Subang dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru. Manfaat penelitian terdiri dari manfaat teoritis dan praktis. Secara teoritis mendapatkan khasanah ilmu pengetahuan dalam bidang pendidikan khususnya manajemen pendidikan bidang kepemimpinan pendidikan dan profesionalisme guru sedangkan manfaat secara praktis bermanfaat bagi guru, siswa dan lembaga. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian diskriptif kualitatif. Subyeknya yaitu kepala sekolah. Adapun informannya yakni wakil kepala sekolah dan guru. Teknik pengumpulan data (1) observasi, (2) wawancara dan (3) dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul dilakukan pemeriksaan keabsahan data, menggunakan triangulasi, dengan verifikasi dan pengecekan mengenai kecukupan referensi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Perencanaan kompetensi manajemen yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah SMP Nurul Ihsan Banjaran  Kabupaten Subang meliputi: (a) Perencanaan berdasarkan visi, misi, tujuan sekolah, dan kebutuhan (need assesment); (b) Melibatkan seluruh unsur civitas akademika sekolah; (c) Melakukan rekrutmen guru GTT baru dan melakukan analisis jabatan pekerjaan; (d) dilakukan dalam rapat kerja. (2) Pelaksanaan kompetensi manajemen dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah SMP Nurul Ihsan Banjaran  Cibogo Kabupaten Subang meliputi: (a) Mengikutkan dalam diklat, seminar, maupun workshop; (b) Studi lanjut; (c) Revitalisasi MGMP; (d) Membentuk forum silaturrahim antar guru; (e) Meningkatkan kesejahteraan guru; (f) Penambahan fasilitas penunjang; (g) Mengoptimalkan bimbingan konseling; (h) Studi banding ke sekolah lain, dan (i) sertifikasi guru. Sedangkan (3) evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah SMP Nurul Ihsan Banjaran  Cibogo Kabupaten Subang meliputi: (a) melakukan supervisi, baik secara personal maupun kelompok; (b) Teknik yang digunakan adalah secara langsung (directive) dan tidak langsung (non direcvtive); (c) Aspek penilaian dalam supervisi adalah presensi guru, kinerja guru di sekolah, perkembangan siswa, RPP, dan silabus.Kata Kunci : Kompetensi, Manajemen, Profesionalisme, Guru PAI.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh lulusan SMK tidak sesuai kompetensinya dengan yang diharapkan oleh dunia kerja. Oleh sebab itu, perlu adanya manajemen penguatan praktek kerja lapangan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan siswa SMK kompetensi keahlian Desain Pemodelan dan Informasi Bangunan Desain Pemodelan dan Informasi Bangunan (DPIB) untuk menghadapi Dunia Kerja (Studi Kasus di SMKN 9 Garut). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran dan menganalisis tentang Perencanaan Penguatan Praktek Kerja Lapangan Dalam Meningkatkan Keterampilan Teknis Siswa SMK Untuk Menghadapi Dunia Kerja pada kompetensi keahlian Desain Pemodelan dan Informasi Bangunan Desain Pemodelan dan Informasi Bangunan (DPIB) SMKN 9  Garut.Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi.  Teori dalam penelitian ini adalah teori Manajemen menurut Hasibuan, M (2017:10), Mangkunegara, A (2017:2), teori PKL dalam  Pedoman Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) Peserta Didik SMK  Direktorat Pembinaan SMK Kemendikbud (2018: 2) yakni:“Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) adalah kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilakukan di DUDI dan/atau lapangan kerja lain untuk penerapan, pemantapan, dan peningkatan kompetensi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganilis sejauh mana pengaruh penilaian kinerja, kompensasi terhadap produktivitas kerja serta sejauh mana pengaruh penilaian kerja dan kompensasi  secara bersama-sama terhadap produktivitas kerja. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dalam bentuk kuisioner dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 25 orang atau 35% dari jumlah populasi yang diteliti sebanyak 70 orang. Hasil analisis diketahui hubungan antara variable penilaian kerja dengan produktivitas kerja karyawan berdasarkan hasil kuisioner diperoleh nilai r (korelasi) = 0,647, artinya kedua variabel memiliki hubungan positif dan kuat. Hubungan antara variabel kompensasi dengan produktifitas kerja karyawan berdasarkan hasil kuisioner diperoleh nilai r ( Korelasi ) = 0,876, artinya kedua variabel memiliki hubungan positif dan sangat kuat. Besarnya pengaruh kedua variabel X2  (Kompensasi) secara bersama-sama terhadap Y (produktivitas kerja) dapat dilihat dari nilai R2 (koefisien determinasi) sebesar 0,889. Dari hasil uji F, nilai F hitung = 88,319 > F table (0,05) = 3,443, artinya kedua variabel X1 (Penilaian Kinerja) dan X2 (Kompensasi) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap variable Y (Produktivitas Kerja). Sedangkan dari hasil  uji t diperoleh  t hitung X1 = 9,675 dan t hitung X2 = 4,92 > t tabel (0,05) = 1,71, artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Penilaian Kinerja dan Kompensasi terhadap Produktivitas Kerja.

