Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembiayaan mudharabah, musyarakah dan murabahah terhadap profitabilitas Bank Syariah Mandiri periode 2011-2018. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu Bank Syariah Mandiri. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling dengan data periode 2011-2018 dari laporan keuangan Bank Syariah Mandiri sebanyak 32 data. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode dokumentasi yang dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data melalui website Bank Syariah Mandiri. Hasil uji signifikansi parsial (uji t), penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembiayaan mudharabah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas Bank Syariah Mandiri dengan nilai p-value > α = 0,000 < 0,05, dan nilai thitung < ttabel sebesar 5,206 < 2,04841. Sementara pembiayaan musyarakah tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas Bank Syariah Mandiri dengan nilai signifikan 0,335 > 0,05, dan nilai thitung < ttabel sebesar 0,982 < 2,04841. Serta pembiayaan murabahah yang berpengaruh secara negatif terhadap profitabilitas Bank Syariah Mandiri dengan nilai 0,003 < 0,05, dan nilai thitung > ttabel sebesar -3,300 > 2,04841. Sedangkan hasil uji signifikansi simultan (uji f) menunjukkan bahwa pembiayaan mudharabah, musyarakah dan murabahah secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas Bank Syariah Mandiri. Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the determination of the profit sharing ratio for term savings at BMT Bina Ummat Sejahtera Gondangrejo. The profits obtained from this product are shared based on a predetermined agreement. With profits divided proportionally between shahibul maal and mudharib. Term savings product as a means for BMT Bina Ummat Sejahtera to increase income. This type of research is field research using a qualitative approach. Data collection in this research was through documentation, observation and interviews. Data analysis techniques use editing, classification, analysis and conclusions. Meanwhile, to test the validity of the data using triangulation. Based on the results of research conducted by the author, it can be concluded that the determination of the profit sharing ratio for term savings products at BMT Bina Ummat Sejahtera is in accordance with the mudharabah profit sharing method, namely profits become joint property and joint ownership rights.

Abstract

Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) is generally oriented towards improving the welfare of members. Has carried out two activities, namely saving or entrusting and lending funds (money). With promotions and excellent service, people can find out what BMT is. The population determined by the author in this research is the residents of Boyolali Regency. Sampling in this research used a purposive sampling technique. The respondents selected by the author using this purposive sampling method were members of BMT Usaha Dini (BUD) Boyolali. Interviews in this research were conducted with BMT Usaha Dini Boyolali employees to find out the number of Wadiah savings customers, while interviews with customers aimed to find out the attractiveness of customers to become Wadiah savings customers at BMT Usaha Dini Boyolali. Meanwhile, this research observation was carried out by the researcher coming directly to the field. The data collection carried out in this questionnaire was done by distributing 50 questionnaires. The questionnaire will be divided into two parts. The first is related to customer characteristics based on demographic segmentation, such as name, gender, age, and address. The second part contains a statement, which is an explanation of the operational variables of service activities.

Abstract

Muslims conduct more and harder worship during Ramadan than non-Ramadan. Studies show positive effects indicating Ramadan hard worship as rational. However, no studies discuss Ramadan worship based on the rational choice approach although this approach can reveal what, why, and how a decision is rational. Based on the rational choice approach, this study aims to demonstrate graphically Ramadan worship and general activity combination, relative price, constraint, and equilibrium. This paper employs the rational choice graphical modelling that consists of the Ramadan worship indifference curve graphing, relative price setting, constraint line graphing, and equilibrium graphing. Four results are found. Firstly, the worship indifference curves reveal that worship perfectly complements to general activity. Secondly, the worship relative price decreases from non-Ramadan to Ramadan. Thirdly, the worship constraint lines rotate up caused by decreasing worship relative price. Fourthly, the Ramadan equilibrium demonstrates that Muslim is satisfied by a relative price-decreasing-caused Ramadan hard worship that exploits physical capability but without general activity interfering

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran literasi dan inklusi keuangan syariah terhadap pengembangan UMKM di Indonesia. Penelitian mengkaji bagaimana literasi keuangan syariah mempengaruhi keputusan UMKM dalam memilih produk dan layanan keuangan syariah, serta bagaimana inklusi keuangan syariah dapat meningkatkan akses UMKM terhadap pembiayaan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder seperti referensi, jurnal, buku, atau data dokumentasi yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif dengan studi pustaka dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan, antara lain merumuskan pertanyaan penelitian, mencari sumber-sumber pustaka, dan mengevaluasi sumber-sumber pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman dan penerapan keuangan syariah (literasi keuangan syariah) sangat penting bagi UMKM. Literasi keuangan syariah yang baik membantu UMKM membuat keputusan keuangan yang lebih baik dan mengelola keuangan dengan lebih efisien, yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan kinerja dan kesejahteraan mereka. Selain itu, akses terhadap layanan keuangan syariah (inklusi keuangan syariah) juga penting bagi UMKM. Inklusi keuangan syariah yang baik memudahkan UMKM mengakses pembiayaan dan layanan keuangan syariah lainnya.

Abstract

This research aims to identify creative economy sectors that drive Indonesia's economic growth, measure the sector's contribution to the national GDP, provide recommendations for creative economy development to maximize support for the economy, and present the creative economy from an Islamic perspective based on the Quran and Sunnah, with the hope of providing a comprehensive insight into the role and potential of the creative economy in Indonesia. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data sources used are secondary data such as references, journals, books, or documentation data related to the research. Data collection techniques include literature study. The data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis with literature study carried out through several stages, including formulating research questions, searching for literature sources, and evaluating literature sources. The results of the study indicate that the creative economy is crucial for Indonesia's economic growth, with a large contribution to GDP, employment, and foreign exchange. Culinary, crafts, and fashion are the main subsectors contributing to GDP. TV/radio, film/animation/video, performing arts, and visual communication design are experiencing rapid growth. Creative economy development requires a comprehensive strategy: infrastructure, human resources, access to capital, IPR, promotion, and cooperation. Islamic principles can be an ethical and beneficial foundation for the creative economy. Keywords : Creative Economy, Economic Growth, GDP
