Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of Zakat, Infak, and Alms (ZIS) funds at LAZISMU KL BMT Hasanah Ponorogo related to the management, fundraising, and distribution of ZIS funds to improve the mustahik economy. The research method uses a qualitative research model where data collection techniques are carried out by in-depth interviews and documentation over a period of one month. While the data analysis technique is done by reducing, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the management of ZIS funds at LAZISMU KL BMT Hasanah Ponorogo is not only done in traditional ways (consumptive in nature), but also productive. So from the production that has been done, it is hoped that it will be able to increase the mustahik economy. The fundraising technique used is door to door as well as online. Regarding the distribution of the collected ZIS funds, it is not only given to mustahik around the institution, but also throughout the Ponorogo Regency area so that its benefits will be more widespread.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan dana Zakat, Infak, dan Sedekah (ZIS) di LAZISMU KL BMT Hasanah Ponorogo terkait dengan cara pengelolaan, fundraising, dan pendistribusian dana ZIS untuk meningkatkan perekonomian mustahik. Adapun metode penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian kualitatif dimana teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara secara mendalam dan dokumentasi selama kurun waktu satu bulan. Sedangkan teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan dana ZIS di LAZISMU KL BMT Hasanah Ponorogo tidak hanya dilakukan dengan cara-cara tradisional (bersifat konsumtif), tetapi juga bersifat produktif. Sehingga dari pemproduktifan yang telah dilakukan diharapkan akan mampu meningkatkan perekonomian mustahik. Adapun teknik fundraising yang dilakukan adalah dengan cara door to door juga melalui online. Terkait dengan pendistribusian dana ZIS yang terkumpul tidak hanya diberikan untuk mustahik disekitar lembaga, tetapi menyeluruh dalam wilayah Kabupaten Ponorogo sehingga kebermanfaatannya pun akan lebih meluas.

Abstract

Many MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) have yet to utilise digital marketing, despite its huge potential and benefits. One of theseMSMEs is a tempeh chips small business owner in Kauman Ponorogo Village. Mrs Misi Rahmawati as the business owner was faced with declining sales levels. With this condition, the business owner is faced with having to try to innovate marketing, so not only offline marketing but also online marketing to increase the amount of income from Mrs Misi Rahmawati, the owner of the tempeh chips business. There is a problem that arises, namely that the owner of this tempeh chips business does not have sufficient knowledge and skills in marketing online. This service is carried out by conducting capacity building activities in online marketing in the form of training and mentoring. The purpose of thisservice activity is to provide understanding, knowledge and skills for business owners in online marketing. The results of this activity are obtaining information about the profile of the tempeh chips business, increasing understanding, knowledge and skills, namely the target tempeh chips business owner in conducting online marketing activities and conducting online marketing in business development.

Abstract

This study examines the ethical implications of the AI-assisted writing tools’ integration, such as Grammarly, in English language instruction, based on the perspectives of 30 English lecturers in Indonesia. The research aims to understand lecturers' views regarding the application of AI in writing courses, especially concerning academic integrity, student autonomy, and fairness. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through open-ended questionnaires and analyzed thematically with the help of NVivo software. Descriptive statistics such as percentages were used to support the presentation of qualitative themes. The results suggest that numerous lecturers recognize the advances of AI tools—such as real-time feedback, improved writing accuracy, and increased efficiency— concerns persist about excessive dependence on AI, erosion of critical thinking skills, and algorithmic bias. The study also reveals a lack of institutional guidelines to support ethical AI integration. Lecturers emphasized the need for balanced use, combining AI tools with traditional teaching methods, alongside training and clear policies to guide ethical application. These revelations help create practical rules for the ethical incorporation of AI in writing settings in higher education.
