Abstract

The importance of healthcare professionals in ensuring that patients always receive the best care makes hospitals meticulous in selecting their workforce. When choosing healthcare professionals, subjective factors often come into play, as these factors have not been well-defined in the decision-making process when evaluating potential healthcare workers. Therefore, it is possible for hospitals to make mistakes in selecting potential healthcare professionals, and this can have significant implications for the hospital. Consequently, it is necessary to adhere to established criteria when selecting future healthcare workers. Moreover, the defined criteria and the manual calculation of criteria by the hospital further require a considerable amount of time to make accurate decisions. The objective of this research is to develop a website-based system that can assist the UPT. RSUD Mokoyurli Buol in making quick and accurate decisions in selecting healthcare personnel. The Decision Support System (DSS) is a system that can solve ranking problems quickly and determine the highest to lowest values in a selection process. The final outcome of this research is a system that can make decisions in selecting hospital staff using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Black box testing ensures the compatibility of the application's functional events, while white box testing verifies the internal logic of the system. Therefore, it can be concluded that the system's logic functions effectively.

Abstract

Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa (BLT-Dana Desa) adalah Bantuan dana dari dana desa untuk keluarga miskin di desa guna mengurangi dampak pandemi COVID-19. Namun saat ini proses pemilihan penerima BLT-DD masih dilakukan secara musyawarah mufakat dan memakan waktu yang lama.  Disisi lain berdasarkan hasil wawancara dari masyarakat dan aparat desa mengatakan bahwa penerima BLT-DD sering tidak tepat sasaran. Berdasarkan masalah yang ada maka tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk merancang prototipe Sistem Pendukung Keputusan berbasis website untuk Pemilihan Penerima Bantuan Langsung Tunai Menggunakan Metode Multi Objective Optimization on The Basic of Ratio Analysis (MOORA). Sistem ini nantinya dapat membantu aparat desa untuk melakukan seleksi penerima bantuan BLT-DD secara cepat dan objektif. Secara Keseluruhan terdapat 25 prototipe perancangan antar muka, yang terdiri dari Halaman Login, Halaman Menu Utama Admin, Halaman Data Desa, Halaman Tambah Desa, Halaman Data User, Halaman Tambah data user, Halaman Menu Utama Kasi Kesra, Halaman Data Kriteria, Halaman Data Sub Kriteria, Halaman Data Penilaian, Halaman Tambah data penilaian, Halaman Data Perhitungan, Halaman Matriks ternomalisasi, Halaman Matriks ternomalisasi terbobot, Halaman menghitung Nilai Yi, Halaman Data Hasil Akhir, Halaman Data Rekomendasi, Halaman Menu Utama Pemerintah Desa, Halaman data calon penerima, Halaman edit data calon penerima, Halaman Menu utama Kepala Desa, Halaman Cetak Hasil Akhir dan Halaman edit Pengaturan Akun. Prototipe Sistem Ini menjadi akan landasan untuk dibangunnya SPK berbasis web untuk penentuan penerima Bantuan Langsung Tunai yang bersumber dari Dana Desa. Sistem yang akan dibangun nantinya mengunakan metode pengambilan keuputusan MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization on The Basic of Ratio Analysis). Metode MOORA dipilih karena dapat menghasilkan tingkat fleksibilitas dan kemudahan untuk dipahami dalam memisahkan bagian subjektif dari proses evaluasi ke dalam kriteria bobot keputusan dengan beberapa atribut pengambilan keputusan. Prototipe sistem yang dibangun akan menjadi dasar pembangunan sistem kedepannya. Dari hasil perhitungan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Metode Moora dapat merekomendasikan alternatif yang paling sesuai untuk mendapatkan BLT-DD. Penelitian ini mencontohkan 5 alternatif perhitungan. Dari hasil perhitungan didapatkan hasil bahwa alternatif 1 dan 2 merupakan rekomendasi alternatif terbaik untuk penerima BLT-DD.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the learning methods that have been carried out so far at Muhammadiyah schools in Gorontalo. Learning media such as WhatsApp, Google Form, Zoom, Google Meet and so on are effective and have an impact on student learning outcomes. It is true that online learning has experienced setbacks in terms of learning achievement, but this is important to know the development of learning at Muhammadiyah schools in Gorontalo. The research method used is qualitative with descriptive analysis. The results of the research show that online learning has generally been successfully implemented for students at Gorontalo Muhammadiyah schools, but its implementation has not run optimally compared to offline learning

Abstract

This research aims to implement the Multi-Objective Optimization on The Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) algorithm as a Decision Support System for selecting recipients of Direct Cash Assistance in Cempaka Putih village, Gorontalo. With a dataset of 112 prospectus recipients, the study focuses on developing an efficient approach to assist the village head in the beneficiary selection process. By combining multi-objective optimization and ratio analysis, the MOORA algorithm objectively evaluates and ranks recipients based on eligibility and suitability. The findings demonstrate the effectiveness of MOORA in streamlining the selection process, ensuring transparency and optimizing resource allocation for those most in need. This research contributes to decision support systems by showcasing the practical application of MOORA, enhancing assistance distribution, and improving community welfare. The results show that Alternative A1 receives the highest ranking, which is 1, with a Yi value of 1.32. Therefore, Alternative A1 is recommended as the best candidate to receive direct cash assistance in the Cempaka Putih village. The method has the capability to rank the top 12 suitable candidates who are eligible to obtain direct cash aid. However, there are instances where certain Yi values match, resulting in the same ranking for those alternatives. This similarity necessitates further observation and analysis.
