Abstract

PT. Fishindo Kusuma Sejahtera Multi Agro Tbk. Surabaya adalah salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang produksi dan pemasaran kedele, dengan tingkat kompetisi yang tinggi diantara perusahaan-perusahaan sejenis yang bergerak di bidang yang sama. Untuk itu perlunya meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan mereka melalui proses motivasi yang diwujudkan dengan pemberian kompensasi kepada para karyawan.Jenis kompensasi yang diberikan oleh PT. Fishindo Kusuma Sejahtera Multi Agro Tbk. Surabaya kepada para pegawainya terbagi dua, yaitu kompensasi finansial dan kompensasi non-finansial. Dalam penelitian ini penulis mengambil kompensasi non-finansial sebagai variable bebas untuk mengukur variable terikat, dalam penelitian ini yang mana adalah produktivitas karyawan.Dalam hasil penelitian kompensasi non finansial itu sangat berpengaruh pada produktivitas karyawan PT. Fishindo Kusuma Sejahtera Multi Agro Tbk. Surabaya ditinjau dari, jenis kelamin, umur, pendidikan dan lama kerja, menunjukan kecenderungan baik.

Abstract

In accordance with Article 1 paragraph 9 of Law No. 12 of 2012 concerning Higher Education, lecturers are mandated to fulfill the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, one of which is community service. Community service is an expression of the university's responsibility to society and the application of scientific knowledge within the community. As an entity within the realm of higher education, UNISSULA has an obligation to actively engage in community service activities with the aim of assisting the community in addressing various challenges. In this context, UNISSULA recognizes the emergence of new challenges within the community amid the widespread impact of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia, namely the phenomenon of self-isolation. The handling of patients undergoing self-isolation often requires special attention. Therefore, UNISSULA deems it necessary to respond to this issue through community service activities. This community service report will document UNISSULA's concrete efforts to contribute to the community regarding the handling of self-isolation. Through a scientific approach and the application of knowledge, UNISSULA aims to provide relevant and effective solutions to address this issue. It is hoped that this activity can serve as a tangible example of the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education that has a positive impact on the welfare of the community around UNISSULA.

Abstract

ABSTRACTAlong with the times, women today, especially those left in big cities tend to play a double roles. Some of them even have multifunctionally function because they have got the widest opportunity to develop themselves. Thus work and important positions in society are no longer monopolized by men. They work in various sectors with a variety of different reasons. Not infrequently they must increase competitiveness and deal with men. These are what are usually referred to as career women.The reason of women leaving home to work include (1) filling in their spare time (2) helping to increase the cost of family needs (3) providing for the family (4) as a result of the needs of the industrial sector that requires female labor, and so on.The position of career women who work outside the home often raises new problems. Their responsibilities as housewives are potentially neglected. The Islamic concept that places mothers as the first “madrasah” for children's education often cannot be run optimally. In addressing the issue of women who work there are 2 (two) opinions among scholars. First, rejecting women for careers, by working outside the hause there will be many obligations that must be abandoned. Second, allowing women to have a career with the demands of basic needs that require them to work. The woman's energy is needed by the community and the work cannot be done by men. Regarding the first opinion, women may work outside but their obligations as mothers and educators for their children must still be fulfilled. Keywords: Family Education, Islamic Law, Career Women
