Abstract

This study aims to determine whether servicescape has an influence on consumers purchase decision at Kitchen Yard Mercure Hotel Tangerang, BSD City. The researcher was conducted this research by using descriptive quantitative research methods. Data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires conducted online by using google form to 100 respondents. The questionnaire consisted of 28 statements with a Likert scale type. The results of the questionnaire were processed using a tool in the form of SPSS version 25. The results of this research are the majority of woman aged 18 – 24 years. Based on the validity and reliability test of all the statements are valid and reliable. Servicescape can explain 70,5% of the Purchase Decision variables, while other 29,5% are influenced by other variables not explained in this study. Based on a simple linear regression test, the regression coefficient X shows the number 1,260 therefore every 1% addition to servicescape, the purchase decision will increase 1,260. The results of the T test, it can be seen that the variable of servicescape have a positive and significant effect on purchase decision. Based on the results of this study, suggestions for Kitchen Yard Mercure Hotel Tangerang, BSD City is that it can expand the arrangement of existing restaurant facilities to improve the convenience of consumers in making purchases and in their interactions with employees.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of describing how much influence tourist attraction has on tourists' visiting decisions at the Jakarta Textile Museum. This study used a quantitative method which was distributed to 100 respondents who had visited the Textile Museum. The research data obtained was processed using SPSS 25 software. Analysis of research data used descriptive statistical analysis tests, simple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, t-test, and coefficient of determination test. Researchers also conducted brief interviews with museum managers to find out more in-depth information regarding the attractiveness of the Jakarta Textile Museum. The results showed that the decision to visit tourists at the Jakarta Textile Museum was influenced by 55.5% by tourist attractions, while others were influenced by other factors not examined in this study. The results of the simple linear regression test show a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is an influence between the tourist attraction variables. The results of the t test show that the t value is 11.045 > 1.984, which means that there is a significant influence between the variable tourist attraction and the decision to visit tourists at the Jakarta Textile Museum.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether rewards have an influence on employee motivation to work, especially at Courtyard by Marriott Bali Seminyak Resort. This study used a quantitative method where the sample was taken using the entire population, amounting to 72 and using a non-probability sampling technique, namely saturated sampling. Data collection was carried out by conducting questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The distributed questionnaire consisted of 27 statements using a Likert scale and the results of the questionnaire were processed with a tool in the form of SPSS version 26. The results of the research that has been obtained are that the majority have an age range of 20-30 years with a working period of 1-3 years. Based on the validity and reliability tests of all statements used are valid and reliable. Reward can explain 50.5% of work motivation variables, while the remaining 49.5% is influenced by other variables not explained in this study. Based on the simple linear regression test, the significance value shows the number .009 which is greater than the significance level. Through the results of the T test, it can be seen that the reward variable affects work motivation. Based on the results of this study, the suggestions that can be conveyed are not to overly impose the way employees work in completing each task and to be able to provide direction.

Abstract

Every year the number of tourists visiting the Textile Museum has decreased. The decision to visit tourists can be influenced by tourist attractiveness. Attraction has several components in it attraction, accessibility, activity, amenities and ancillary. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tourist attractions, activities, and amenities on the decision to visit the Textile Museum tourism object. This research method uses quantitative methods and uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25 software. The population in this study are tourists visiting the Textile Museum with a sample of 100 respondents. Based on research that attraction has a positive and significant effect on visiting decisions with a t count of 2.917 > t table of 1.984. Partially activity influences the decision to visit with a t count of 3.963 > t table of 1.984. The amenity variable influences the decision to visit with a t count of 4.698 > t table of 1.984. Simultaneously attraction, activity and amenity have a positive effect on the decision to visit tourists to the Jakarta Textile Museum with a calculated f value of 95.332 > from f table 2.70 with this value it is known that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Attraction, activity and amenity variables, the correlation value of determination is obtained 0.749 or 74.9% meaning that the variables of attraction, activity and amenity influence the decision to visit tourists to the Textile Museum by 74.9%, while the remaining 25.1% is influenced by other variables which is not researched. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that there is a relationship between attraction, activity and amenities on the decision to visit tourists. If attraction, activity and amenities are well improved then it can increase the decision to visit the Textile Museum.

