Abstract

Salah satu masalah yang menarik untuk dikaji adalah rendahnya prestasi belajar siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Pendidikan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia, salah satu usaha untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia yaitu melalui proses pembelajaran di sekolah dengan kualitas sumber daya pendidik yang memadai. Kompetensi  guru dan motivasi siswa adalah salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran dan pendidikan di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalis pengaruh kompetensi profesional guru dan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Ciamis. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode explanatory survey. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 90 siswa kelas X program keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Ciamis. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi ganda dan korelasi product moment serta menggunakan alat analisis berupa software SPSS (Statistic Product and Service Solution) versi 19.0. for windows.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Kompetensi Profesional Guru (X1) dan Motivasi belajar Siswa (X2) tidak berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa. Hasil penelitian terhadap 90 responden menunjukan Kompetensi Profesional Guru (X1) dan Motivasi belajar Siswa (X2) tidak berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa. Kompetensi Profesional Guru dan Motivasi Belajar Siswa sebesar 5,3% atau variabel Kompetensi Profesional Guru dan Motivasi Belajar Siswa mempengaruhi Prestasi Belajar Siswa sebesar 5,3%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 94,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

The utilization of nuclear technology in health sector with molecular techniques is increasingly developed today, especially in Indonesia.  One of which is nucleotide compound marked with [α-32P]ATP, this compound has been used as tracer for deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA)/ ribonucleic acid (RNA) in the study of various physiological and pathological processes. [α-32P]ATP is synthesized through several stages of continuous reaction in one reaction vessel. It begins with synthesis of [γ-32P]ATP through an enzymatic reaction, using H332PO4 and ADP, and enzymes  of lactate dehydrogenase, 3-phosphoglycerate phosphokinase and glyceraldehide 3-phospho  dehydrogenase; followed by phosphorilation of 3’AMP with T4 polinucleotide kinase enzyme to produce 3’-[5’-32P]ATP. The result is hydrolyzed with nuclease P1 enzyme to produce [5’-32P]AMP. The unreacted [γ-32P] is degraded by the addition of hexokinase enzyme and glucose. At the final stage of the reaction, the [5’-32P]AMP is  phosphorilated using phosphoenol-piruvat, piruvat kinase, and myokinase to produce [α-32P]ATP. The test results show that the every stage of reaction is characterized using TLC method, PEI cellulose paper as stationary phase and KH3PO4 0,5 M pH 3,5 as mobile phase. At the end of reaction, the yield of [α-32P]ATP reaches 71,7%, at Rf = 0,2.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve mathematics learning outcomes on line and angle material. This research including Quasi Experiments using True Experimental Design with Posttest-Only Control design. The subject of this research is a class VII student of MTs Swasta Tontonunu in the year 2017 which consists of the 2 classes each as class experiment and class control. The instrument used is a test instrument, sheet observation activity students, and sheets observation teacher activity in learning. Data analysis used the difference of two mean, namely the t-test of two independent samples was good assumption variance same or no, but previously tested the normal distribution using Kolmogorof Sminov. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the mean posttest class experiment 78.76 19 higher than the mean posttest class control 73, 375. The results of the two- way difference test on mean show a significance value (2 tailed) 0.005 (0.05) which means that the mean of the two posttests is significantly different. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the application of the learning model based on problem with PQ4R method can improve learning outcomes math on the subject discussion of lines and angles. This is possible because of learning based on problem started with introduce real everyday problems will more meaningful and moreeasy recognized by students. And through PQ4R, material on the subject discussion of lines and angles more many about fact will moreeasy understood in accordance steps preview, question, read, reflect, recite, and review.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve learning outcomes in the subjects of Basics and Mathematics Learning Process. This study uses a pre-experimental one group pre-post design. The research subjects are prospective student teachers who take the Basics and Mathematics Learning Process course consisting of 41 students in 2020. The instrument used is a test instrument that is given before and after treatment in the form of pretest and posttest. Data analysis used two mean differences, namely paired two-sample t-test, but previously tested for normal distribution using Kolmogorof Sminov. To see the improvement in learning outcomes, both data were analyzed by N-Gain. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the average pretest and posttest were different where the posttest average was 77.44 higher than the pretest average was 62.68. The results of the two-average difference test show a significance value (2 tailed) (0,000) α (0.05), which means that the average pretest and posttest are significantly different. The results of the N-Gain calculation show that the increase in learning outcomes is included in the medium category, so that an increase in learning outcomes is obtained Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the use of instructional video media can improve learning outcomes for the Basic Learning Process and Mathematics courses. This is possible because videos about learning can represent teaching simulations more than just lectures or discussions.  Keywords:  learning outcomes, pedagogic competence , learning videos .
