Abstract

Abstrak: Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi di era globalisasi ini memungkinkan berkembangnya layanan informasi yang lebih baik di bidang pendidikan. Penelitian ini dianalisa dan direview dari jurnal terindeks SINTA yang bertujuan untuk melihat dan menganalisa perkembangan kemajuan e-learning yang tidak hanya melibatkan virtual meeting yang sudah familiar di kalangan mahasiswa/pelajar. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian pengembangan dengan mengacu pada jurnal-jurnal terindeks SINTA. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kualitatif yang didalamnya menggunakan metode studi pustaka dengan informasi-informasi maupun data yang tertulis berpatokan pada jurnal-jurnal terindeks SINTA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bidang pendidikan adalah bidang yang cocok untuk mengembangkan pembelajaran e-learning dengan didukung oleh beberapa aplikasi yang tidak banyak diketahui pelajar/mahasiswa yang mendukung proses pembelajaran e-learning. Abstract: The rapid development of information technology in this era of globalization allows the development of better information services in the field of education. This research was analyzed and reviewed from the indexed journal SINTA which aims to see and analyze the development of e-learning progress which does not only involve virtual meetings that are familiar among students. This research is a type of development research with reference to SINTA indexed journals. The approach used is a qualitative approach which uses the literature study method with the information and data written are based on SINTA indexed journals. The results showed that the field of education is suitable field to develop e-learning learning supported by several applications that are not widely known to students that support the e-learning learning process.

Abstract

Air is the most important component for living things on earth. However, the changes that exist on earth cause problems, one of which is air pollution. Human activity is one of the causes of air pollution. This is what makes future air quality feasible to predict. To predict air quality, this research use the Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) methods. For SVM itself, it presents one of the methods of machine learning techniques. Meanwhile, ARIMA presents one of the methods of the statistical model. Using data from the Open Data Jakarta website regarding measurements of the Air Pollution Standard Index (ISPU) at five air quality monitoring stations (SPKU) in DKI Jakarta Province in 2021, an analysis was then carried out to compare the performance and accuracy of these two methods in predicting air quality. The results of this study indicate that between ARIMA and SVM testing, it can be said that SVM testing has higher accuracy results. This can be seen from the average accuracy results with several treatments.
