Abstract

This research was conducted at Paris Pelaminan Party, especially in the administration section, which aims to assist administration in simplifying the process for customers in renting wedding equipment, making it easier for administration to process wedding equipment rental data and presenting reports to management. This research uses field research methods, library research, while the development method in this research is made using the Prototype method. The process and stages of prototyping and system development, it is hoped that after identifying user needs, the software created can be accepted by users. The information system designed is web-based, using the PHP programming language with Codeigniter 4 and MySQL database. This research produces an information system for wedding rental equipment so that this data management system can help the administration process rental data, make it easier for customers to rent, and present reports to management that are processed systematically, quickly, accurately, up to date, and practically to avoid errors in data management, so that problems at the Paris Bride Party can be resolved.

Abstract

Abstrak - Peningkatan efisiensi layanan pelanggan di industri reparasi handphone menjadi salah satu tantangan utama. Rendy Cell, sebuah toko layanan reparasi handphone, menghadapi kesulitan dalam mengelola informasi servis dan memfasilitasi komunikasi antara pelanggan dan pihak toko. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengusulkan pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis web dan WhatsApp gateway sebagai solusi untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Sistem informasi berbasis web memungkinkan pelanggan untuk memantau status perbaikan handphone mereka secara real-time, sementara WhatsApp gateway menyediakan saluran komunikasi langsung antara pelanggan dan pihak Rendy Cell. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis merumuskan tiga masalah utama, yaitu: pertama, bagaimana meningkatkan efisiensi dalam mengelola informasi servis handphone; kedua, bagaimana mempermudah komunikasi antara pelanggan dan Rendy Cell; dan ketiga, bagaimana merancang sistem berbasis web dan WhatsApp gateway untuk memfasilitasi kebutuhan tersebut. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun sistem informasi berbasis web yang dapat memantau status layanan perbaikan handphone, mengintegrasikan WhatsApp gateway untuk mempermudah komunikasi, serta menilai dampak penerapan sistem terhadap efisiensi operasional dan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi praktis bagi toko reparasi handphone dalam meningkatkan pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan.Kata Kunci : website, whatsapp gateway Abstract -Improving customer service efficiency in the mobile phone repair industry has become a major challenge. Rendy Cell, a mobile phone repair service, faces difficulties in managing service information and facilitating communication between customers and the store. This study proposes the development of a web-based information system and WhatsApp gateway as a solution to address these issues. The web-based information system allows customers to track the real-time status of their phone repairs, while the WhatsApp gateway provides a direct communication channel between customers and Rendy Cell. This research formulates three key problems: first, how to improve the efficiency of managing mobile phone service information; second, how to ease communication between customers and Rendy Cell; and third, how to design a web-based system and WhatsApp gateway to meet these needs. The main objectives of this study are to develop a web-based information system to monitor the repair service status, integrate the WhatsApp gateway to facilitate communication, and assess the impact of the system's implementation on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This research is expected to provide practical solutions for mobile phone repair shops to enhance their services and customer satisfaction.Keyword : website, whatsapp gateway

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah memberikan dampak signifikan dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk dunia pendidikan. Salah satu pemanfaatannya adalah dalam pengelolaan data dan pemantauan aktivitas siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi monitoring siswa berbasis web pada MTsN 1 Padang guna mempermudah pihak sekolah, guru, dan orang tua dalam memantau perkembangan akademik dan kedisiplinan siswa secara real-time. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem ini adalah metode Waterfall, yang meliputi tahapan analisis, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Hasil Pengujian sistem ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini mampu membantu proses monitoring siswa secara lebih terstruktur dan transparan. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan komunikasi antara pihak sekolah dan orang tua dapat berjalan lebih efektif serta mendukung peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di MTsN 1 Padang.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Rafhely Futsal Bypass, especially in the administration section, which aims to simplify the scheduling process so that it is optimal, make it easier for customers in the field rental process, make it easier for customers to make field payments. This research uses field research methods, library research, while the development method in this research is made using the waterfall method, which provides a general picture of the requirements for the software that you want to make so that it can be seen in detail in terms of what the input, process or output are like. The process and stages of waterfall and system development, it is hoped that after identifying user needs, the software created can be accepted by users. The information system designed is web-based, using the PHP programming language with Codeigniter 4 and MySQL database. This research produces a futsal field rental information system so that this data management system can help the administration process rental data, make it easier for customers to make payments, and present reports to management that are processed systematically, quickly, accurately, up to date, and practically to avoid errors in data management, so that problems with the Rafhely Futsal Bypass can be resolved.
