Abstract

The general reality that occurred in the budget realization and performance reporting system in Central Lombok Regency before E-Monev was put into practice was that the process was very slow, complicated, and very convoluted, not infrequently even very tiring. Reports that should be done in one day may take one week, two weeks or even one month. To expedite the reporting or monitoring process, Bureaucratic Reform (RB) efforts were made by developing online-based systems and applications called E-Monev. E-Monev is an instrument for monitoring, evaluating and controlling budget realization and performance which is used to collect data and information on monitoring results. This web-based application makes it very easy for employees to record budget realization and performance while in the office, such as filling in and changing work plans, filling out sub-activities, and there are other forms provided for reporting according to their respective duties and roles. What is expected from this web-based application is that employees can use the application as well as possible and can facilitate work and help company performance, especially in the field of Human Resources, to be faster, better and more practical.

Abstract

The financial sector is one area that is greatly influenced by the development of information technology. Both in administrative processes in financial institutions such as the Bhakti Karya savings and loan cooperative and non-formal training in the form of training outside financial institutions. Almost all financial institutions, companies, government agencies, financial institutions and others have switched to using electronic-based applications. The aim is to be able to process data easily and quickly. The Microsoft Excel training given to Ksp Karya Bhakti members/employees by the Community Service Team went smoothly. The institution welcomed this training activity because members/employees often feel overwhelmed when it is the end of the month to prepare the institution's financial reports. Especially members/employees in the reporting section who are still relatively new to using Microsoft Excel software in making institutional financial reports, so far making calculation reports has been done manually by writing in books and using a calculator.

Abstract

Selection Optimal student selection can involve many considerations. The challenges faced in optimal student selection include the establishment of criteria that are explicit and objective criteria, accessibility of appropriate data to evaluate the student performance and qualifications, and ambiguity or disagreement surrounding the decisions made. This research aims to apply the Multi-Attribute Utility Theory Theory of Multi-Attribute Utility (MAUT) for the selection of exemplary students, thus facilitating the process for educational institutions, particularly student affairs departments, to identify the best students at the end of each semester. Results ranking showed that the first position was achieved by the student M. Qinan Hasan Al-Gazy with a final score of 0.65, the second position was achieved by student Rifqi Saputra with a final score of 0.62, the third position was achieved by student A. Abstract

The development of information technology has encouraged government agencies to adopt digital systems to improve the quality of public services. One of these innovations is the Waste Bank Management Information System application (SIMBA), which is used by the Lombok Tengah Environment Agency. This research aims to analyze the usability of the SIMBA application based on three main dimensions of the Webqual 4.0 method, namely usability, information quality, and service interaction quality. The method used is a quantitative approach through the distribution of questionnaires to 51 respondents who are users of the application. Each dimension is measured using a five-point Likert scale to obtain users' perceptions of the quality of the application. The results of the study show that the score for the usability dimension is 188, information quality is 192, and service interaction is 188, with a total Webqual score of 189. This score falls into the 'good' category, indicating that the SIMBA application has met user needs in terms of usability, information quality, and service interaction quality. This research is expected to serve as an evaluation material for the development of environmental service information systems in the future.
