Abstract

This study aims to improve the competitiveness and implementation of e-commerce in Lasem Batik Tulis MSMEs in the digital era. Through the use of information technology and online platforms such as Shopee and Tokopedia, this study helps MSMEs improve their sales competitiveness. Research methods include observation, interviews, analysis of existing conditions, proposals for e-commerce platforms, account creation, mentoring, and evaluation. The results show that the integration of digital technology provides significant benefits by expanding market reach and accelerating the marketing process. Training in the use of digital platforms also improves the skills of Lasem batik artisans. This mentoring provides a holistic perspective on increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs amid digital transformation. These results are expected to increase the income and sustainability of the Indonesian traditional batik industry. Adaptation of digital technology not only expands market access but also increases operational efficiency and digital marketing capabilities of MSME actors. This success emphasizes the importance of adopting technology to support the sustainability and competitiveness of the Indonesian creative industry. The results of the mentoring confirm that digitalization is a strategic step to face the challenges of the global market in the digital era, especially for MSMEs in the batik tulis industry.

Abstract

The Community Partnership Empowerment Program was implemented to enhance production capacity, management efficiency, and marketing competitiveness of the traditional food home industry (IRT) producing dumbeg in Pohlandak Village, Pancur District, Rembang Regency. Dumbeg is a traditional local culinary product with high economic potential; however, the partner group still faces several challenges. The main problems include manual production processes that reduce efficiency, poorly organized business management, and conventional marketing systems that have not yet adopted digital technology. To address these challenges, the program applied a digital transformation approach through several implementation methods, including the development of appropriate technology in the form of a stainless-steel mixing machine to improve productivity and hygiene, entrepreneurship training based on creativepreneurship to strengthen business management capacity, and digital marketing through social media and e-commerce platforms. The program also produced innovations such as a web-based Sales Information System (SIP) and an e-commerce platform called “Omah Dumbeg” as tools for online promotion and transactions. The results showed an increase in production capacity from 200 to 300 units per day, a rise in turnover by approximately 10%, and an improvement in digital literacy among group members by 80%. This program has proven effective in enhancing efficiency, self-reliance, and business sustainability based on local potential in Rembang Regency through the implementation of digital transformation.

Abstract

Kemunculan pandemi covid 19 di awal tahun 2020 sangat berdampak pada industri penerbangan terutama Bandara. Munculnya konsep ‘New Normal’ atau kebiasaan baru berdampak pada penyesuaian pelayanan Bandara di Indonesia. Salah satu bentuk penyesuaian konsep ‘New Normal’ selama masa pandemi ini yakni dengan menerapkan Self Service Technologies. Studi literatur yang dilakukan pada bandara di negara-negara berkembang seperti Malaysia, Afrika Selatan dan Kuwait yang menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Self Service Technologies masih belum sesuai ekspektasi pengguna jasa, hal ini terjadi juga di bandara-bandara indonesia. Dalam periode Januari 2021 hingga Desember 2021, penggunaan Self Service Technologies di bandara Indonesia masih dibawah 25% dari Total pergerakan penumpang. Berdasarkan fakta tersebut, penelitian ini dibuat untuk mengisi celah penelitian dengan berfokus menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat penerimaan Self Service Technologies dengan menguji 9 hipotesis variable yang dibangun dari konseptual model. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan 8 faktor yang signifikan mempengaruhi tingkat penerimaan Self Service Technologies yaitu Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Habit, Optimism, Innovativeness, Reduce Wasting Times, Perceived Trust dan Perceived Enjoyment. Hasil lain dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat penerimaan Self Service Technologies Technologies (Self Check In Kiosk) tidak dipengaruhi variabel Hedonic Motivation.

Abstract

Complex technological advances in the current era of globalization have had an impact on various aspects of human life, one of which is the business world. Technology has created a new lifestyle for modern humans such as online shopping. This change in shopping style has a direct impact on MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises), which requires them to change their mindset and adapt to technological developments. MSMEs must innovate and improve to keep up with technological developments, so that the businesses they run can survive and develop for the better. Therefore, in order to help these MSMEs, Community Service and Assistance activities are carried out in the Rembang district area to help local MSMEs adapt to technological developments and develop their businesses, especially in the field of product marketing. This assistance focuses on increasing competitiveness as well as implementing E-commerce in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the digital era. The methods applied are observation, interviews, analysis of existing conditions, Emergence of E-Commerce Solutions, E-Commerce Creation, E-Commerce usage assistance and evaluation. By applying some of these methods, it produces outcomes that can help MSMEs in digital marketing such as expanding market share and can increase high competitiveness so that it is hoped that sales turnover will increase.
