Abstract

Applying the Analytical Hierarchy Process ( AHP ) , required the selection criteria and alternatives , and calculate the weight of a survey questionnaire to decision-makers or users of the system in a place / location associated with the object to be careful . After that , test the consistency necessary to test the validity of the results obtained , and define alternative with the greatest weight as an option . Analytical Hierarchy Process ( AHP ) is able to analyze the selection criteria so as to produce the best ranking in a decision support system determination of employment options . Expert choise is a software that can be used to implement the AHP method . After doing the calculations manually and detail , obtained scores of weight composite PT " A " is greater than the other option , which is 0.3222054 This means, aggregation / combined value of all criteria (Salary , Career , Facilities , Working Environment ) , PT " A " is in first place , followed by PT " D " PT " C " and PT " B " . Based on the criteria weights are implemented through Expert choise , obtained a job selection priority : PT " A " 33.1 % ; PT " D " 28.4 % ; PT " C " 19.8 % ; PT " B " 18.7 %, Because the consistency ratio ( CR ) is 0.01798 , which is ≤ 0.1 the calculation of Consistent.Keywords: Analytical Hierarchy Process, Decision Support Systems, specify job options, Expert choise

Abstract

Employment growth is slower than the growth of the labor force resulting in unemployment that affect the incidence of poverty. Efforts to improve the local economy is done through the provision of Entrepreneurial Capital Assistance. Entrepreneurial Capital Assistance is intended for people who are creative and innovative people who already have a business but need additional capital for business development. The method can be used to implement such a decision support system using the Fuzzy Inference System with Mamdani method. Fuzzy logic and fuzzy set theory shows great potential to effectively menyelesain uncertainty problems.DSS was developed to assist policy makers in this case Dinsosnakertrans in choosing micro entrepreneurs who applied for assistance with the best possible outcomes for each calculationderived from the criteria desired by policy makers.Keywords : entrepreneurship , Mamdani FIS

Abstract

Working Assessment is very essential aspect for a college to keep its excellent quality to face tight competition in either national or international level. The working assessment can be implemented to compare the result with organization strategy, and can also help to plan the upcoming strategy to achieve the final target of organization. The combination of Balanced Scorecard and OMAX is aimed at building the information system of working assessment in a college. Balanced Scorecard in the college is used to determine the strategic purposes, KPI and target, optimistic and pessimistic value. The scoring of each KPI uses AHP method; the scoring of KPI influences on general working score. The scoring of working assessment uses Objective Matrix (OMAX) method to know the total result indicator stated by the college, and can find out the total result indicator of each working criterion. The combination of BSC and OMAX can avoid the use of overwhelming data because this model focused on four perspectives, with the important key indicator of a college. Besides, the four perspectives can avoid the orientation of short-term target, because OMAX developed the more obvious frame of time that also focused on the long-term target. This combination was a good integration that can afford to modify hybrid model in determining the score card of a college. BSC changed into the form of OMAX that presented a target in the long period. Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan pada Komunitas Gubug Baca Cahaya Negeri (GBCN) Kabupaten Rembang. Komunitas GBCN bergerak di bidang perpustakaan dan juga memiliki warung, menjual produk-produk anggotanya yang dinamakan GBCN Store. Permasalahan yang dihadapi yaitu terbatasnya pengetahuan dan akses pada literatur digital; pengelolaan usaha belum menggunakan manajemen usaha secara modern serta minat berwirausaha belum besar; kemasan produk sangat sederhana yang dipasarkan hanya di lingkungan desa dengan model pemasaran secara konvensional; dan belum melakukan pencatatan transaksi keuangan baik secara manual maupun digital. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, tim melaksanakan beberapa program kegiatan, yaitu melakukan pelatihan digitalisasi laporan finansial, pemasaran dan perpustakaan dan pendampingan program kegiatan. Hasil luaran dari program pengabdian ini adalah: Komunitas GBCN telah memiliki catatan finansial digital dengan aplikasi catatan keuangan dan excel; pemasaran online di aplikasi WhatApps, marketplace Shopee dan website GBCN; memiliki literatur digital berupa e-book dan sudah diupload pada http://www.gbcn.or.id/; sealer, timbangan digital dan kemasan produk yang menarik.