Abstract

Toa Baja Kitchen & Coffee as a restaurant in the Cirebon area, is able to attract many customers on weekdays and holidays. With so many customers coming, it will raise the question "Does Toa Baja already have a good store atmosphere?" and "Is the purchase decision increased because there is influence from the store atmosphere?". This research was conducted with the aim of knowing whether store atmosphere has an influence on purchasing decisions at Toa Baja Kitchen & Coffee Cirebon. Researchers conducted this research using quantitative descriptive research methods. The data in this study were obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires which were carried out offline or directly distributed at the Toa Baja Kitchen & Coffee Cirebon location, by distributing them to 103 respondents. The questionnaire distributed consisted of 38 statements with a Likert scale type. The results of the questionnaire were then processed with a tool in the form of SPSS version 27. The results of the research that have been obtained are that the majority of respondents are women with an age range of 20-25 years and have the most status, namely private employees. Based on validity and reliability tests, all statements used are valid and reliable. Store atmosphere can influence 64% of the purchasing decision variable at Toa Baja Kitchen & Coffee Cirebon, and others are influenced by other factors not explained in this study. Based on the simple linear regression test, the regression coefficient X shows the number 0.304, therefore for every 1% addition to the store atmosphere, the purchase decision will increase by 0.304. Through the results of the T test it can be seen that the variable store atmosphere influences purchasing decisions. Based on the results of this study, the suggestion for Toa Baja Kitchen & Coffee Cirebon is to develop a store atmosphere in terms of Exterior, General Interior and Store Layout to improve purchasing decisions at Toa Baja Kitchen & Coffee.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Sekarang ini pariwisata termasuk dalam salah satu bisnis yang dilirik oleh orang-orang karena memiliki peluang besar. Industri pariwisata memiliki peranan cukup penting dalam membuka lapangan pekerjaan dalam suatu wilayah, dan dapat mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi di wilayah tersebut sehingga dapat berkembang. Salah satunya yaitu adalah Eastparc Hotel Yogyakarta. Tujuan: untuk mengetahui apakah variasi menu memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pelanggan di Verandah Restaurant, Eastparc Hotel Yogyakarta. Metode: Metode di dalam penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan korelasi. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner yang dilakukan secara online dengan menggunakan google form kepada 100 responden. Hasil kuesioner kemudian diolah dengan alat bantu berupa SPSS versi 25. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan berdasarkan uji Koefisien Determinasi Variasi Menu dapat menjelaskan 82,3% variabel Keputusan Pembelian, sedangkan 17,7% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan uji regresi linear sederhana, koefisien regresi X menunjukkan angka 0,727 oleh karena itu setiap penambahan 1% pada variasi menu maka keputusan pembelian akan bertambah 0,727. Kesimpulan: Melalui hasil uji T dapat dilihat bahwa variabel variasi menu berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Berkembangnya industri pariwisata memberikan dampak pada industri sehingga masing-masing industri memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda-beda. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga, fasilitas, dan penerapan protokol kesehatan terhadap keputusan menginap di Novotel Tangerang semasa pandemi covid-19. Metode : Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan platform Google Form yang disebarkan pada 100 responden yang telah menginap di Novotel Tangerang selama periode 2020-2022. Hasil kuesioner yang telah diperoleh diolah menggunakan bantuan SPSS 25. . Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini, pada hasil uji statistik deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing variabel harga, fasilitas, dan penerapan protokol kesehatan memiliki nilai rata-rata yang tinggi sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh variabel harga, fasilitas dan penerapan protokol kesehatan terhadap keputusan menginap di Novotel Tangerang di masa pandemi covid-19. Hasil uji T (parsial) menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing variabel harga, fasilitas, dan penerapan protokol kesehatan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel keputusan menginap. Hasil penelitian uji F menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga, fasilitas, dan penerapan protokol kesehatan bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel keputusan menginap. Kesimpulan : Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik deskriptif mean penilaian dengan dimensi tertinggi terdapat dapat pada faktor penerapan protokol kesehatan dan mean terendah pada faktor harga.
