Abstract

Problems faced by partners: (1) Still not maximized Accounting or financial records carried out by UMKM operators (2) The desire of the partner to carry out digital financial records that are expected to be able to assist financial records and are accessible anytime and anywhere (3) The expectation of a partner to have an organized accounting for his business. (4) The wish of the partners to arrange financial records for his or her business. From the problems faced by the partners, the dedication team undertook several activities as a solution to the problem. The first activity is to communicate how and the importance of accounting for business. Here the dedication team provides basic accounting material in general that can be used in the recording of business activity. Second Activity Provide applied training related to digitization of accounting for UMKM perpetrators using the financial system that has been prepared by the surveillance team. Here the dedication team provides training on the use of the Android-based Silapkeu system as a financial accounting container. With the help of Silapkeu, UMKM business finances become more organized because the system can generate financial reports and can be accessed whenever and wherever adapted to the needs of UMKM stakeholders. On the fourth activity, the dedication team performs support to UMKM agents so that their business becomes sustainable.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the effect of Sharia Stock Capitalization Value, Company Size Value, and Inflation on Economic Growth in 2016-2023, a case study on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI). The method used in this research is quantitative method. This study has a population of 202 companies listed in ISSI during 2016-2023. The sampling technique is to use purposive sampling, so that the total sample obtained is 32 companies. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of tools in the form of SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that the variables of company size and inflation have a significant positive effect on economic growth. Meanwhile, the Islamic stock capitalization value variable has a negative and significant effect on economic growth. The conclusion of this study indicates that economic growth will increase if large companies can more effectively carry out social and economic responsibilities, thereby promoting inclusive and sustainable growth, and controlled inflation below ten percent. Meanwhile, Islamic stocks have a negative impact on economic growth due to the low level of public literacy regarding Islamic stocks. Keywords: Sharia Stocks, Firm Size, Inflation, Economic Growth

Abstract

Measurement of organizational performance is a complex problem because of the many factors that affect performance. In addition, each organization must have different contingency conditions and managerial priorities that are not the same and can even conflict with each other. This research is exploratory, which aims to develop a performance measurement model in government organizations that have the main function of serving the community. The preparation of performance measurement models in public organizations using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) framework. The data used in this study are qualitative and quantitative data obtained through interviews, focus group discussions (FGD), and questionnaire instruments. The sample of this research is the employees of Mertoyudan District, Bandongan District, Salaman District, and Tempuran District. The object of research is asked to sort the performance measures that have been compiled from the most relevant to the least relevant. The results of the analysis were then analyzed using SEM. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the performance measurement at the Magelang district office using the Balanced Scorecard Method and weighting with Analytical Hierarchy Processes (AHP) overall, the competence at the Magelang district office is quite good. and from all perspectives measured, the customer perspective has the largest weighting is 0.483, the second is 0.272, the third is the internal business process perspective is 0.157 and the last is growth and learning 0.088.

Abstract

Purpose of this study is to test and empirically prove the effect of sustainability reporting and liquidity on financial performance, as well as the impact of liquidity on the relationship between sustainability reporting and financial performance. The population of this study were all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2016-2018 with purposive sampling as the basis for research sampling. The hypothesis in this study was tested using Moderating Regression Analysis. The results showed that the sustainability reporting variable had an influence on financial performance, and the liquidity variable had no effect on financial performance and did not moderate the effect of the sustainability reporting variable on financial performance

Abstract

Activity restrictions to suppress the spread of the Covid-19 virus have made people take advantage of existing technology as well as the emergence of e-commerce and the ease of transactions creating business opportunities that greatly assist people in meeting their needs without having to leave the house and interact with many people. Researchers want to know the influence of the development of fintech, e-commerce, delivery services, lifestyle and banking security on meeting the online needs of the millennial community among students. The research method used is quantitative research with a sample of millennial society from Tidar University and Stekom University students. Various e-commerce applications, social media, fintech and online transportation are the most widely used by respondents 94.2% shoppe, 49.7% whatsapp and grab. Technological sophistication affects lifestyle in meeting needs during the pandemic because more than 75% answered agree and 45% strongly agreed. The lifestyle of today's society by utilizing technology becomes faster, more effective and efficient because more than 75% answered agree and 50% answered strongly agree. Respondents from Tidar University and Stekom University operate e-commerce applications that are available by taking advantage of the ease of transactions, 90% agree. The results of student responses to promos or free shipping coupons made them interested in making online purchases, 80% answered strongly agree. The results of the survey of student respondents regarding the security and ease of payment from banking services to conduct transactions either through e-banking or top up answered 75% agreed.
