Abstract

Background: Stunting (short toddlers) in Indonesia is a nutritional problem that is still a priority, this is because nutritional problems have an impact on the quality of human resources (HR). The prevalence of stunting from the 2013 Basic Health Research was 37.2%, while the results of recording nutritional status in 2016 were 27.5%, much higher than the WHO limit of <20%. Objective: To determine the relationship between maternal height and stunting under five children in Peureulak, East Aceh. Method: This type of research is analytic observational with a case-control study design that was traced retrospectively, statistical test using chi square. Results: Based on the results of the bivariate chi square analysis in table 2, it is known that the height of the mother is at higher risk in the case group of toddlers (stunting) as many as 58 people compared to the control group (not stunting) which is 16 people. P value of 0.0005 with an odds ratio of 2.9. Conclusion: There is a relationship between maternal height and the incidence of stunting in children aged 0-59 months in Peureulak District, East Aceh District.

Abstract

Introduction: Hepatitis C and B are two infectious diseases that increase distribution and high mortality and morbidity. Conditions that exacerbate the economic burden of these two viral hepatitis infections are complications of cirrhosis and gastrointestinal bleeding. This study sought to assess the risk levels of hepatitis C and B across various districts and cities in South Sulawesi. It involved identifying spatial clusters of affected individuals through an analytical model, employing Generalized Poisson Regression to evaluate the potential impacts of these viral infections. Methods:  The natural break method is a quantifiable technique for identifying value clusters indicative of data distribution and for detecting geographical illness clusters, using Global Moran’s I statistics. This research utilizes data from health insurance members diagnosed with hepatitis C and B between January 2020 and December 2022, including 24 districts and cities in South Sulawesi Province. Results:  According to the results of the Local Morans I analysis, there is no significant clustered hepatitis C and B in all districts and cities in South Sulawesi from 2020 until 2022. Conclusions: In South Sulawesi, the incidence of hepatitis C and B cases reported to National Social Health Insurance Administration Body (BPJS Kesehatan) appeared to manifest randomly or sporadically.

Abstract

The service procurement process at PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang is still carried out manually, causing various obstacles, such as delays in information, difficulties in tracking documents, and a lack of transparency between departments. To overcome these problems, a web-based process tracking information system was designed with the aim of improving efficiency, transparency, and accuracy in service procurement data management. This study used the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which consists of four stages: requirements planning, user design, construction, and implementation. The design resulted in a system prototype with key features such as a dashboard, procurement data, process tracking, documents, reports, user management, and notifications. This system enables real-time monitoring of procurement status, speeds up communication between departments, and facilitates the preparation of digital reports. With this information system, the service procurement process at the Service Procurement Department of PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang has become more integrated, efficient, and accountable.
