Abstract

The development of tourism in an area brings the impact of benefits to society economically and socially and culturally. Rembang Regency has many attractions including attractions Dampo Awang Beach. It takes a proper strategy in influencing tourists interest to the attractions of Dampo Awang Beach. This research is a qualitative descriptive study that conducts assessment on alternative strategy of planning and development of Dampo Awang Beach attraction based on internal and external factor analysis. Population in this research is visitor of Dampo Awang Beach tourism object with research method with SWOT analysis approach. The results of this study are internal and external factors affect the level of visits on the attraction of Dampo Awang Beach is very large. SWOT analysis is a planning and development strategy that can be applied to the attractions of Dampo Awang Beach

Abstract

The research that has been conducted aims to determine the effect of lowering income tax rates, tax services, and tax penalties on the compliance of UMKM taxpayers in Rembang Regency. This research was conducted on UMKM respondents in the Rembang Regency with a sample of 104 respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique, namely the sample taken meets predetermined criteria. Respondents' data were collected using questionnaires with a Likert scale of 1-5 categories. The quantitative data analysis method used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, hypothesis testing using the t test and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that the reduction in income tax rates, tax services, and tax sanctions have a significant effect on the compliance of MSME taxpayers in Rembang Regency. The practical implications of the results of this study can become a reference for further research and as a basis for policy making from interested parties

Abstract

Financial literacy is seen as an important instrument for the success of MSMEs, because it helps to understand and evaluate the information needed to make daily decisions that have a financial impact in daily company management. Improving the performance of MSMEs needs to be studied further to discuss, because MSMEs have an important role in a country’s finance. However by increasing knowledge about financial literacy it is difficult for MSMEs to improve their performance. The purpose of this study is to know the financial influence on the performance of the MSMEs Batik Tulis Lasem. The analysis technique uses simple linier regression. The result of this study show that financial literacy have positive and not significant effect on MSME performance, this caused by many things. MSME performance can affect many things and financial literacy according to the results of research in MSMe Batik Tulis Lasem is not a major factor affecting significant to performance. It can be predicted that according to respondents written by Batik Tulis Lasem, the performance of MSMEs can be supported by things other than financial literacy such as producyion and operational factors, human resource capabilities (HR) or also by marketing of the products.
