Abstract

This study aims to identify the factor of employee engagement and analyze the current condition of employee engagement. The author gains in scope and depth of understanding and collaboration by mixing both qualitative and quantitative methods. Primary data is gathered from the questionnaire and interview with some employees, while secondary data is obtained from the company's annual report, a private document, and related journals. In addition to validity and reliability testing, the data will also be analyzed using statistical techniques. Some approaches are also applicable for assessing employee engagement results, such as Grand Mean, Top Box, and Engagement Scores. The results of the interview support data analysis. The triangulation technique uses to combine both results of the questionnaire and interview. The triangulation helps to confirm the findings, enhance understanding, and increase the validity. Based on the analysis, the author found several factors such as culture, opportunity, quality of life, people, and rewards. The study's result can be used to recommend the company to improve engagement during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

PT Flawless Indonesia (PT Flawless) is a leading provider of critical administrative services of Accounting and Tax (A&T), Human Resource and Payroll (HRP), and Global Entity Management (GEM). As aligned with the improved Indonesia’s economic growth after Covid-19 pandemic that attract foreign investors, and the complexity of Indonesia’s regulatory, PT Flawless is benefited from the increasing demand of local assistances to keep the foreign investors in compliant with the local regulations. During 2020 until 2022, PT Flawless recorded satisfactory financial performances as reflected by the increase of Gross Revenue, Gross Profit, and Net Income after Tax. However, A&T Department experiences anomaly since it achieves the highest year-on-year revenue growth but, suffers from the decrease of client satisfaction. This research aims to develop Knowledge Management (KM) strategy to make PT Flawless “famous for flawless services” by increasing client satisfaction and work productivity. This research uses APO KM Assessment Tool to assess KM maturity level of PT Flawless and interview with the Management and staffs to understand the Management’s commitment on KM practice as well as the current states of KM implementation. As the result, currently PT Flawless is at “Refinement” level that it continually assesses and evaluates the KM implementation and seek for improvements. This research proposes PT Flawless to establish a resolute team to manage the KM practice, formalize company policy regarding KM practice, create staffs’ competences map and database, set up regular knowledge sharing, and develop company’s technology to support the KM practice. All of them are aimed to improve PT Flawless’ service excellence and work productivity and at the end, make PT Flawless “famous for flawless services”.

Abstract

Digital learning has become one of the effective methods to improve learners' knowledge and skills, especially in the current digital era that is rapidly developing. PT X, as a digital learning solution provider in Indonesia, sees that optimizing production in corporate digital learning development projects is very necessary at this time. The rapidly changing character of digital business, the complexity of the project process, and the large amount of learning material from clients with various backgrounds in industries require a knowledge management approach to improve it. This research begins by assessing the readiness of knowledge management in PT X using Asian Productivity Organization (APO) Knowledge Management Tools and semi-structured interviews. The implementation of knowledge management is presented in a design to form four organizational enablers and KM initiatives complete with their implementation schedules.
