Abstract

Sanggar Merah Merdeka adalah sebuah sanggar belajar yang dinaungi oleh Yayasan Kasih Bangsa Surabaya (YKBS) dan merupakan bagian dari karya sosial para romo dan bruder CM (Kongregasi Misi). Salah satu mata pelajaran yang diajari oleh SMM yakni pelajaran bahasa Inggris. Namun, ditemukan sebuah permasalahan yaitu terkait kurangnya media pembelajaran sehingga anak-anak cenderung merasa bosan ketika belajar. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut penulis mengusulkan sebuah solusi yakni berupa pembuatan aplikasi sebagai media pembelajaran guna untuk meningkatkan minat belajar. Aplikasi ini dibuat sedemikian rupa salah satunya dengan menambahkan karakter-karakter unik sehingga membuat pembelajaran menjadi semakin asyik dan interaktif.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) di Sekolah Indriyasana 7 Surabaya menjadi inisiatif pentingdalam mengatasi keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana yang masih dihadapi oleh sekolah ini.Melalui kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN), penulis berupaya memberikan kontribusi positifdengan tidak hanya membantu memperbaiki kondisi fisik sekolah, tetapi juga memperkenalkansekolah ini kepada masyarakat lebih luas. Data yang penulis peroleh melalui wawancara dandiskusi dengan pihak sekolah menjadi dasar bagi upaya penulis dalam memberikan dukunganyang relevan. Hasil utama dari KKN adalah pembuatan program website yang bertujuan untukmeningkatkan kebutuhan dan aksesibilitas sekolah di lingkungan sekitar. Website ini mencakupinformasi penting seperti lokasi, nomor telepon, prestasi sekolah, dan biodata singkat para guru.Selain itu, penulis turut berperan dalam mendukung pengajaran, terutama pada mata pelajaranTeknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) di tingkat SMP, serta memberikan bantuan bimbinganbelajar (bimbel) pada hari Sabtu pagi sampai siang, fokus pada mata pelajaran nasional sepertiIPA, Bahasa Inggris, dan Matematika. Melalui pengabdian ini, penulis berharap bahwa kegiatanKKN dari Kampus Universitas Katolik Darma Cendika (UKDC) dalam Program Studi IlmuInformatika dapat menjadi langkah nyata dalam mendukung dan memperkaya lingkunganpendidikan di Sekolah Indriyasana VII Surabaya.

Abstract

Scheduling is allocating an activity by taking to the sequence of implementation times and availability of limited resources. In the case of employee lunch menus in a company, lunch menu schedule can change every day within a week to adjust the availability of resources limited by company management. Scheduling repeated lunch menus manually will certainly waste a lot of time, an application is needed to do the scheduling automatically. Designing a scheduling application for lunch menus using the Design Thinking approach method applies 5 stages, namely Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Testing. Result of this design is an application design which is then evaluated using the System Usability Scale (SUS) to measure user satisfaction. Where user satisfaction data was obtained using the form collecting method using JotForm media which was sent to 30 respondents. The SUS score result is 80.2, which means that the usability design is acceptable or feasible.

Abstract

In carrying out a business that operates in the field of selling goods, predictions are very necessary. Predictions are very necessary because making predictions can help predict what will happen in the future so that the risks that will occur can be minimized as small as possible. This research focuses on sales predictions in 2023 for the HT Motorola XiR C2660 brand using the SVR (support vector regression) algorithm and using linear type kernel parameter testing and c(cost) with a test value of 0.1. To obtain parameter types and parameter test values, use the GridSearchCV technique. Apart from that, this research uses error value testing with mean absolute percentage error (MAPE). So the results of the HT Motorola XiR C2660 sales prediction for 2023 with the SVR algorithm were obtained. In 2023, 209 units were sold with an error value of 11.23%, which means the forecasting ability with the SVR algorithm is good.

Abstract

The development of the digital era has brought significant changes to various aspects of life, including the field of photography. Digital photos offer both advantages and disadvantages, one of which is the ease with which they can be modified using image editing software. This makes it increasingly difficult to distinguish between original and manipulated images. Edited photos can spread widely through social media, causing public concern and doubts about the authenticity of information. Individuals often manipulate images for personal gain or interests. The easy access to image editing software further facilitates this manipulation process. In the field of research, digital image forensics has emerged as a scientific method to verify the authenticity of images through accountable evidence. This study aims to detect forgery in digital photos using that approach. The method employed in this research is metadata analysis with the assistance of an offline tool called JPEGsnoop and online tool Forensically Beta. The results show differences in metadata between the original and manipulated images, indicating that modifications have been made to the image.
