Abstract

As a conscious and planned effort, education is an effort to develop the potential of students to have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, character, and skills needed by themselves, society, nation and state. To realize efforts to achieve educational goals, educational institutions need a measurable and planned regulatory pattern. So educational institutions need good institutional management. In education management must focus on the object of study, so that human resources, funding, materials, methods, markets and time can be managed properly. Likewise, the field of work on education management must be given serious attention so that students, curriculum, personnel, education financing, and community relations can be properly managed through quality management of educational institutions.

Abstract

Education is an effort to improve individual quality. This individual improvement process must be accompanied by good preparation and implementation. Therefore, education must be supported by the best components in order to achieve educational goals. Education is an effort carried out by humans for thousands of years. In fact, education took place before humans knew how to read and write. This business aims to improve the comfort of human life. Since thousands of years until now, what can never be separated from the educational process are students. A learning process can be carried out without a (human) teacher. However, it is impossible for the learning process to not have a student. This indicates that learning is basically centered on humans as students. Human readiness to discover knowledge or truth is the force that brings us to a civilization that continues to progress and develop. Nowadays, education must remain serious in providing provisions for humans. Seeing this urgency, there is a gap that we can develop together for students at the junior high school level. In the early stages, teenagers want to determine their identity. The purpose of this research is to examine educational objectives, curriculum, educators, students, methods and evaluation. The method used is a qualitative method with a literature review approach. Data sources were obtained from several books and journals. Research findings show that educational components are elements that will support the achievement of educational goals.

Abstract

Nowadays, the challenges for educational institutions are starting to increase in competition, so that there are many educational institutions offering services. An educational institution must be able to maintain quality so as to market the institution, maintain the value of its existence or existence. Various interesting events occur when implementing education, when accepting new prospective students, people are now starting to be smart in choosing educational institutions for their sons/daughters. The institution must have a good image in view. To create a brand image for educational institutions, an appropriate marketing strategy for educational services is needed, namely the 7P marketing theory. The elements of the educational services marketing mix consist of seven educational services marketing tools, which are also known as 7p; Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Physical Evidence, Process, Field of analysis; school environment, school products and services, customers or stakeholders, and school competitors. School competitive strategy; 1. Reduction of education costs, 2. Quality of education. 3. Educational innovation strategy.

Abstract

Adaptive leadership means leadership that is capable and intelligent in dealing with various situations in a variety of events. And, they are not silent with much thought, but move quickly with various actions, to solve challenges with changes that suit needs. Participative Leadership Style is a leadership style where a leader or leader involves his team members to discuss with each other in finding or making a decision. From the discussion that we have studied with the author, we conclude that adaptive leadership and participative leadership are related to each other, namely in participative leadership, the leader tends to invite people to do a job where the leader must be able to adapt to the people who will do the job so that In other words, the participative leadership style is of course included in the adaptive style. Likewise, the adaptive leadership style is definitely accompanied by a participative leadership style because the leader will be able to adapt to the presence of people who want to participate in doing work to achieve a common goal.
