Abstract

Abstract: The Difference Of Physical Effect Among Before And After Working At Hot Work Environment. This study aimed at discovering the difference of physical effect among before and after working in hot work environment (a study on the machine workers of PT. PLN (PERSERO) Kapuas Sector, West Kalimantan). Using observational analytic method and cross-sectional designs, this study employed 45 respondents who were selected by using total sampling technique. The data were analyzed by using Wilcoxon test with 95% confidence level. The results showed that the average systolic blood pressure before working was 166.33 mm Hg, the average systolic blood pressure after working was 123.29 mmHg with p-value = 0.000, the average diastolic blood pressure before working was 79, 00 mmHg, and the average diastolic blood pressure after working was 80.89 mmHg with p-value = 0,032. On the other hand, the average pulse before working was 81.82 seconds/minutes, and the average pulse after working was92.93 sec/min, with p-value = 0.000. Hence, there were no differences in systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and pulse rate before and after exposure to heat.Abstrak : Perbedaan Efek Fisiologis Pada Pekerja Sebelum Dan Sesudah Bekerja Di Lingkungan Kerja Panas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan efek fisiologis pada pekerja sebelum dan sesudah bekerja di lingkungan kerja panas pada pekerja bagian mesin di PT. PLN (PERSERO) Sektor Kapuas Kalimantan Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan Cross  sectional. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 45 responden diambil dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Analisa data dengan uji statistik Wilcoxon dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tekanan darah sistolik rata-rata sebelum bekerja adalah 166,33 mmHg, tekanan darah sistolik rata-rata sesudah bekerja adalah 123,29 mmHg dengan nilai p value = 0,000, dan tekanan darah diastolik rata-rata sebelum bekerja adalah 79,00 mmHg, tekanan darah diastolik rata-rata sesudah bekerja adalah 80,89 mmHg dengan nilai p value = 0,032, sedangkan denyut nadi rata-rata sebelum bekerja adalah 81,82 detik/menit, denyut nadi rata-rata sesudah bekerja adalah 92,93 detik/menit, dengan nilai p value = 0,000 yang berarti ada perbedaan tekanan darah sistolik, diastolik dan denyut nadi sebelum dan sesudah terpapar panas.

Abstract

Abstract: Wasting in Children at work area of Puskesmas Pontianak City. This study aimed to figure out the risk factors of wasting in Children at work area of Puskesmas Saigon and Puskesmas Perumnas II. A case-control method, as well as a purposive sampling technique, was carried out in this study. As many as 66 respondents were divided into 2 groups (33 cases group and 33 control group). The data were analyzed by using Chi-square test. The study revealed two findings. First, there were significant correlation of infectious disease (p= 0,003, OR=5,714 with CI 95%=1,925-16,965), exclusive breast feeding(p= 0,021, OR=3,946 with CI 95%=1,343-11,800), complete immunization(p= 0,025, OR=3,619 with CI 95%=1,290-10,150). Second, there was no correlation of carbohydrate intake(p= 0,577, OR=1,688 with CI 95%=0,524-5,438), protein intake (p= 1,000, OR=1,134 with CI 95%=0,425-3,026),and the incidence of wasting in Children at work area of Puskesmas Saigon and Puskesmas Perumnas II.Abstrak : Gizi Kurus (Wasting) Pada Balita Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kota Pontianak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor risiko kejadian gizi kurus di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Saigon dan Puskesmas  Perumnas II. Jenis penelitian adalah Case control dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 66 responden yang terbagi menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu 33 kasus dan 33 kontrol. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara penyakit infeksi (p = 0,003, OR = 5,714 dengan CI 95% = 1,925-16,965), ASI eksklusif (p = 0,021, OR = 3,946 dengan CI 95% = 1,343 – 11,800), dan kelengkapan imunisasi (p = 0,025, OR = 3,619 dengan CI 95% = 1,290-10,150). Variabel yang tidak berhubungan asupan karbohidrat (p = 0,577, OR = 1,688 dengan CI 95% = 0,524-5,438) dan asupan protein (p = 1,000, OR = 1,134 dengan CI 95% = 0,425-3,026) dengan kejadian gizi kurus di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Saigon dan Puskesmas Perumnas II.

Abstract

Abstract: Instant Noodle Consumption Behavior Among Students Of Health Sciences Faculty Of Muhammadiyah University Pontianak And Nutrition Department Of Health Polytechnic Of Health Ministry Pontianak. This study aimed at determining the factors associated with instant noodle consumption behaviour among students of Health Sciences Faculty of Muhammadiyah University of Pontianak and Nutrition Department of Health Polytechnic of Health Ministry of Pontianak. Using cross-sectional design, this study employed 145 students as the samples and were selected by using simple random sampling. The statistical test used was chi-square test. The study revealed that there were no significant correlation of  nutritional knowledge (p = 1.000, PR = 1.004 with 95% CI = 0.712 to 1.415), food safety(p = 0.064, PR =0,646with 95% CI = 0.407 to 1.025), media exposure (p = 0.139, PR = 1.419 with 95% CI = 0.911 to 2.211), inhabitancy (p = 0.851, PR = 0.932 with 95% CI = 0.646 to 1.344) and instant noodles consumption behavior among students of Health Sciences Faculty of Muhammadiyah University Pontianak and Nutrition Department of Health Polytechnic of Health Ministry Pontianak.Abstrak : Perilaku Konsumsi Mie Instan Mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan Universitas Muhammadiyah Dan Jurusan Gizi Poltekkes Kemenkes Pontianak. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku konsumsi mie instan pada mahasiswa  Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan Universitas Muhammadiyah Pontianak dan Jurusan Gizi Poltekkes Kemenkes Pontianak. Jumlah sampel yaitu 145 orang dengan penentuan sampel secara Simple random sampling dan menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah Chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan gizi (p = 1,000, PR = 1,004 dengan CI 95% = 0,712-1,415), keamanan pangan (p = 0,064, PR = 0,646 dengan CI 95% =0,407-1,025), keterpaparan media (p = 0,139, PR = 1,419 dengan CI 95% = 0,911-2,211), dan tempat tinggal (p = 0,851, PR = 0,932 dengan CI 95% = 0,646-1,344) dengan perilaku konsumsi mie instan pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan Universitas Muhammadiyah Pontianak dan Poltekkes Kemenkes Pontianak.
