Abstract

The majority of Indonesians, especially those in rural areas, live dependently on agricultural sector. Agricultural sector indisputably caters for most employment opportunities in the country; however, it is hitherto unable to raise farmers? well-being. It stumbles upon several problems which are to be eliminated. The problems include farming land, capital access, technology, human resource capacity, infrastructure, market access and institutional management. Therefore, agriculturalrevitalization through empowerment becomes a prerequisite if the agricultural sector is to be elevated from its long-sustained deprivation

Abstract

Mentri Perindustrian mengatakan bahwa dengan kebutuhan masyarakat yang meningkat, terkait penggunaan kacamata, maka produksi pembuatan kacamata pun akan meningkat yang di sesuaikan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. Dalam proses nya pembuatan kacamata akan menghasilkan limbah. Yang selanjutnya lingah ini akan di teliti yang memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengolahan limbah cair dispensing pada proses faset. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian experimental dengan menggunakan metode one shot case study. Dan didapatkan hasil dari penelitian menggunakan multimedia filter ini telah memenuhi standar baku mutu air limbah menurut Peraturan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup Republik Indonesia Nomor 5 Tahun 2014 Tentang Baku Mutu Air Limbah bagi usaha atau kegiatan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan. Dengan hasil output yang dihasilkan oleh multimedia filter pada percobaan ke 3 adalah sebesar pH 7.1 – 7.0. Sehingga telah tercapainya peningkatan baku mutu limbah dan baku mutu air. Dan dapat dijadikan bahan pertimbangan bagi pengusaha Optik sebagai pelayanan kesehatan untuk dapat memperhatikan personal hygiene bagi Opthometris yang ada di optik dan sanitasi lingkungan, serta bahan pertimbangan bagi Dinas Lingkungan hidup agar industri Optik dapat mengolah limbah cair dan memanfaatkannya dengan baik.

Abstract

The regional innovation index (IID) is a collection of regional innovations that spur innovation practice. IID encourages local governments to make innovative policies for the welfare of their people. Involvement between actors is needed in the implementation of regional innovations. Collaboration can overcome organizational in implementing innovation. The assessment of the regional innovation index among regional apparatus is still not optimal. The problem faced is the decline in the value of the regional innovation index in 2020. The purpose of this research is to analyze the collaboration between the regional innovation index. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The data were obtained through interviews, observations and document studies. Data analysis techniques were carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Test the validity of the data using the credibility test, transferability test, dependability test, and confirmability test. The researchers used the collaborative governance model from Ansell and Gash (2007). Formulate research strategies using SWOT analysis techniques. The results of the study indicate that collaboration is still not optimal. To overcome this problem, the researcher proposes strategies including technical training, socialization of regional innovation, collaboration with LAN RI,, strengthening regional innovation policy regulations, and building cooperation Regional Work Units.

Abstract

In collaborative governance, participation is essential to encourage all stakeholders to participate in decision-making. This paper aims to explore the empirical state of stakeholder participation in waste and water security management. Using the qualitative method, the stakeholders are analysed based on the penta-helix criteria,their roles, and participation during the stages of the projects. Having conducted deep observations, interviews, and document reviews of various sources, the research findings reveal that one stakeholder, the government or public sector, plays a dominant role in waste and water security management. In contrast, the other four stakeholders, such as the business sector, academia, media, voluntary organizations, and the community demonstrate limited participation. This research suggests to emphasize the need for a multi-stakeholder approach by developing an inclusive and participatory governance structure in the form of advisory board, working groups or consultative forums, enhancing the stakeholder capacity through knowledge sharing,workshops, and technical support to strengthen stakeholder’s competencies in strategic planning, project management, and evaluation methodologies, and strengthening policy framework that explicitly outlines the roles and responsibilities of each stakeholder

Abstract

The implementation of development should be carried out in harmony between the development programs carried out by the central government, regional governments and village governments.Therefore, you can imagine that if development is not accompanied by community participation, it is impossible to handle it by the government itself and will not be successful evenly and sustainably. The mixed method approach is used as the basis for a research approach in which the researcher tries to fully describe the conditions or situations faced by utilizing the data from field observations and then adding a literacy study whose results are processed again with a linear regression approach to determine the relationship between variables that influence each other. From the results of the data processing of the results of the research, information was obtained that the existence of community participation in the village development process is the realization of a strategy in an effort to observe and investigate the needs and various problems faced by the village community and determine various development programs in order to meet the needs and answer various problems. there is this and with community participation, it is hoped that village development will succeed in achieving its goals and targets.
