Abstract

Personal financial management is the application of the concept of financial management at the individual level. Financial management, which includes financial planning, management and administrative activities, is very important in achieving economic health. Planning activities include planning activities for the results that will be used for all. The purpose of this research is to find out how students who receive KIP scholarships can manage their finances. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with a sample of some students who received KIP scholarships for lectures in the city of Medan. In this study used data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews, and literature study. The results showed that students who received KIP scholarships were able to use the funds as well as possible, especially for living costs and other college needs. However, the funds provided were still insufficient to meet these needs, coupled with the ever increasing needs and selling prices, transportation services, fuel, and others also increasing. Some of them even work part time or are supported by their families to cover the shortfall

Abstract

The auction market is a trading system in which buyers compete with other buyers and sellers compete with other sellers to achieve the most profitable price in the same place. Market auctions are an effective way in the trading system through transparency in pricing mechanisms, increasing incentives to increase production and quality. This auction market is also able to help cut long chains. With the government's auction market, it facilitates sellers/farmers (producers) and buyers (consumers) to meet in one place without intermediaries (distributors) thus smoothing the trade chain. To improve the quality of market auctions, an analysis of the process of organizing commodity auction markets carried out by the North Sumatra Regional Department of Industry and Trade is needed. By analyzing the auction market, the implementation process is carried out by the North Sumatra Province Industry and Trade Service in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Indonesia No. 650 of 2004.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tentang pengaruh etika dan tanggungjawab sosial terhadap pemasaran global. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatf deskripsi. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hakikat etika bisnis dapat diartikan sebagai cara menjalankan kegiatan bisnis yang mencakup aspek individu, perusahaan, industri, dan masyarakat secara keseluruhan. Etika bisnis berfokus pada standar moral yang diterapkan pada kebijakan, institusi, dan tindakan bisnis, dan juga mencerminkan studi tentang nilai-nilai moral tentang benar dan salah. Intinya, etika bisnis adalah pandangan kritis terhadap moralitas dalam konteks ekonomi dan bisnis. Secara umum prinsip-prinsip yang tercakup dalam bisnis yang berkualitas tidak dapat dipisahkan dari kehidupan sehari-hari dan erat kaitannya dengan nilai-nilai yang diterima masyarakat. Menurut Sonny Keraf prinsip-prinsip etika bisnis dapat dirinci sebagai berikut; Prinsip otonomi, Prinsip kejujuran, Prinsip keadilan, Prinsip saling menguntungkan (mutual benefit principle) dan Prinsip integritas moral. Relevansi etika bisnis di era global kini telah merambah ke dimensi global sehingga memunculkan warna-warna unik dalam setiap aspek kehidupan. Dalam konteks yang lebih luas, negara-negara terlibat dalam dinamika bisnis global. Setiap negara mempunyai sumber dayanya masing-masing, sehingga tidak terasa setiap negara memiliki semua sumber daya yang dibutuhkannya. Sejak zaman ekspedisi Eropa ke Asia untuk mencari rempah-rempah hingga perdagangan minyak internasional, fakta menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan bisnis antar bangsa sudah menjadi hal yang tidak dapat dihindari.
