Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk menghasilkan produk yang lebih bervariasi, berinovasi, berkualitas dan bernilai jual tinggi bagi pelaku UMKM Aneka Kerupuk dan Keripik di Desa Mangunharjo, Kecamatan Tembalang Kota Semarang dengan menggunakan penerapan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi serta pengembangan usaha UMKM. Pelatihan yang dilakukan oleh Tim Pengabdian yaitu; cara mengolah produk dengan menggunakan teknologi tepat guna, membuat aneka kerupuk dan keripik dengan berbagai macam variasi rasa, melakukan grading, pemberian merk, serta pengemasan yang tepat dan representatif, agar  produk lebih tahan lama dan diminati oleh masyarakat. Peralatan yang digunakan untuk mengolah kerupuk dan keripik, telah disiapkan oleh Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat. UMKM Aneka Kerupuk dan Keripik di Desa Mangunharjo juga diberi pelatihan manajemen dalam membantu mencarikan solusi dari permasalahan yang mereka hadapi. Problematika permasalahan UMKM mitra selanjutnya dirujuk menjadi beberapa program solusi untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan bidang perbaikan proses produksi dan pemasaran. Metode yang diterapkan adalah Pelatihan dan pedampingan. Luaran yang dihasilkan adalah munculnya usaha ”Aneka Kerupuk dan Keripik Khas Desa Mangunharjo”. Nilai dukungan dari nilai tambah produksi pengolahan Kerupuk dan Keripik khas Desa Mangunharjo yang berkualitas dan khas berpotensi menjadi oleh-oleh khas dari Desa Mangunharjo, Semarang.Kata Kunci: Penerapan Teknologi Tepat Guna, Kualitas Produk, Pemasaran

Abstract

Background: Hearing loss is one of the occupational diseases. A noisy work environment as one of the impacts of the industrial sector. This is the most common cause of hearing loss. The National Institute of Health in 2012 reports that about 15% of Americans aged 20-69 years experience hearing loss in connection with work activities, because noise can cause hearing loss, the government sets standards that regulate permissible noise exposure. Hearing loss due to noise occurs slowly, in a matter of months to years. This is often not realized by the sufferer, so that when the patient starts complaining of hearing loss, it is usually already in an irreversible stage. Such conditions will affect labor productivity which will ultimately cause a decrease in the health of the workforce. In certain cases, hearing loss due to noise begins for 6 to 10 years after exposure to loud noises. PT. Riau Graindo was established on January 17, 1997 located in Desa Sidomulyo Barat Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru, a publishing company under of Riau Pos Group (RPG), based in Pekanbaru. Research Objectives: To determine corelations of work period with the incidence of hearing loss in employees of PT. Riau Graindo Pekanbaru in 2019. Research Methods: This study was an observational analytic study with a cross sectional approach. Research Results: Majority of PT. Pekanbaru Graindo Pekanbaru that is > 5 years as many as 21 people (70%). The majority of employees of PT. Riau Graindo Pekanbaru experiencing hearing loss as many as 18 people (60%). Chi square test results obtained Pvalue = 0.001, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between work period and the incidence of hearing loss in the employees of PT. Riau Graindo Pekanbaru in 2019. Conclusion: It can be concluded that there is a relationship between working period and the incidence of hearing loss in the employees of PT. Riau Graindo Pekanbaru in 2019 with Pvalue = 0.001 smaller than α (0.05).

Abstract

Primary Community Service at SDN 01 Tugurejo, Tugurejo District, Semarang City aims to provide solutions to social and humanities problems that impact performance, efficiency and work productivity faced by teachers at SDN 01 Tugurejo in order to improve the quality of learning. The problem faced by teachers at SDN 01 Tugurejo, Semarang City is that they have not yet maximized good digital literacy skills. In particular, teachers have not been able to apply technology optimally in creating learning media that is relevant to students' characters and the latest technological developments. The application of Artificial Intelligence through the creation of animated video-based learning media for teachers at SDN 01 Tugurejo will have an impact on strengthening digital literacy for teachers. In an independent curriculum, teachers have the freedom to adapt learning methods, materials and media to suit the needs and characteristics of students. Thus, teachers who have good digital literacy will support the creation of an interactive and quality learning process. The method used is to provide socialization, training and assistance in creating animated video-based learning media using Artificial Intelligence. Thus, teachers who have good digital literacy will support the creation of an interactive and quality learning process.
