Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hukum jual beli airminum kemasan ditinjau dari fiqih muamalah. Penelitian ini diklasifikasikandalam jenis penelitian hukum empiris dengan pendekatan studi kasus, yangbertujuan untuk membuat deskripsi, gambaran secara sistematis, aktual danakurat mengenai fakta-fakta, sifat-sifat serta hubungan antar fenomena yangdiselidiki kemudian mengambil kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa hukum jual beli air dalam kemasan adalah mubah atau diperbolehkan,dengan catatan air tersebut sudah dikemas dan bukan air yang masih dalamsumbernya dan dipakai secara umum seperti sungai, danau, dan sumber lainyang sejenis.Kata Kunci : Jual beli, Air Minum Kemasan, Fiqih Muamalah

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana praktik jual beli kucing peliharaan di Pet Shop Jember dan bagaimana tinjauan Fiqih Muamalahterhadap praktik jual beli kucing peliharaan di Pet Shop Jember. Penelitian inidiklasifikasikan dalam jenis penelitian hukum empiris dengan pendekatan studikasus, yang bertujuan untuk membuat deskripsi, gambaran secara sistematis,aktual dan akurat mengenai fakta-fakta, sifat-sifat serta hubungan antarfenomena yang diselidiki kemudian mengambil kesimpulan. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa praktik jual beli kucing peliharaan yang dilakukan di PetShop Jember terjadi ketika ada seseorang ingin memelihara kucing peliharaan,dan orang tersebut melihat kucing peliharaan yang ada di Pet Shop Jember. Jikaorang tersebut berminat terjadilah proses tawar menawar sebelum terjadi akadjual beli. Pandangan Fiqih Muamalah mengenai jual beli kucing peliharaan di PetShop Jember adalah mubah atau diperbolehkan, dengan syarat jual beli tersebuttidak mengandung riba, jual beli yang diperbolehkan dalam syariat Islam, danjual beli tersebut dilakukan atas dasar suka rela serta tidak dalam kondisiterpaksa.

Abstract

The internet in the current era is no longer a medium for obtaining information and communication, but has become a necessity for every individual, including in terms of doing business. People in the current era use information technology to buy and sell goods or services via the internet. Online shopping is an activity of purchasing goods or services carried out via the internet.  The difference between online and offline purchases is the mindset of consumers in analyzing a product they see so as to generate interest in the product and end up making a purchasing decision.The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of consumer trust on online purchase decisions. The type of this research is a quantitative research using simple linear regression analysis. The population in this research are all Shopee marketplace consumers. The sampling method used in this research is purposive random sampling as many as 50 people. The results of this research show that consumer trust has a positive and significant effect on online purchase decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan prinsip amanah dalam produksi dan pemasaran kue tart pada usaha Fara Chika Cake serta dampaknya terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dan keberhasilan usaha. Prinsip amanah yang berakar pada nilai-nilai etika Islam menjadi landasan moral sekaligus strategi bisnis yang mendukung kepercayaan dan keberlanjutan usaha. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi pada pelaku usaha dan pelanggan Fara Chika Cake. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam produksi, prinsip amanah diterapkan melalui penggunaan bahan baku berkualitas, proses produksi yang jujur dan higienis, serta kepatuhan terhadap standar pesanan pelanggan. Pada aktivitas pemasaran, amanah diwujudkan dengan transparansi informasi produk, komunikasi yang jujur, dan respons cepat terhadap keluhan pelanggan. Penerapan prinsip ini berdampak positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan yang tercermin dari tingginya tingkat pembelian ulang dan rekomendasi pelanggan baru. Dampak tersebut juga berkontribusi pada peningkatan omzet dan keberhasilan usaha secara berkelanjutan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa prinsip amanah tidak hanya menjadi nilai moral, tetapi juga strategi bisnis yang efektif dalam membangun hubungan jangka panjang dengan pelanggan dan menguatkan posisi usaha UMKM di pasar. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi pelaku UMKM untuk mengintegrasikan prinsip amanah dalam pengelolaan usaha serta menjadi referensi bagi pengembangan teori etika bisnis Islam.

