Abstract

Production is an activity that links virtuous values starting from the management of sources obtained by sharia, the production process, to production results. The benevolence carried out is intended to provide many benefits for all parties involved. The purpose of this research is to determine the application of the principle of production of Az-zahra tempe chips in Sumber Rahayu Village, Rambang District, Muara Enim Regency and to determine the application of the principle of production of Az-zahra tempe chips based on production principles in Islam. This research is a field research using qualitative research. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of the data used is the triangulation technique. From the research results it was found that there are 5 principles of production . The principle of monotheism is to give time to rest five times to employees and apply honesty in doing business. The principle of humanity is to provide work motivation to employees and how the working hours are for employees. The principle of justice is to provide wages and bonuses to employees and to do justice in the scales. the principle of benevolence, namely producing chips in a halal way and providing leave to employees in one month. The principles of freedom and responsibility, namely being responsible in the event of damage to tempeh chips and production waste management, have been well implemented, however, the virtuous principles, namely the virtuous principle, namely providing training to employees, have not been properly implemented in the Az-Zahra tempe chips business.

Abstract

The Palembang Sentosa Credit Cooperative is one of the cooperatives in the city of Palembang and has 1,525 members. Where during its development experienced ups and downs. In this thesis the author discusses how the level of cooperative financial performance and its development in 2016 and 2017 if assessed based on aspects guided by the Decree of the Minister of Cooperatives and SMEs RI No.06/Per/Dep.6/IV/2016 which consists of 7 aspects, namely aspects capital, productive asset quality aspect, management aspect, efficiency aspect, liquidity aspect, independence and growth aspect and cooperative identity aspect. As we know that financial statements are very important in making a decision. The results of the study after calculating the 7 aspects of financial performance assessment at the Sentosa Credit Cooperative (KOPDIT), it appears that the level of the Sentosa Credit Cooperative's financial performance in 2016 was in the fairly healthy predicate and in 2017 the Sentosa Credit Cooperative's financial performance level remained at the moderate predicate. healthy. For 2016 the score obtained was 72.55 and in 2017 the score decreased to 67.40. Thus, the development of the level of financial performance of the Sentosa Credit Cooperative in 2016-2017 decreased by 5.15% but was still in a fairly healthy predicate.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the intense competition between Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in attracting consumer interest in products so that they can increase their business competitiveness. One way that can be done is to implement a marketing strategy. The research approach used is qualitative research which uses descriptive research. The method used in collecting data is observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The research results show that first, the marketing strategy used by MSME grocery stores in Sumber Rahayu Village is market segmentation, market target, market position, and marketing mix. Second, there are opportunity and threat factors that influence the marketing strategy of MSME grocery stores in Sumber Rahayu Village. Third, the number of production and number of sales of MSME products in grocery stores in Sumber Rahayu Village has increased from year to year.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how to analyze Human Resource Management Strategies in Improving Employee Performance at the Tanah Abang District Office, PALI Regency. The Tanah Abang District Head Office, Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency is one of the government agencies in Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency and has the aim of serving the community. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, by collecting data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Apart from that, the validity of the data was tested using triangulation. The informants in this research were the sub-district head, the head of the division. Community and Village Empowerment Sector, Finance Staff, Trantib Staff, Government and Community Heads. The results of this research found that the strategies implemented in HR management at the Tanah Abang District Office, PALI Regency have been working well. There are several alternatives that can be implemented, including making good plans, organizing human resources in determining job desks that are in accordance with the skills they have, providing routine direction, intensive control, and providing facilities to improve the quality of human resources, such as training to improve employee skills. . This is based on 10 aspects that serve as benchmarks for increasing employee performance, such as abilities and skills, knowledge, work design, personality, work motivation, leadership, leadership style, organizational culture, job satisfaction and work environment.
