Abstract

Untuk dapat menjaga kelangsungan usaha showroom, maka perlu adanya pencatatan sistem penjualan yang harus dirancang sedemikian rupa untuk mempermudah jalannya proses bisnis showroom berjalan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan Sistem informasi  manajemen data showroom berbasis  multi  user yang bersifat komputerisasi. Upaya dalam pengolahan data dan informasi akan berhasil dengan perubahan yang lebih baik pada sistem yang ada.informasi manajemen data showroom berbasis  multi  user pada sebuah showroom adalah aplikasi yang menangani jual beli motor bekas. Pengolahan data ini meliputi data pembelian, data penjualan, dan transaksi pembayaran secara tunai. Dalam aplikasi ini juga terdapat pendataan yang diperlukan dalam sistem jual beli motor yaitu pendataan pegawai, pendataan customer dan pendataan barang. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan dengan  menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Delphi dengan menggunakan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi, Analisis Sistem, Berbasis Multi User.

Abstract

Decision Support System (DSS) is a system that can help someone in making decisions and is also an approach to support decision making on a particular problem. One of the methods in the decision support system is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, which is a method for making scientific and rational decisions to provide solutions to multi-criteria and complex problems with various alternatives. In this research, the author tries to apply the AHP method to determine the location of new housing developments in Lombok Tengah District. The criteria used for consideration are land conditions, facilities, social and economic conditions, and land availability. The results of this study can prove that DSS with the AHP method is able to assist developers in determining the choice of new housing development locations in Lombok Tengah District.

Abstract

Abstrak-BTN Puyung Indah Blok A No. 2, Puyung, Kec. Jonggat, Kab. Lombok Tengah warganya adalah kebanyakan wira usaha. Sistem Pemesanan dan Penjulan masih dilakukan dengan cara manual yaitu data barang, data penjualan dan pembelianya masih dicatat didalam buku besar, begitu juga dengan pencarian datanya sehingga kinerjanya masih belum efektif. Hal ini tercermin pada sering terjadinya kesulitan dalam penyusunan laporan hasil karena harus mengunpulkan kembali data-data transaksi yang sudah dilakukan. Untuk mempermudahkan perhitungan pemesanan dan penjualan, diperlukan sistem terkomputerisasi, dengan adanya sistem ini, setiap proses transaksi dalam system pemesanan dan penjulan dapat dikelola dengan baik.  Metodologi yang digunakan untuk membangun sistem ini adalah Model SDLC. Model ini merupakan sebuah pendekatan terhadap pengembangan perangkat lunak yang sistematik, dengan beberapa tahapan, yaitu: perencanaan, analisis, perancangan, implementasi dan perawatan rancangan menu pada sistem ini dibagi menjadi dua halaman, yaitu halaman admin dan halaman Pengguna / Pengunjung, bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan untuk merancang sistem ini adalah bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan database MySQL, dibantu dengan beberapa tools pendukung lainya.Dengan adanya sistem informasi pemesanan dan penjualan di desa kerembong berbasis web pada secara terkomputerisasi dapat digunakan sebagai alternative dari sistem sebelumnya yang masih menggunakan sistem manual.

Abstract

The general reality that occurred in the budget realization and performance reporting system in Central Lombok Regency before E-Monev was put into practice was that the process was very slow, complicated, and very convoluted, not infrequently even very tiring. Reports that should be done in one day may take one week, two weeks or even one month. To expedite the reporting or monitoring process, Bureaucratic Reform (RB) efforts were made by developing online-based systems and applications called E-Monev. E-Monev is an instrument for monitoring, evaluating and controlling budget realization and performance which is used to collect data and information on monitoring results. This web-based application makes it very easy for employees to record budget realization and performance while in the office, such as filling in and changing work plans, filling out sub-activities, and there are other forms provided for reporting according to their respective duties and roles. What is expected from this web-based application is that employees can use the application as well as possible and can facilitate work and help company performance, especially in the field of Human Resources, to be faster, better and more practical.

Abstract

Sukarara Village is one of the largest traditional weaving centers in Central Lombok which has several songket motifs or ornaments that have their own motifs, so that many Lombok people and people from outside the city and abroad come to see how to make songket weaving. and sizes that are sold in the market of course with prices also vary. Such as prices (3 million, 2 million 500, 1 million and 500 hundred), as well as motifs such as motifs (keker, stork, kerit, orchid, subahanale and others), as is the case with thread types such as (silk, marcis, gold, etc.) , cotton and rayon) as well as sizes such as (2 m long – 110 cm wide, 110 cm long – 190 cm wide and 60 cm long – 2 m wide). With the problem of determining the price of songket, one alternative solution that can be used is to design a songket pricing application system that can help provide solutions to buyers. The Extreme Programming method itself is the most widely used approach to software development. So in this study it is very suitable to use Xp because the nature of the application made is done quickly through the existing stages such as: planning, designing, coding, and testing. thread.