Abstract

This paper aims to provide an overview of the potential strategic role of waqf in the context of global development, particularly in supporting the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The main focus of this study is to build a conceptual framework that demonstrates the convergence between waqf principles and the core objectives of the SDGs, which are also in line with the maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah. This research adopts a qualitative approach using literature review methods, based on systematically analyzed secondary data. The analysis explores relevant scholarly literature to understand the potential integration of waqf within the sustainable development framework. The study finds that the majority of the 17 SDGs align significantly with the long-term objectives of Islamic law. This opens up considerable opportunities for waqf stakeholders to develop waqf-based development programs that are consistent with the SDGs framework. Furthermore, the research reveals that global waqf assets possess substantial financial capacity to assist Muslim-majority countries in timely and effectively realizing the most relevant and urgent SDG targets. The scope of this study is limited to analyzing the potential role of waqf in supporting SDG goals that are aligned with the maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah. To maintain a coherent focus, the study does not compare waqf with other forms of Islamic philanthropy or social finance instruments in achieving similar objectives. The findings of this research offer a conceptual framework for implementing waqf-based development that is oriented toward the maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah. In addition, the paper presents several practical and strategic recommendations for waqf administrators and Islamic philanthropic institutions to take an active role as catalysts in development initiatives aligned with the SDGs. This paper provides an original contribution to the existing literature by specifically examining the role of waqf in supporting the most urgent SDG agenda items based on the maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah. As such, this study fills a research gap by systematically exploring the potential collaboration between the global waqf system and the sustainable development agenda.

Abstract

Abstract  This study aims to examine the determination of the selling price in murabahah financing from an Islamic perspective at BMT UGT Sidogiri Capem Pajarakan. The approach used is qualitative, with the main objective of gaining an in-depth understanding of the topic being studied. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, where the researcher went directly to the field to interview BMT staff, so that the data obtained would be more accurate and reliable. The results of the study indicate that the price determination mechanism applied at BMT UGT is through a negotiation process (bargaining), by forming an agreement between both parties without any element of coercion, while adhering to sharia principles. The selling price determination in murabahah contracts at BMT UGT Capem Ketompen-Pajarakan is based on the amount of financing submitted, with a margin provision ranging from 2% to 2.5%. Based on Islamic legal review, the determination of the selling price in murabahah financing at BMT UGT Capem Ketompen-Pajarakan is in accordance with sharia provisions, as it refers to DSN Fatwa No. 04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 concerning murabahah financing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect Worklife-Policies, Work Involvement, and Work-Family Conflict on Turnover Intention of employees at PT. Sinar Bodhi Cipta, Tanjungpinang. This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive method. The sample in this study consisted of 93 people, namely employees of PT. The sample technique used in this study was the distribution of proportion sampling. The data analysis method used consisted of testing the quality of the data (validity). and reliability) Test classic assumptions (normality, heteroscedasticity, multicolonierity, and autocorrelation) Hypothesis test (t test and f test), multiple linear regression test and coefficient of determination. The results can be concluded that the work-life policies, Job Involvement, and Workfamily Conflict variables partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention at PT Sinar Bodhi Cipta, Tanjungpinang with a contribution of R square of 73.1%

Abstract

This study aims to formulate a conceptual model of village entrepreneurship development based on the mudharabah contract within the perspective of Islamic economics. The research method employs a descriptive qualitative approach through systematic literature review and conceptual analysis using the framework of maqashid al-shariah. Thematic analysis was conducted on literature discussing the practice of mudharabah, village-based micro, small, and medium enterprises UMKM, and economic digitalization, resulting in a synthesis of the role of this contract in rural economic development. The findings reveal that mudharabah functions as a multifunctional instrument: first, providing more equitable access to capital through profit-sharing schemes; second, strengthening social solidarity through transparency and trustworthiness (amanah); third, fostering spiritual motivation with an orientation toward blessings (barakah); fourth, building digital trust for village products in online marketplaces; and fifth, enhancing community resilience against business risks.
