Abstract

Lansia merupakan kelompok yang paling sering menjadi korban kejahatan digital, dan rentan mengonsumsi serta menyebarkan berita bohong. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat secara khusus kemampuan literasi digital kelompok lansia pada tiga kecamatan di Aceh Besar. Penelitian ini menganalisis kemampuan literasi digital terhadap dua dari empat dimensi literasi digital yang digagas oleh Kominfo RI, yaitu digital skill dan digital safety. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara kepada enam orang informan yang didapat dengan metode purposive sampling dari sebuah program literasi digital lansia di Aceh Besar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan literasi digital lansia dalam berada pada posisi rendah menuju sedang pada aspek digital skill, dan rendah dalam aspek digital safety. Meskipun beberapa dari mereka menunjukkan pemahaman serta kemampuan yang baik terkait dua aspek tersebut, namun dari segi penerapan masih sangat rendah. Studi ini menyarankan program literasi digital harus lebih menekankan pada aspek budaya sadar bahaya digital dan budaya cek fakta dalam penggunaan media digital. The elderly are the group that most often becomes victims of digital crime and is prone to consuming and spreading fake news. This study aims to specifically examine the digital literacy skills of the elderly group in Aceh Besar. The study focuses on two dimensions of digital literacy: digital skills and digital safety, as defined by the Indonesian Ministry of Information and Communication. The research utilizes a descriptive-qualitative method, collecting data through observation and interviews with six informants selected through purposive sampling in an elderly digital literacy program in Aceh Besar. The findings of the study indicate that the proficiency of senior individuals in digital literacy ranges from low to moderate in terms of digital skills, and is low in terms of digital safety. Although some of them possess good knowledge and skills in these two areas, their implementation levels remain relatively low. The study suggests that cultural factors such as awareness of online risks and fact-checking culture should receive more attention in digital literacy programs.

Abstract

The narrowing of the workplace is one of the reasons for the high unemployment rate in Indonesia. This unemployment is also experienced by Generation Z, who are in the territory of Indonesia in general and the province of Aceh in particular. Therefore, it takes skills and skills for Generation Z to get a job. In addition to being an alternative job, being a civilian apparatus of the state also helps the government to realize the golden generation in 2045 because who will be the PNS at that time many are from Generation Z. There are 3 main activities given during this training: provision of choosing the right formation and instance, provisioning provisions for passing grade CPNS approval, and provision filling answers at the time of the CAT test. These three main activities are the core activities that are mandatory, followed by Generation Z as an initial step for implementing the CPNS test in 2024. The results of this dedication demonstrate that the participants understand the material given. The hope of this activity is that the participants can pass the CPNS test in 2024.
