Abstract

Research aims to reveal design of Unnes Physics Education Curriculum related to development of student abilities who lead to creativity and learning in train student creativity who carried out based on the Unnes Physics Education Curriculum. The research method uses descriptive analysis with a quantitative-qualitative approach. The study used triangulation techniques. CPL and CPMK in the 2015 Physics Education Curriculum as samples of documentation method analysis related to train student creativity and interviews to students and distribution questionnaires to find out the level of students creativity. The results of the analysis show the Achievement of Graduate Learning (CPL) and Achievement of Course Learning (CPMK) of curriculum design has a very high creativity criteria with a percentage of 81%. These results are different from interviews result and research questionnaires which show that the implementation of the 2015 Physics Education Curriculum has not been maximized in equipping the creativity of physics education students at the highest level of creativity. It was stated that the results of the average percentage of questionnaires were 68% with high creativity criteria, and interviews were 52% with moderate creativity criteria. The results of the T-test obtained the Sig. (0.002) < 0.05 which indicates a significant difference between the level of student creativity in the field and the level of creativity in the 2015 Physics Education Curriculum design.

Abstract

In the 21st century education and technology are developing more rapidly. This requires each individual to have skills. One of the skills that must be possessed is creativity. According to Munandar creativity is devided into four models namely person, process, press and product. Product creativity according to Peter Nilsson can be assessed in terms of product form and product Quality based on theory of village Taxonomy Design Creativity Peter Nilsson product form is devided into five aspects, namely Imitation, Variation, Combination, Transformation, and New Creation. This research focuses on transformation aspects only, conducted on Physics Education college students who have received analog electronics courses, then college students are asked to design the opening and closing tools of the water tap according to the order sheet, to then be assessed with an instrument that has been validated by an expert lecturer. The data analysis technique uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The results of the data analysis concluded that the level of creativity of physics education college students in designing the product aspects of transformation, 5,1 on a scale of 0-7 which means college students of UNNES physics education have a high level of creativity.

Abstract

Munculnya Permendiknas No. 22 tahun 2006 yang menyatakan bahwa substansi mata pelajaran IPA pada SMP/MTs merupakan IPA Terpadu perlu dukungan dengan adanya bahan ajar terpadu. Telah dilakukan pengembangan modul IPA Terpadu bermuatan mind mapping pada tema cahaya dan penglihatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan modul IPA Terpadu dan mengetahui kelayakannya sebagai bahan ajar.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development dengan 2 tahap uji coba, yaitu uji keterbacaan modul dan uji coba pemakaian modul. Uji keterbacaan modul dilakukan oleh 8 siswa kelas IX dan 3 orang guru IPA, sedangkan uji coba pemakaian modul dilakukan di kelas VIII F. Hasil kelayakan modul diperoleh dari validasi ahli mencapai >80%,  hasil tanggapan guru sebesar 93,34%, hasil uji keterbacaan modul mencapai skor 92,5%, hasil tanggapan siswa sebesar 93,6% pada uji coba pemakaian modul, serta hasil belajar siswa dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 94,4%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul IPA Terpadu bermuatan mind mapping pada tema cahaya dan penglihatan telah memenuhi syarat kelayakan bahan ajar. Disarankan untuk mengembangkan modul mind mapping pada materi yang berbeda dengankegiatan belajar yang lebih menyenangkan.  Permendiknas No. 22of 2006 states that thesubstance ofteaching integrated science for Junior High School needs asupportof providing an integrated teaching materials. Based on that background the development of integrated science modul with mind mapping approach has been done. The research objective is to develop an Integrated Science modul and determineits feasibilityas a teaching material. This research used the Research and Development design with 2 phases. They are readability test and application test. Readability test was carried outfor 8 students of IX grade and 3 science teachers, while theapplication wascarried outfor students of  VIIIF.Feasibility result sobtained from expert validation modul reached >80%, the results ofthe teachers responsewas93.34%, the results of student responses were 92.5% while in readability testand93.6% in application test. The students also achieved classical completeness of 94.4%. Based on the results aboveit can be concludedthat the Integrated Science modul withmind mapping approach “lightandvision”, theme is eligible to be used as teaching material. It can be recommended to develop a mind mapping modul in a different material with more interesting activity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Alat Peraga Kit Optik Serbaguna yang dapat meningkatkan Keterampilan Proses Sains siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian eksperimen, dengan subjek penelitiannya adalah siswa kelas VIII H SMP N 1 Semarang. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi tes, angket, dan lembar observasi. Data yang di analisis berupa hasil penerapan dalam pembelajaran dan angket respon siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alat peraga yang dikembangkan dapat meningkatkan KPS siswa dengan nilai gain mencapai 0,85 yang (kriteria tinggi). Peningkatan KPS tertinggi terjadi pada indikator mengamati sedangkan terendah pada indikator menyusun hipotesis. Hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan Alat Peraga Kit Optik Serbaguna menunjukkan adanya penigkatan yang signifikan, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai gain mencapai 0,78 (kriteria tinggi). Hasil angket respon terhadap Alat Peraga Kit Optik Serbaguna menunjukkan nilai 75,59% untuk alat peraga kit optik serbaguna dan 70,78% untuk LKS. The Development of Multipurpose Optical Kit Learning Aid for Enhancing Students’ Science Process Skills AbstractThis study aims to develop of multifunction optic kit teaching aids toward to improvement of students Science Process Skills. Method design used in this study was experimental research method, with eight graders of SMP N 1 Semarang as the research subject. The instrument used in this study included test, questionnaire, and observation sheet. The result of this study showed that the developed props could improve students Science Process Skills, with the value gain reaching 0,85(high criteria). The highest improvement of Science Process Skills occurred in indicator of observing, while the lowest occurred in indicator of compile the hypothesis. The learning outcomes using the props indicated a significant improvement, this is showed by value gain reaching 0,78 (high criteria). The result of a questionnaire of multifunction optic kit teaching aids showed the value 75,59% and 70,78% of student worksheet.