Abstract

The existence of a kiai as the leader of the pesantren is very decisive in the activities of mobilizing or motivating the members of the pesantren he leads, the kiai must be able to take actions that are always directed at achieving the goals of the pesantren organization. From here comes a leadership style that must be used as an appropriate strategy for running a pesantren organization, especially in terms of fostering the spiritual intelligence of its students. The Spiritual Intelligence (SQ) that must be possessed by students is the intelligence to place the attitudes and behavior of students who are able to implement and practice the knowledge of religion and the values contained in religion in accordance with Allah's orders and the Example of Rosululloh SAW. Spiritual intelligence (SQ) is needed to judge that one's actions or way of life are more meaningful than others. One of the leadership models that can be adopted by kiai is situational leadership whose implementation is tailored to the situation at hand. Hersey and Blanchard (1982: 180) say "there is no one best way to influence people's behavior, which leadership style a person will apply to people or groups of people depending on the level of maturity of the people who will be influenced by the leader." . Furthermore, Hersey and Blanchard (1982: 180) explain the level of maturity of those who are led to give rise to four leadership styles, namely: telling (telling), selling (selling), participating, delegating (delegating). Referring to the leadership model above, using a descriptive qualitative approach, the researcher conducted research on Kiai's Situational Leadership in Fostering the Spiritual Intelligence of the Santri. Case Studies at Daarul Mughni Al-Maaliki Islamic Boarding School Bogor and At-Tawaazun Islamic Boarding School Subang, West Java.

Abstract

Noble character education for Islamic Senior High School (MAN) students is considerably related to school management. The management refers to how the noble character building is planned, implemented, and controlled by empowering the whole resources of the school and is reflected in the educational activities in the school. This research aims to discover the strengthening noble character education program of MAN students. In addition, it also examines the implementation and the impacts of strengthening noble character education programs of MAN students. This research applied a qualitative research method to conduct a case study in Islamic Senior High School 1 Pulang Pisau and Islamic Senior High School Palangkaraya. Eventually, this research identified that (1) the strengthening noble character education program of MAN students through Scouts extracurricular activities have not been implemented properly; despite the SOP of each activity, (2) the implementation of the strengthening noble character education programs of MAN students through Scouts extracurricular activities have not reached proper service quality due to the assessment system, (3) the impacts of the implementation of the strengthening noble character education program of MAN students through Scouts extracurricular activities have achieved the objectives; nevertheless, the impacts can only be monitored when the students are in the school.

Abstract

Scrutinizing the education quality should include teachers as a forefront in the education world. Even a good curriculum and programs will be meaningless if teachers do not implement them responsibly and consistently. This study aims to determine; (1). How is the teachers’ performance supervision program in MAN 2 Banjarmasin and MAN 3 Banjarmasin; (2) How is the organizing program for teachers’ performance supervision in MAN 2 Banjarmasin and MAN 3 Banjarmasin; (3). How are the movement and leadership of teachers’ performance supervision in MAN 2 Banjarmasin and MAN 3 Banjarmasin; (4) How to control teacher performance supervision effectiveness in MAN 2 Banjarmasin and MAN 3 Banjarmasin. (5) How are the creative and innovative ideas in actualizing teachers’ performance supervision effectiveness in MAN 2 Banjarmasin and MAN 3 Banjarmasin. Meanwhile, the results of this study were; (1) the planning program had not been implemented effectively due to problems of limited resources; (2) organizing supervision had not been carried out optimally; (3) the movement and leadership had run relatively well; however, improvements are still required in the managerial aspects of leadership; (4) controlling the effectiveness of teachers’ performance supervision was gradually conducted; (5) creative and innovative ideas emphasized the strengthening of teachers’ performance supervision Madrasah Aliyah education units and e-Kinerja application. In addition, implementation and evaluation of teachers’ performance supervision in MAN 2 Banjarmasin and MAN 3 Banjarmasin had been implemented in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) issued by the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia. Nevertheless, the results were still ineffective due to problems of various resource limitations.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the unfulfilled quantity and quality of productive subject teachers in SMK so that it affects the quality of graduates. The transfer of management of Vocational High Schools by Dinas Pendidikan since 2016 and Vocational Revitalization during 2015 – 2019 are interesting to study. This study aims to identify and analyze the application of strategic management principles in fostering the professional competence of productive subject teachers in SMK, which include: (1) environmental observation, (2) strategy formulation, (3) strategy implementation; and (4) evaluation and control. There are two theories used: (1) Strategic Management from Hunger and Wheelen (1996) and Coaching Theory programmed by Kemdikbudristek (2016). For the needs of this research, a qualitative approach and a descriptive method were chosen. The techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The research locus is nas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat and SMK. The results of his research, in Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat and SMKN have applied the principles of strategic management in fostering productive subject teachers. The indicators, (1) have carried out a SWOT analysis on environmental observations, (2) formulation of mission, goals, strategies, and policies; (3) has implemented the policy strategy, budget, and procedures; and (4) evaluation and control have been carried out although not yet effective. This stage tends to be neglected, partial, and poorly acted upon. Although it is considered ineffective, the results of developing the competence of productive teachers in SMK have begun to show positive implications for improving the quality of professional vocational productive teachers. The absorption of graduates and interest in SMK is increasing. The professional competence development carried out by Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat and SMKN in their regions includes training, industrial internships, collaboration between vocational teachers and industrial practitioners, teacher welfare development, MGMP/KKG, independent learning, and PKG/PKB. Obstacles in the field include (a) complicated regulations and bureaucracy; (b) limited school budgets; (c) lack of management commitment; (e) The training is still general. The proposed alternative solutions are: (a) deregulation and debureaucratization; (b) increasing partnership with DUDI; (c) (d) optimization of PKG/PKB. The recommendations are (a) a competent team of experts in environmental analysis; (b) optimizing the implementation of teacher professional competence development; (c) optimization of control and assessment; (d) strengthen the managerial competence of principals; and (e) expand CSR with DUDI

