Abstract

In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic that has hit the world today, all aspects of life have been affected. The social sector has also been affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. This has resulted in the declining economic welfare of the Indonesian people. In Islam this welfare problem can be solved by managing and empowering the results of Zakat, Infaq, and Sadaqah (ZIS). But the Covid-19 pandemic is quite scary because it can affect people's awareness of paying Zakat, Infaq and Sadaqah (ZIS). For this reason, this study aims to determine the mechanism for the management of Zakat, Infaq and Shadaqah (ZIS) that occurred during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Great Mosque of Pelita Samarinda and to determine the impact that occurred on the management of Zakat, Infaq, and Shadaqah (ZIS) during the pandemic. Covid-19 at the Great Mosque of Pelita Samarinda. This research is a qualitative research (field research). The population in this study is the total of all Amil zakat administrators at the Great Mosque of Pelita Samarinda, a total of 54 people. In taking samples from the existing population, researchers used the Slovin formula calculation and produced a sample of 35 people. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is Miles and Hubermen which starts from data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the management of Zakat, Infaq and Sadaqah (ZIS) of the Great Mosque of Pelita Samarinda during the Covid-19 pandemic began with careful and careful planning. The implementation, which contains receipts and distributions, also continues to run offline and continues to comply with the health protocols recommended by the government. Supervision is also directly supervised by the board of trustees of the amil zakat management of the Great Mosque of Pelita Samarinda and BAZNAS of Samarinda City. Evaluation is carried out at the end of the activity to correct errors and correct them so that they do not recur in the future. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has two sides, namely a negative impact and a positive impact. The negative impacts include regulations to maintain distance and comply with health protocols, which are quite difficult for officers, friendships are also tenuous, and many people choose to pay zakat at the nearest mosque or institution, thereby reducing muzakki at the Great Mosque of Pelita Samarinda. The positive impact is the increase in the results of zakat, infaq, and shadaqah receipts in 2020. Meanwhile, in 2021 only zakat fitrah in the form of rice has increased.

Abstract

Abstract Currently, the unemployment rate has increased due to an outbreak of the Covid-19 virus that has attacked the whole world, including Indonesia. The number of unemployment that occurs in each region, it is the responsibility of the government and society to immediately tackle the number of unemployment that occurs. This research is a qualitative type of research using a descriptive qualitative approach. The source of the data used is primary data obtained from interviews with BLK Samarinda. The technique used in data collection is by using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results obtained from this study indicate that the training programs carried out during the pandemic there were 13 vocational training programs running well and effectively. The role of the Samarinda Cooperation Training Center in assisting the government in unemployment is by providing facilities to training participants in the form of facilities, infrastructure and training programs during free training. The obstacle faced during the training was the delay in the implementation of OJT due to the Covid-19 pandemic so that the solution was not required to implement OJT. The view of Islamic Economics on the role of the Samarinda Cooperation Training Center in reducing unemployment is in accordance with the principles of Islamic Economics, namely Kafa'ah, Himmatul-amal and Amanah. ABSTRACT Fitriah, 2023. "The Influence of Beauty Vloggers, Advertising, and Prices on the Decision to Purchase Scarlett Whitening Cosmetic Products in Communities in East Kalimantan". Thesis, Department of Islamic Economics, Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, State Islamic University of Sultan Aji Muhammad Idris Samarinda. This research was supervised by Mrs. Irma Yuliani S.E, M.Sc as supervisor 1 and Mrs. Tika Parlina, M.M. as supervisor 2. The background of this research is that there was cosmetic product brands are increasingly developing with different variants and brands in each beauty company. Many beauty vlogger reviews explain the advantages and disadvantages of a product, the many advertisements that can attract consumers' attention through the models in the advertisement, and the prices that are already listed on a product to influence consumer purchasing decisions. This study aims to find the influence of beauty vloggers, advertising, and prices on purchasing decisions of Scarlett's cosmetic products from the perspective of Islamic economics in the people of East Kalimantan partially and simultaneously. The research method used in this study was a quantitative method to find the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The sample in this study amounted to 96 respondents and the researchers rounded up to 100 respondents who were taken using the Cochran formula. Data analysis techniques in this study used data instrument tests (validity and reliability tests), classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, linearity test, autocorrelation test), multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (t-test, test f, test the coefficient of determination). The results obtained from this study was that beauty vlogger has a positive and significant effect with a Tcount of 2.830 > Ttable 1.98498 with a significance of 0.006 <0.05, advertising has a positive and significant effect with a Tcount of 3.811 > Ttable 1.98498 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, while the price has no effect with Tcount of 1.724 <Ttable 1.98498 with a significance of 0.088 > 0.05 on the decision to purchase scarlett whitening cosmetic products in people in East Kalimantan.