Abstract

The Village Government and related officials have the task of managing and handling the interests of the local society especially in muncan village area. In the service system, residents expect services that are fast, precise and accurate. Muncan village has an area of 625,000 ha with a population of 8,035 in habitants and a geographical distance between hamlets that are very far from the place of service of villagers, to overcome this, it is necessery to design a web-based information on villages services in muncan village. It is based on the result of this study, it is expected that it could provide fast, precise and accurate services in muncan villages. The research method used is the method of data collection. The type of data used is perimer data and secondary data. Perimer data in question is interview data, while secondary data is information about village history, service information system. The data analysis method used is the PIECES method. The parts of PIECES are performance, information, economy, context and on time. The results of this study are population service information systems that have replaced several activities that were previously carried out manually so as to reduce the obstacles of data recording errors, data search, population data management, and fast and accurate information. It can also increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the functions of costs, time and labor.

Abstract

The selection process for granting loans to BUMDes Sinar Linus is done conventionally, in this case it makes researchers feel interested in designing a WEB-based Decision Support System as a decision support tool for members of BUMDes Sinar Linus. The methodology used in the development of this system is a method of collecting data in the form of observation, interviews and literature study. While the analytical method used is the TOPSIS (Technique For Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method as a decision-making method for the design method using Extreme Programming (XP) which includes planning, design, coding and testing stages. And for the testing method using Blackbox Testing includes home display, login, loan application, applicant, criteria, alternative and TOPSIS. This research resulted in a web-based decision support system that can facilitate members of the BUMDes Sinar Linus in Batunampar Village in deciding or determining prospective recipients of loan funds at BUMDes Sinar Linus.

Abstract

As a non-departmental government agency (LPND) the Zainuddin Abdul Madjid Meteorological Station located at Lombok International Airport Zainuddin Abdul Madjid is one of the government agencies that is engaged in meteorology, namely conducting research related to climate change, early warning especially for the West Nusa Tenggara region. West Nusa Tenggara). In this study using data collection methods namely methods of observation, interviews, literature study and using the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) as a method of network design/development. There are several problems encountered within the internal scope, namely in increasing the comfort of staff using the internet network which has an unstable signal for the process of exchanging data resulting in one path of using the internet network there is one username and password that is used simultaneously by all staff and guests so that it makes the internet connection less stable. So this study aims to improve the system by resetting the existing proxy at the Zainuddin Abdul Madjid Meteorological Station office and creating usernames and passwords for staff and guests who have their own bandwidth.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop a decision support system that will assist school administrators in administering sanctions for student disciplinary violations. SMART (Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique). Through the use of this system, decision-makers (such as Guidance Counselors, School Administrators, Homeroom Teachers) can identify the types of violations, calculate the total violation points, and determine appropriate sanctions based on the calculation results. The application of the SMART method can yield more objective and consistent decisions in dealing with student disciplinary violations. This research highlights the importance of using technology to manage student discipline in schools. It also offers practical solutions that can enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the disciplinary enforcement process in schools.

Abstract

This service aims to explore the application of information technology in the management of Savings and Loan Cooperatives (KSP) to improve operational efficiency and quality of service to cooperative members. The problems faced by cooperatives include the lack of utilization of information technology, lack of operational efficiency, and limited services to members. To overcome these problems, this service uses a qualitative analysis approach through surveys, interviews, and observations. The purpose of this service is to provide practical guidance for KSP in adopting and implementing information technology, as well as contributing new knowledge in the literature on the application of information technology in KSP. The contributions of this service include providing concrete solutions to the problems faced by KSP, as well as increasing the theoretical understanding of the role of information technology in improving the performance of KSP. The results of the service show that the application of information technology has successfully improved the operational efficiency of KSP and the accessibility of services to members. The implications include the potential to improve the economic welfare of cooperative members and its relevance as a guide for policy makers in designing regulations that support the development of cooperatives. Thus, this service offers practical solutions and important knowledge contributions in improving the performance and relevance of KSPs in the digital era.