Abstract

E-Learning adalah suatu sistem atau konsep pendidikan yang memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dalam proses belajar mengajar. Kurangnya pengetahuan tenaga pengajar mengenai teknologi informasi membuat proses belajar mengajar di Madrasah Mu’allimin Mu’allimat Rembang menjadi terhambat karena kurang mampu menyesuaikan dengan perkembangan teknologi dan menjadi salah satu faktor penurunan minat belajar siswa, dari permasalah tersebut maka kami merencanakan program dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi digital sebagai media pembelajaran seperti pemanfaatan platform Blogger dan Youtube. Maka daripada itu, program kami "Pengunaan Blogger dan Youtube Sebagai Media E-Learning Dalam Pembelajaran Madrasah Mu’allimin Mu’allimat Rembang" diadakan. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam penggunaan suatu blog dan chanel youtube sebagai media pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode action research. Langkah-langkah yang ditempuh antara lain observasi lokasi penelitian, sosialisasi mengenai blogger dan youtube, workshop pembuatan blogger dan youtube, evaluasi dan pendapingan. Program ini menghasilkan luaran berupa blogger dan channel youtube bagi masing-masing guru di Madrasah Mu’allimin Mu’allimat Rembang dan siswa dapat mengakses blogger maupun channel youtube sebagai bahan belajarnya. Dengan adanya blogger dan chanel youtube ini, maka pembelajaran semakin optimal sehingga kualitas pendidikan meningkat.

Abstract

Peranan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) sangatlah penting, UMKM berkontribusi penuh sebagai wadah untuk dapat menumbuhkan perekonomian desa dan produk local. Tim penggerak PKK Desa Waru merupakan badan usaha yang dijadikan sebuah pusat pemberdayaan UMKM didesa waru yang memiliki beragam masalah salah satunya dalam kondisi pandemi seperti saat ini promosi warga sangat terbatasi. Keadaan tersebut memaksa warga Desa Waru untuk menghentikan promosi yang sebelum pandemi dilakukan secara langsung tatap muka. Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengedukasi warga Desa Waru akan pentingnya pemasaran dengan memanfaatkan teknologi melalui media online serta implementasi teknologi informasi dan digital marketing. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah pelatihan dalam penerapan teknologi informasi, pelatihan manajemen usaha dan manajemen keuangan, serta pendampingan program pelatihan. Hasil dari pelatihan yang kami berikan untuk mengatasi masalah UMKM Mitra adalah dengan memprioritaskan aspek pemasaran dengan melakukan pendampingan/pelatihan untuk mengimplementasikan teknologi informasi khususnya pemasaran online dan Digital Marketing berupa akun dari tokopedia, youtube, facebook bisnis dan instagram bisnis. Pada aspek manajemen memberikan pemahaman tentang pembukuan dan manajemen keuangan digital.

Abstract

Small and medium size enterprises are the   enterprise sectors that have significant contributions for economic development. Generally, small enterprises face many problems in their developments. One of the problem is supply chain management. Supply chain management concerns with the management in getting basic commodity from the suppliers through the factories and storeroomsuntil the products reach   the consumers. This problem is also faced by Batik Lasem Industry. The problems faced are the difficulty in getting basic commodity, low abilities in marketing the products and make marketable products from input to output (supply chain problem).This researchaim is to find the efficient supply chain model for Batik Lasem Industry. The data analysis used is qualitative approach. The analysis is carried out by supply chain component (supplier, factory, distributor and consumers) which is categorized into supply chain cycles. From the result of focus group discussion concluded that supply chain model applied by Batik Tulis Lasem Industry ismodel of basic commodity supply and product distribution without agents, model of basic commodity supply with agents and product distribution without agents, model of basic commodity supply without agents and product distribution with agents, and basic commodity supply anddistribution model with agents. The Implication of this research result is the importance of supplychain model testing so developing of Batik Tulis Lasem Industry can carried out with effective andefficient model.Key words: supply chain, agent, Batik Lasem.