Abstract

This study aims to improve critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes of class X Agribusiness Vocational High School (SMK) Agricultural Product Processing in learning Vegetable Agricultural Product Processing through the application of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model. This research is classroom action research. The research subjects were students of class X APHP skill competency. Collecting data using the observation method with a checklist instrument and performance test. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively. The results of the study show as follows: (a) the application of the PBL model in the learning of Vegetable Agricultural Products Processing material can improve students' critical thinking skills in learning by 24.2%, (b) critical thinking skills after the application of PBL, namely students with very high thinking skills category. high as many as 20 students (69%), high category as many as 7 students (24.2%), low category as many as 2 students (6.9%) and very high category as many as 0 students (0%), (c) application of PBL can improve student learning outcomes 31.03%, and (d) student learning outcomes by the application of PBL the number of students who achieve KKM as many as 29 students (100%). ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) kelas X Agribisnis Pengolahan Hasil Pertanian dalam pembelajaran Pengolahan Hasil Pertanian Nabati melalui penerapan model Problem-Based Learning (PBL). Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X kompetensi keahlian APHP. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dengan instrumen checklist dan tes unjuk kerja. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagai berikut: (a) penerapan model PBL dalam pembelajaran materi Pengolahan Hasil Pertanian Nabati dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa dalam pembelajaran yaitu sebesar 24,2%, (b) Keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa setelah penerapan PBL yaitu siswa dengan kategori keterampilan berpikir kritis sangat tinggi sebanyak 20 siswa (69%), kategori tinggi sebanyak 7 siswa (24,2%), kategori rendah sebanyak 2 siswa (6,9%) dan kategori sangat rendah yaitu sebanyak 0 siswa (0%), (c) penerapan PBL dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa sebesar 31,03%, dan (d) Hasil belajar siswa setelah penerapan PBL yakni jumlah siswa yang mencapai KKM sebanyak 29 siswa (100%).

Abstract

In fact, early childhood education management in the field is still far from fulfilling the needs according to national education standards because basically the institution organizing PAUD service activities departs from a concern for early childhood education, therefore education carried out in PAUD units in the implementation of PAUD institutions experiences various obstacles. which can affect the continuity of educational activities, especially in the implementation of learning activities that become obstacles in the management of thematic learning in early childhood education units, including the lack of infrastructure, low qualifications and competence of educators, minimal finance, parents' understanding of early childhood education, efforts to improve learning outcomes. maximum systematically in education management including program planning, program implementation and program evaluation. This study aims to examine thematic learning management in fostering student creativity. In particular, this study aims to examine the planning, implementation, evaluation, problems, and solutions of learning in the development of student creativity. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. This research was conducted using three data collection techniques regarding the results of research activities, namely interviews, observation and documentary studies. The theory underlying this research is George Robert Terry's theory, which is about POAC (Planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling). The results of research carried out on this occasion at the Prosperous Family Planning Institution and TK Plus Prima Insani Garut district have generally carried out thematic learning activities in fostering student creativity which refers to Permendikbud No. 137/2014 and Permendikbud No. 146/20014 by compiling planning, organizing, implementing and good control, in accordance with the prevailing regulations, both the management of its human resources and its facilities or infrastructure.
