Abstract

In carrying out economic activities, people prefer to do it in healthy financial institutions (banks), so that a bank will better guarantee various forms of transactions or economic activities in the people who are its customers. Bank health assessment aims to determine whether a bank is in a healthy or unhealthy condition. To determine whether a bank is in a healthy or unhealthy condition, an assessment can be carried out through the Bank Health Level Assessment System. The health of banking financial institutions is in the interests of all parties involved, including bank owners and managers as well as service users or customers. Fluctuating profits from year to year at PT. BRI Syariah Bank and PT. BNI Syariah Bank has an impact on the good and bad of a bank's health and will also influence customers to use the bank's services, as well as investors who will invest their capital. Therefore, this research was created to determine the level of bank health using the CAMEL (Capital, Asset Quality, Management, Earning, and Liquidity) method and to determine the comparison of financial performance between BRI Syariah and BNI Syariah. The data analysis tool in this research uses quantitative descriptive analysis which takes data from the Annual Report of BRI Syariah and BNI Syariah from 2015 to 2019. Data processing uses analysis prerequisite tests (data normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test) and Hypothesis testing (independent sample t-test, partial test, simultaneous test, multiple linear regression test) with the help of the SPSS application program. The conclusion of this research is that there are several differences in the magnitude of the ratios between BRI Syariah and BNI Syariah seen from the results of the independent sample t-test, namely the average value of BRI Syariah CAR 21,968, KAP 1,038, NPM 4,700, ROA 5,574, FDR 78,612 and the average value -average BNI Syariah CAR 21,922, KAP 1,052, NPM 5,580, ROA 13,540, FDR 82,130. Thus, looking at the overall ratio value of the two banks, it can be concluded that BNI Syariah performed better than BRI Syariah from 2015 to 2019.

Abstract

Feed is a crucial factor in tilapia farming because it contributes 92% of the total production cost. This study aims to evaluate the digestibility and utilization of carbohydrates in low-protein feed supplemented with NSP enzymes and organic chromium. The research method employed a factorial completely randomized design with treatments of organic chromium (0, 1, 2) and NSP enzymes (0, 1). The study used 18 aquariums, each measuring 50×40×35 cm. The fish used were tilapia with an average weight of 33.09 ± 0.06 g per fish. The feed used was commercial feed supplemented with organic chromium and NSP enzymes. The study focused on digestibility performance, digestive enzyme activity, growth performance, and antioxidant status. The results showed that the treatments E1C1 and E0C2 resulted in better total digestibility, energy digestibility, and protein digestibility compared to the control and other treatments. Lipase, protease, and amylase enzymes in tilapia fed with the E1C1 treatment showed significantly higher results (P<0.05) compared to the control. Growth performance in tilapia fed with NSP enzymes and organic chromium did not show significant differences from the control (P>0.05). However, antioxidant status, specifically SOD and GPx, was significantly higher in the E0C1 treatment compared to the control (P<0.05). The conclusion of this study is that the addition of NSP enzymes and organic chromium to low-protein feed can improve digestibility and optimize carbohydrate utilization, with the best results achieved with the E1C1 treatment. Keywords: antioxidant, digestive enzymes, Nile tilapia, nutrient digestibility ABSTRAK Pakan menjadi factor krusial dalam usaha budidaya ikan nila karena memiliki kontribusi sebesar 92% dari total biaya produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kecernaan dan kemampuanpemanfaatan karbohidrat pada pakan protein rendah yang diberienzim NSP dan kromium organik. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap faktorial dengan perlakuan kromium organic (0,1,2) dan enzim NSP (0,1). Wadah yang digunakan merupakan aquarium yang berukuran 50×40×35 cm sebanyak 18 unit. Ikan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ikan nila dengan bobot rata-rata 33,09 ± 0,06 g/ekor. Pakan yang digunakan merupakan pakan komersial yang diberi penambahan kromium organik dan enzim NSP. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada kinerja kecernaan, aktivitas enzim pencernaan, kinerja Pertumbuhan serta status Antioksidan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan E1C1 dan E0C2 menghasilkan nilai kecernaan total, kecernaan energi dan kecernaan protein yang lebih baik dibanding perlakuan kontrol dan perlakuan lainnya. Enzim lipase, protease dan amilase pada ikan nila yang diberipakan perlakuan E1C1 menunjukkan hasil yang lebih tinggi secarasignifikan (P<0,05) terhadap kontrol. Kinerja pertumbuhan pada ikan nila yang diberienzim NSP dan kromium organik menghasilkan nilai yang tidak signifikan dengan kontrol (P>0,05). Walaupun demikian, status antioksidan yang dihasilkan yaitu SOD dan GPx pada perlakuan E0C1 menghasilkan nilai yang lebih tinggi secara signifikan terhadap kontrol (P<0,05). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penambahan enzim NSP dan kromium organik pada pakan rendah protein mampu meningkatkan kinerja kecernaan dan memanfaatkan karbohidrat dengan optimal. Abstract

In the digital era, electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) has become an important marketing strategy to increaseconsumer buying interest. With more than 212 million Indonesian internet users as of January 2023, the growth of ecommerce platforms is increasing rapidly. The Internet gives consumers more choices according to their preferences,which are now often influenced by e-WOM. Expression of products is now more often done electronically, so e-WOMcan change consumer preferences. This research aims to analyze the influence of e-WOM on consumer buying interestin Scarlett products on Shopee. To understand the impact of e-WOM, this research adopts a model from previousresearch. It is hoped that the results of this research will help Scarlett improve its marketing strategy and provideguidance for MSMEs in the beauty industry in developing their business through e-WOM and Shopee. Research datawas collected from 401 respondents who filled out a Google Form questionnaire with certain criteria, such asIndonesian people who are male and female and buyers of Scarlett products on Shopee. The methodology used isdescriptive quantitative with data collection techniques via Likert scale questionnaires, then processed using SMART - PLS. The research results show that the application of information has a positive and significant influence onpurchasing interest. This model is able to predict interest in purchasing Scarlett products by 90.5%. Apart from that,a significant indirect effect on purchase intention was also found in the structural model. This research is limited tothe beauty business sector and the majority of respondents are women, so the findings cannot be generalized to otherbusiness sectors or various genders. Future research is recommended to consider additional factors that may improvethe model's ability to predict information adoption. In addition, future research can apply this model to other businesssectors or different e-commerce platforms. Keywords-information adoption model, purchase intention, electronic word-of-mouth, Shopee.
