Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the effect of time management on employee performance at Bank OCBC NISP Surabaya. To analyze the significance of the effect of work stress on employee performance at Bank OCBC NISP Surabaya. The method used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The results of the study are above, so it can be concluded that time management has a significant positive effect on employee performance at Bank OCBC NISP Surabaya. So, it can be said that with the help of time management employees can improve their performance, improve their study skills and get victory in their careers. Work Stress has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance at Bank OCBC NISP Surabaya. this is known from the majority of employees aged 27 years who are of productive age where the tendency of pressure received can be used as a challenge so that the stress experienced can improve performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the influence of work motivation, job satisfaction, work discipline on employee performance at McDonalds Surabaya. The method used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. From the results of the research above, it can be concluded that work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance at McDonalds Surabaya. While good performance can improve organizational performance in order to achieve company goals. Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Employee Performance at McDonalds Surabaya. This shows that the higher the employee's job satisfaction, the higher the employee's performance. Work Discipline has no significant effect on Employee Performance at McDonalds Surabaya. Without work discipline from employees, it will be difficult for companies to get optimal results, because employee performance is not good. From discipline, good morale will emerge, because it is this discipline that shapes the character of employees. Keywords: Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Work Discipline

Abstract

This research examines the relationship between online shopping experience, service quality and online shopping satisfaction on repurchase intentions at Tokopedia. The type of research used is quantitative research using a consumer survey approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out using a survey method via a Google form which was filled in by respondents. The research sample used was 210 respondents who had shopped at Tokopedia. In this research, the test used in statistical analysis is hypothesis testing with Smart PLS software. Based on the processing results, (1) online shopping experience has a significant effect on online shopping satisfaction; (2) service quality has a significant effect on online shopping satisfaction: and (3) online shopping satisfaction has a significant effect on repurchase intention.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between product packaging, key opinion leader effectiveness, commitment, and brand image on the purchase intention of Looke consumers in Surabaya.  The type of research used is quantitative research through a consumer survey approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection is done by survey method through google form filled in by respondents. The research sample used was 156 respondents who had bought and used Looke products in the Surabaya area. In this study, the test used in statistical analysis is hypothesis testing with PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling) software and WarpPLS 7.0. Based on the management results, (1) Product Packaging has a significant effect on Purchase Intention; (2) Key Opinion Leader has a significant effect on Brand Image: (3) Brand Image has a significant effect on Purchase Intention; (4) Commitment has a significant effect on Brand Image; and (5) Commitment has a significant effect on Purchase Intention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, perasaan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Matahari Department Store Surabaya. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling. Analisis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) berdasarkan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk google form. peneliti menggunakan dua variabel yang dapat mengidentifikasi. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat tiga variabel eksogen yaitu Kepemimpinan (X1), Motivasi Kerja (X2), Kompensasi (X3) Dalam penelitian ini terdapat satu variabel endogen yaitu Kepuasan Kerja (Y). Jumlah populasi karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Matahari Department Store Surabaya 150. Dalam penelitian ini pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling, sehingga setelah dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin, maka sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 110. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. . Semakin tinggi Motivasi Kerja maka semakin tinggi Kepuasan Kerja PT. Matahari Department Store Surabaya. Demikian juga, stres memiliki efek positif yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan. Semakin baik perlindungan yang diberikan perusahaan maka semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Matahari Department Store Surabaya.
