Abstract

Abstract - Restaurant leaders need an employee who can be trusted to serve guests or visitors who come to the restaurant well. Selection of the best employees is an important aspect of performance management because it produces useful information for employee administrative decisions such as promotions or training and other decisions. The best employee performance is not only selecting and assigning the right employees but it is also important for leaders to plan carefully in motivating and developing employees. So it is necessary to make a Decision Support System (DSS) by applying the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. AHP method is a method for solving an action that is associated with the comparison of the weight of importance between factors and the comparison of several alternatives. This method will give the result of the weighting of each alternative choice according to the number of specified criteria, such as type, price, location and the alternative that has the greatest weight, which is an alternative choice that is the best employee recommendation to be chosen by the restaurant leader. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the quality of the Zeta Scarves website using the WebQual method. The study focuses on three dimensions of website quality: usability, information quality, and service interaction. The data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to users of the Zeta Scarves website. A total of 296 respondents participated in the study. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and the WebQual index. The results showed that the Zeta Scarves website received high scores in all dimensions of website quality. The usability dimension, which measures the ease of use and navigation, received a score of 4. The information quality dimension, which assesses the accuracy and relevance of the provided information, received a score of 3,9. The service interaction dimension, which evaluates the customer service and interaction features, received a score of 3,9. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that the Zeta Scarves website has achieved a high level of quality, as perceived by the users. The findings of this study provide valuable insights for Zeta Scarves in enhancing their website to further improve customer satisfaction and strengthen their competitive position in the online fashion industry

Abstract

Pengelolaan zakat yang masih dilakukan secara manual sering menimbulkan berbagai kendala, seperti kesalahan pencatatan, keterlambatan pelaporan, serta kurang optimalnya proses monitoring data penerimaan dan penyaluran zakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi penerimaan dan mustahik zakat fitrah berbasis Android guna meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan data zakat fitrah. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Agile Spectrum karena mampu mendukung pengembangan aplikasi secara fleksibel, adaptif, dan berorientasi pada kebutuhan pengguna melalui proses iteratif dan kolaboratif. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan Android Studio dengan database Firebase sebagai media penyimpanan data secara real-time. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi mampu mempermudah proses pencatatan transaksi penerimaan dan pendataan mustahik zakat fitrah, mempercepat pembuatan laporan, serta meningkatkan akurasi data pengelolaan zakat fitrah. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian Black Box Testing, seluruh fungsi sistem berjalan dengan baik sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Selain itu, hasil pengujian usability memperoleh nilai sebesar 80%, yang menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi memiliki tingkat kemudahan penggunaan yang baik dan dapat diterima oleh pengguna. Dengan demikian, aplikasi yang dikembangkan dapat digunakan sebagai solusi digital dalam mendukung pengelolaan zakat fitrah yang lebih efektif, transparan, dan efisien.
