Abstract

Public service in Indonesia are still in the poor category. This is due to one of them because of the motivation of public service that have not been optimally embedded in the government apparatus so that in Indonesia the public services provided tend to be oriented only to fulfill the rules or personal interests without thinking about the welfare of the community. Based on the initial data obtained, it shows that from 2019-2021 there are still many medical record files collected that are not timely and incomplete. This shows that the performance of HR in inpatients is still not optimal. This study aims to determine the effect of public service motivation on the performance of nurses. The type of research used is quantitative research with a cross-sectional study approach. The population is 297 nurses. The sample in this study is 170 nurses. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling using a purposive sampling method. The tests used were chi-square analyzed using SPSS. The results of the Chi-Square analyzed in this study showed that of the four variables studied, there was only one variable that had an influence on the nurse’s performance, namely the self-sacrifice variable with p-value = 0.006 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that of the four variables studied, only one influential variable is the self-sacrifice variable.

Abstract

Brand image is a perception or view of a brand, the perception can be good or bad. Brand image consists of components of hospital identity, physical environment, contact personnel, service offering, and hospital individuality. This study aims to determine the relationship between brand image and decisions to use health services at the Outpatient Installation of RSIA Sitti Khadijah 1 Makassar. The type of research used is quantitative research with a designcross sectional study.The sampling technique is purposive sampling with a total of 99 respondents. Hypothesis testing used is chi square test analysis. The results showed that the significant value of hospital identity (p=0.006), physical environment (p=0.000), contact personnel (p=0.017), service offering (p=0.006), hospital individuality (p=0.006). The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between all independent variables, namely hospital identity, physical environment, contact personnel, service offerings, hospital individuality and the decision to use health services. This research can be a reference for hospitals to improve services in order to retain customers and increase the number of visits to hospitals. Abstract

Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) merupakan inovasi digital yang ditujukan untuk meningkatkan mutu layanan kesehatan melalui pencatatan data pasien yang cepat, tepat, dan aman. UPT RSUD Tenriawaru Bone mulai mengimplementasikan RME sejak Maret 2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kinerja RME terhadap efektivitas penggunaannya menggunakan metode PIECES, yang mencakup aspek Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, dan Service. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan RME secara umum dinilai cukup efektif. RME mampu mengurangi beban kerja manual, meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan, dan menurunkan biaya operasional. Namun, kendala masih ditemukan pada aspek jaringan dan keterampilan SDM. Diperlukan peningkatan pelatihan, infrastruktur jaringan, serta pengembangan fitur pelaporan elektronik agar pelayanan lebih optimal.
