Abstract

Digital learning has become one of the effective methods to improve learners' knowledge and skills, especially in the current digital era that is rapidly developing. PT X, as a digital learning solution provider in Indonesia, sees that optimizing production in corporate digital learning development projects is very necessary at this time. The rapidly changing character of digital business, the complexity of the project process, and the large amount of learning material from clients with various backgrounds in industries require a knowledge management approach to improve it. This research begins by assessing the readiness of knowledge management in PT X using Asian Productivity Organization (APO) Knowledge Management Tools and semi-structured interviews. The implementation of knowledge management is presented in a design to form four organizational enablers and KM initiatives complete with their implementation schedules.

Abstract

The digital transformation of higher education institutions has become one of the most significant trends in recent years. Unfortunately, this change is facing many challenges and pitfalls. Therefore, understanding how to manage digitalization amid continuous change should be a top priority for leaders of higher education institutions. This article reviews previous research focused on digitalization in higher education. Using non-systematic literature methods, it starts by summarizing the main driving forces, barriers, and pitfalls of digitalization in higher education. The selected papers were chosen based on their relevance to the article's purpose. The findings discuss the four main elements of managing digitalization in higher education. These four elements should be a priority in universities' strategy. Finally, the proposed framework in this article is expected to contribute to developing theory and practice in managing digitalization in higher education.

Abstract

The research objectives are to define the key knowledge required to increase the NPS Score. To define the strategy of improvement in knowledge management for the Business Support Department Team to reach the targeted NPS Score. This research employs a qualitative approach to explore the implementation of knowledge management in enhancing the performance of the business support department at PT Samafitro. The research identified key knowledge required to improve the NPS Score, including updated standard procedures, structured training programs, integrated knowledge management (KM) systems, and enhanced employee awareness supported by technology. To achieve the targeted NPS Score, effective KM strategies were developed across four capability areas: Strategy, People, Process, and Content Management & Technology. These strategies include establishing dedicated KM teams, conducting competency mapping, integrating KM into project management, organizing regular knowledge-sharing sessions, and upgrading technological platforms. The findings demonstrate that a comprehensive and structured KM approach significantly enhances business performance and contributes to achieving higher customer satisfaction levels.
